- anna131413 (2/5): Worst Place I have ever seen - By far the worst place I have ever seen. Will rather sleep in the car than in this place. Booked and paid for 2 family rooms in 2018. On arrival we were told that they cant give us one of the booked rooms, due to n customer not checking out. Walked around the hotel, just to find that the backyard was filthy, open garbage bags standing around, the kitchen was a total mess. So so so dirty, the list goes on and on and on. Took photos of everything. Would not recommend this place to anyone. Dont waset your time or money on this place. We did not sleep there because it was so dirty etc. Reported them to the Namibian tourism board we requested a full refund, but excuses everyday. Hopefully this place doors will be closed for good.
- gforsb433861 (2/5): Terrible - Stuff in the room was broken, kettle didn't work, bathroom overflowing, noises, dirt, construction work, no management, and no breakfast, two slices of toast for four people, only warm no hot water, no margarine, some peanut butter, a few plastic bags with wild stuff in it, it was horrible! Triste and unfriendly, no person had shown up, when we had to leave the gate for leaving the ground did not open, slight panic aroused, with the help of the other couple we suddenly got the gateway open! Never again, no recommendation for any other person to go there!

- TishaMetro (2/5): Botswana and Namibia 2018 - The Service not on, we booked 20 rooms, paid deposit and received confirmation of the booking but on arrival only 4 rooms where available for host 8 people. The rest of the people were allocated to a shady bed and breakfast place called Wanaheda bed and breakfast. Can't advise anymore to book there. The rooms are shady, worn out linen, cold water, blocked showers, no toilet paper and soap, television doesn't work, electricity goes off. I can go on and on. The visit in Windhoek was beautiful though.
- Leo19852014 (2/5): Beware!!!! - Apparently the price on Airbnb is wrong....as if thats my fault. So I cancelled the booking after speaking to the owner as he wanted me to come and pay more once checked in, I refused as I could find something cheaper. No a month down the lane I am still waiting to be refunded!!!! He says I have to wait till Airbnb pays him....that is not my problem!!!! He can pay me and sort his things out!!
