- David (7/5): Comfortable unit but beds need replacing - The unit was very well set up and spacious, comfy couches, good kitchen, washing machine and heating worked welll The beds were a huge disappointment, they are sunken in the middle and very uncomfortable, the pillow were also thick and uncomfortable
The ensuite shower could not be adjusted to point downwards
- Graeme (10/5): -
- David (8/5): Nice roomy place, could do with TV’s in the bedrooms - The place was very roomy and in a good location No parking available and the boiler in the bedroom was constantly banging and making noises.
- wildrose (8/5): - Great apartment, great location 👍 Heating not good ,and no hot water ,
- Simpson (10/5): -
- Jason (7/5): Comfy but cold. - I like the comfort of the beds.
The living area and layout was very nice. The shower in the end suite needs a bit of maintenance, water spurts out of the top when the shower is turned on. I did have difficulty getting the water to go hot on this shower. So I opted to use the other one instead.
I dont like that fact that I have to contact the hosts to turn tge heating up. When I arrived the property was very very cold. It wasn't until the next day that it felt a little bit warmer. But still very cold.
I know its winter in he middle of Scotland but I expect a property to be able to be heated up without having too much trouble, especially if I wanted to return with my young children.

- Maria (10/5): Exceptional Two-Night Stay in a Cozy and spacious flat - We stayed for two nights in this charming centrally located flat. It was my husband, myself and our 7 month old grandson, but there was a second spacious double room. The flat exceeded all our expectations! We were impressed by how spotlessly clean everything was—the entire space felt fresh and well-maintained. It was the perfect setup for our short getaway, offering a lot of comforts.
The kitchen was stocked with a coffee machine, tea bags, sugar, and some basic condiments, making it easy to dine in if we wanted to. The bedding was plush and comfortable and the bathroom was equally pristine, with plenty of hot water and fresh towels for all.
Overall, the place provided fantastic value for our stay. It's ideal for groups looking for a clean, convenient, and welcoming spot. We'd definitely book again—highly recommended! 5/5 stars. n/a
- Rachel (7/5): Great flat for 4 (no more) if you're on foot and looking to explore Dundee and the surrounding area - It was very central, large flat obviously newly renovated, nice and bright The dining table was small with just 4 chairs when the flat was advertised for 6 people. Although the kitchen area was nice and well equipped, ,oddly there were no ice cube trays, and no frying pan. Also they could have added an extra toilet to the flat, the hallway is very big. The weather was warm so we had to open all the windows (hard to open) but the seagulls on the roof woke us up very early every morning, they made a terrible noise squawking. A Dundee problem rather than the flat itself but it did ruin what could have been a very comfortable night's sleep as the beds are good.

- karel (9/5): Ruim, aangenaam en brandschoon appartement - Ruim en aangenaam appartement, brandschoon, fijne grote bedden en badlakens, goed uitgeruste keuken, goed gelegen. Niets
- Ron (10/5): Fantastic - The best for value great position close to everything parking easy

- Ken (9/5): Superb -
- Ryan (10/5): Great, would definitely stay again - The property was perfect for access into the town centre. Really spacious very clean place with great bathrooms and kitchen. I stay away a lot and this is one of the best I’ve stayed in. Good value for money and easy key access from lock box which makes it very convenient.
- Jerry (10/5): Exceptional -
- Elia (9/5): Casa Fresa stay - Everything was good enough. All essentials available for a short or long stay. One mattress in the "pink room" is getting too hollow. It needs a new one. Both toilets seats and covers have been fitted incorrectly and are loose. It would have been beneficial to know before hand that the rooms are on 2 levels (bedrooms and bathrooms downstairs and the rest of the rooms ground level). I have a knee problem and struggled with the stairs.
- Rajan (10/5): Exceptional - Very decent accommodation. There were tea bags, sugar, milk, towels , shampoo and bodywash etc More instructions as how to operate the heating
- Ruth (8/5): Good - Good location. Nice to get a bottle of Prosecco and some biscuits to welcome us! Hairdryer didn't work
- Claire (4/5): Disappointing -
- Megan (10/5): Exceptional -

- Michael (7/5): Lovely flat, in the town centre, close to everything. Would stay again if I was in Dundee, - The flat was lovely. Great sized living room, bedrooms and kitchen. The hosts left a complimentary bottle of prosecco and some lovely biscuits. The location was central meaning it was easy to get to the main sites and to and from the train station. It was noisy outside. We could hear full conversations taking place on the street from inside the flat late at night. However, this was the weekend. So it's to be expected that people will be leaving bars and nightclubs etc. Also the seagulls woke us up at 5 am. The windows didn't really keep the noise out very well. But again, we were in the town centre and it was a weekend. Having said all of that, we would go back.
- Eswyl (10/5): Loved the apartment which was comfortable and beautifully decorated and a perfect location! - The property was beautifully decorated, spotless, and centrally located. It was well equipped with tea, coffee etc… and, a bottle of Prosecco ! We met the host who was very helpful, and gave advice about where best to visit. It is my second visit here, and I will be back!
- Isabella (8/5): Very good - Very neat and clean. Great shower in the ensuite. Great kitchen. Second shower was quite weak and the beds were very soft. Could have better blinds and some cosy hooks would be handy!
- Angela (10/5): Exceptional -
- Maree (10/5): Amazing Apartment! - Wow wow what an amazing apartment, the owners have thought of everything, very central in location, Clean, comfortable beds, kitchen well stocked with tea , coffee, milk ,sugar, even ice cubes in the freezer, and a lovely bottle of bubbly 🍾 waiting for us. 100% recommend! It was freezing temperature outside so the heating was a bit struggling to keep the apartment warm, very cold in the morning.
- Ian (9/5): Superb -
- Gary (9/5): Very clean , location excellent - Location was excellent. Only down side was the parking , I did not receive any info on the fob required for entry
- Angela (4/5): Nice people greeted us by accident but otherwise, wouldn’t ever stay there again. - Nice people weee at the place when we arrived and helped with the heat and parking. Beds were terrible, worst ever had in a hotel or air b n b, floors very dirty, location bad, cheap decor and furnishings, beds in basement. Felt like a cheap motel.
- Gordon (10/5): Lovely apartments. Plus a few extras. Can't fault the property. - Getting the access code was a problem.
- Mags (10/5): Exceptional - Everything was there for you. Right next to city centre. Great location , couldn't have asked for a better apartment. It was very hot in the apartment at night. And there was no parking. But apart from that everything was spot on and I couldn't fault it one bit.
- Bourke (10/5): Great time and will definitely choose again - Great location, all facilities perfect in the apartment N/A
- Helen (8/5): Great location, clean and comfortable - The location and size of the property. The apartment was very clean I thought the bed was comfortable but my husband found his uncomfortable
- Heather (6/5): Nice place crap area - Problem with shower Location thought it was the ferry
- Marika (7/5): A bit unlucky compared with other guests - The apartment was clean, spacious and comfortable with good wifi. The kitchen was well equipped and the coffee and tea were appreciated. The location was convenient and for the price it was fine. We weren't advised of scaffolding/construction right outside which was somewhat noisy and intrusive. An electrician was unexpectedly working inside when we arrived so the keys weren't in the lockbox - luckily we tried buzzing and he let us in. The grey decor was pretty corporate - as pictured to be fair - with some damp patches on the ceiling. There was limited furniture or hooks for unpacking and what there was was coming apart in places. Note that there are no basic ingredients such as oil or salt (and no sign of the promised wine and shortbread!), and a can opener would be a useful kitchen addition.
Regarding accessibility, the flat is upstairs. To exit the building you need two free hands - one to hold down the release button, one to pull the door - which may be tricky for some.
I found the booking admin burdensome - the staff were helpful but this rental is perhaps better suited to a business booking than a leisure one. The £200 security deposit was returned within a few days.
- Roman (9/5): Superb - Very good location in Dundee. Nice and comfortable.
- Siobhan (9/5): Superb -
- Milton (8/5): Very good -
- Raja (5/5): Passable - I like the very modern touch to the apartment, very well serviced with basic needs understood and catered for, lovely gesture of leaving us a bottle of Prosecco on entry, although we don’t drink. There is no disabled facilities, no lifts ramps etc, I had a family wedding and my mum is disabled and she couldn’t visit my apartment for that reason, I thought disabled facilities would have been priority, but clearly not in Scotland.
- Chris (4/5): Nice apartments but would be wary about being let down. - Interior was really nice. Let down at the last minute by the company
We should have stayed in the Quays which is a miles better location. However, without explanation nor any compensation we were moved to King Street which is a rough looking neighbourhood
I literally had to beg to get the key code to the door. It was all very stressful. I was beginning to think the group of us would be living on the streets
- Catherine (9/5): Superb - Great location, clean and comfortable apartment meant our introductory trip to Dundee was a success! Being awakened by a heavy footed upstairs neighbour...
- Chloe (8/5): Fantastic would stay again. Beautiful place - Beautiful property very modern and location is central to town. It was rather load in the evenings with buses, people and noise from pubs but we didn’t mind this as we were out a lot of the time anyway.
- Frank (10/5): We had a very relaxing time really comfortable as a group of girls that go to Dundee frequently - Was modern furnished with high quality and all the extras items that was provided There was absolutely nothing that I could say about the property
- Heather (7/5): Good - Spacious and clean. Beds were not comfortable and one was extremely squeaky. Blinds did not do a good job of keeping light out and had some missing slats.
- Henry (10/5): Exceptional - The flat was very nice 10/10 Nothing the flat was great
- James (9/5): Lovely appartment, with all you could need, in a great location. - Really well appointed appartment, with all you could need. High quality appliances and nice touches such as provided coffee pods for the coffee machine. There was some staining on the roof which has happened due to the heavy rain over the winter, but we were informed of this in advance and it was being rectified.
- Carrie (9/5): Home away from home! - Everything was convenient. We had some trouble with train cancellations due to the weather during Christmas and when we called the service / concierge, they were more than helpful & accomodating. Definately recommend this location. It is very close to everyting in the city centre & train station. The welcome pack on arrival was a lovely touch and much appreciated.
- Fiona (8/5): Very enjoyable despite the issues with the bed, would definitely book again. - Location was really good. Very short walk to city centre.
Plenty storage in the kitchen cupboards, good size fridge freezer. All instruction manuals for devices easy to find.
Comfortable sitting area.
Plenty hanging space in wardrobes, en-suite bedroom also had a large set of drawers as well as bedside tables.
Would definitely try to book again when we are next going to Dundee There was only one set of keys, a further set would be beneficial.
The non en-suite bedroom was quite small, has a large fitted wardrobe but would benefit from a set of drawers, these could easily fit into wardrobe without any problems.
Unfortunately the mattress and base of bed nearest to fitted wardrobe in non en-suite bedroom very uncomfortable, springs in mattress, and base, appeared to have been damaged and that side of the bed was not really fit for purpose .
- Maggie (9/5): Great stay - Toilet seat not secured in en-suite
- Anonymous (8/5): Perfect - Clean comfy and central Nothing
- Reid (10/5): It was a very comfortable stay - Location was perfect View
- Ann (8/5): Great time in Dundee. Apartment super once everything put right - Great size
Excellent facilities
Location was a little far out and the area a little down trodden A lovely apartment
This was a last minute booking and communication from the property wasn’t great!
We had difficulty in finding the parking we had paid for. Spent a fair bit of the early check in time looking for it and trying to contact the property!
When we got into the apartment unfortunately the cleaning company hadn’t been and the place was in a state! Once I notified the owner the cleaners were sent out and everything put right!
All in all would recommend the property as once cleaned was very comfortable with all necessary facilities
- Maureen (9/5): Once we were in, it was plain sailing. - Location was very handy for town centre & other attractions. Facilities were very comfortable. Very little noise from elsewhere in building. Prosecco & biscuits provided were much appreciated! Communication with hosts very variable. No teapot!
- Faith (7/5): Good - Location was very good.⁹
Beds were comfy and bedding was good quality.
Sofas also comfortable. No bath mats supplied. Shower hose and shower box in bathroom leaking and missing an end cap. Used shampoo container left in bathroom.
Table mats dirty. No cleaning cloths or paper towel in kitchen. Utensils in a jumbled box.
Mugs in kitchen too big for coffee machine. Drip tray missing.
Someone else's underwear left in a drawer!
Not 5 star but these things easily sorted.
Might warn people about stairs off narrow kitchen or have some kind of gate?
- Sally (7/5): Good location and large apartment. Need to be aware of parking limitations and where to actually find paid parking. - Great location to walk into town. Parking was difficult - a better description of where parking is available would have really helped.
- Yvonne. (10/5): Lovely facilities so comfy - Location was excellent, although a bit difficult with parking
- Sarah-jane (9/5): Lovely apartment with excellent facilities - Beautiful apartment very well equipped Location noisy at night
- Heather (8/5): Very good -
- Margaret (8/5): The bottle of champagne that greeted us was wonderful. Very thoughtful of the owners! - There was no breakfast. We bought groceries. Better instructions on how to open the outside door once we retrieved the keys from the lockbox
- Anonymous (7/5): Suitable accommodation for exploring the area. - Spacious, clean & comfortable No on-site parking, repairs required to the toilet. These items were listed in previous reviews but have not been actioned.
- Jtl (10/5): Excellent stay -
- John (1/5): I could not stay in the property and my money was not returned - Nothing, the property was smelling and dirty. I could not stay in the property, I cancelled but my money was not refunded and booking.com could not help. My advice is never to trust the pictures on this property. Customers should be able to physically see what they are paying for because of the no refund policy.
I am disappointed with the property and booking.com. Everything
- Stephanie (10/5): Exceptional - Great location. Very clean and comfortable. Answered questions quickly. Great stay!
- Kerry (10/5): Excellent, would book again! - Amazing apartment , spotless & great location for what we needed it for. All the small touches like coffee pods, tin foil and washing up liquid excellent. Lovely to be welcomed by a bottle of Prosecco and biscuits. The toliet seat and flusher in the ensuite was broken but it didn't spoil the stay.
- Jonathan (10/5): Exceptional -
- Graham (8/5): Very good - Could do with some rubbish recycling
- Stephanie (9/5): Superb - Great flat
Really central for Dundee Centre
Very spacious
Well decorated & all mod cons! Recommended Noisy on the street outside in the early hours but it was a warm Saturday night with the windows open and it was not the fault of the flat!!
- Rory (10/5): Spot on - Very clean good rate as well Nothing
- Elizabeth (10/5): amazing! - So many positives about our stay!
location is fab and close to town with lots of amenities in close proximity.
accommodation is beautiful, light and spacious. there are lots of little things like toiletries, cleaning items, and Prosecco and chocolate left for our stay.
we had a fantastic 2 nights stay for my daughters graduation and would highly recommend! parking can be tricky- it wasn’t a problem for us but might be for others. no parking is provided with accommodation but we did think there might be on street parking nearby.
- Miriam (10/5): Exceptional - The lovely welcome bottle of Prosecco and cookies.. Beautifully presented apartment, easy access to the city centre , there's a handy bus stop outside too. For smokers, the main bedroom has easy access to a small court yard ... where you can have smoke , Couldn't work the heating, or coffee machinev, maybe leave instructions on how to use ..
- Denise (8/5): Very good - Lovely flat, photos were true to life. Reasonably quick response to change the battery on the beeping smoke alarm. The smoke alarm battery was low so there was a constant beep which drove us nuts.
- Connor (9/5): Superb -
- Scottd5 (10/5): Great accommodation and central Dundee location -
- Matthew (10/5): Exceptional -
- Suzanne (7/5): central location lovely apartment a bit noisy - apartment was lovely clean shower wasn’t good also thought there were 2 toilets but only one
- Clair (10/5): great, would definitely stay again - it was very stylish and has everything you need just that the floors were a little dirty but it wasn’t a big deal
- John (10/5): Exceptional -
- Margo (10/5): would most definitely stay here again. location was perfect, walking distance to the town center as well as the waterfro - very clean , beautifully decorated, with every amenity we needed. I don't have a complaint
- Campbell (8/5): Excellent accommodation - Spotless. Beds comfortable. Nice touch of prosseco and biscuits. Coffee machine a nice touch Minor point but needs shower mat and mat for slippy bathroom floor
- Chunlian (8/5): Very good -
- Paul (10/5): Exceptional - Clean, Tidy and only a 10 min walk from City Centre. had a great stay and would definetely come back.
- Anonymous (10/5): Exceptional -
- Sai (8/5): generally I’m happy with the house - the location is excellent. there’s a flight of stairs to the apartment. the mattresses are too soft and sags at some spots.
- Lorraine (10/5): absolutely loved staying here so central and accommodation done beautifully - apartment was clean to a very high standard also the furnishings to a high standard and loved that was tea and coffee and sweets left for us also the biscuits and wine was such a lovely touch
- Hunymumy (8/5): Not suitable for young children due to open plan stairwell - Lovely apartment, tastefully decorated, well equipped kitchen. Free tea, coffee, sugar, milk sachets, sweet jar, laundry and dishwasher tablets and cleaning products. Lovely toiletries. The welcome gift of wine and shortbread was a nice idea ( sadly the shortbread was missing) Not suitable for young children due to open stairway in open plan kitchen/lounge area and no stairgate provided. Karaoke Bar at end of street very loud most nights. Not easy to open windows in lounge area. Mattresses need replacing, not very comfy.
- Rosemary (10/5): Exceptional - Spacious , modern apartment. Well fitted kitchen with all necessary appliances including washer dryer and dishwasher. Good quality fittings in both bathrooms. Comfortable settees and beds. Master bedroom is very spacious and with plenty of storage. Good sized TV and excellent WiFi. Everywhere very clean, comfortable and lots of little extras. As it was the heat wave, the coolness of the lower ground floor bedrooms was much appreciated.
Good location near the shops and town centre restaurants. Easy walk from rail station and close to coach station and bus stops.
Really appreciated the welcome gift. Being so close to town centre, it can be a bit noisy in the early evening, especially as it was glorious sunshine and everybody was "out and about".
Overnight car parking is easy to find nearby but the warden does patrol from 8am so need to buy ticket the night before to ensure you're covered.
- David (8/5): Very good -
- Alison (8/5): Very good -
- Leah (10/5): Great location, stunning appartment, couldn't ask for better - Spotless, airy and bright, and the location was about the best we could have asked for, not knowing Dundee at all. Lovely little touches - a bottle of fizz on arrival, and we needed to contact the host at one point who was available right away to answer my query. Very impressed, and will return for sure. There is a pub in close proximity, and their karaoke singers (most nights) are pretty brutal to put it mildly! the windows didn't really damp out the noise much - but in all honesty it didn't perturb us much - the pros by far outweighed this one wee niggle.
- Bleddyn (8/5): Very happy with facilities. - No breakfast. Not a great fan of key safes, excessive supplementary advertising, pre-emptive damage charges and complete lack of human contact.
