- martin (10/5): - Velmi milý a pozorný personál po celu dobu pobytu. I přes náš pozdní večerní příjezd byli ochotní připravit večeři. Snídaně i večeře byli bohaté, pestrý výběr a vše velmi chutné. Pokoj menší, což vykompenzoval každodenní úklid, výměna ručníků a ustlání postele, které byly velmi pohodné. Po lyžování bylo příjemné se zajít zrelaxovat do wellness s hezkým výhledem.

- Claudia (8/5): Super Wellnessanlage, der Rest okay. - Die neue Saunaanlage und der Pool sind wirklich toll. Die Lage des Hotels als Ausgangspunkt für tolle Wanderungen. Das Doppelzimmer mit Balkon war recht schlicht, der Balkon direkt über der Raucherecke. Frühstück war für eine Woche Urlaub jeden Tag gleich. Für Vegetarier wenig abwechslungsreiches Obst und Gemüse, gleicher Käse, gleicher Kuchen. Schade. Bei dem Preis erhofft man sich mehr, zumal die Küche explizit gelobt wird. Gilt aber wohl eher für das Abendessen, das richtig gut war.

- paolino sebastiano (9/5): Soggiorno piacevole grazie alla famiglia Köllemann - Le camere e i locali adibiti ai clienti erano molto puliti e curati. La zona era silenziosa. Colazione ricca e variegata. Cena sempre diversa con molte pietanze tipiche del posto. La famiglia Köllemann era sempre disponibile e ci ha messo a nostro agio sin da subito. In particolare va segnalato: - Carne ottima - SPA oltre le aspettative Nulla in particolare. Consiglio, per migliorare l'offerta, l'aggiunta di qualche crostata e lieviti come rotelle, saccottini etc.

- Sara (7/5): Buona la posizione, per il resto si può migliorare - Posizione ottima. Molti sentieri da trekking partono a pochi km dall'albergo ed alcuni anche dall'albergo stesso come la Roggia Oberwaal, un sentiero alquanto semplice ma molto rilassante. Carina la Spa, piccolina ed essenziale però sufficiente Ottima la carne e le zuppe, la pasta un po' meno Molto gentili Patrick (il proprietario) e Vanessa La colazione internazionale un poco scarsa per quanto riguarda la parte dolce, praticamente assente la frutta che consisteva solo in melone e ananas, in Val Venosta mi aspettavo mele, albicocche, uva e frutti di bosco ovvero frutta locale sicuramente non l'ananas Antipasto comprende una selezione di insalate che sembrano tirate fuori direttamente dalla busta e un piatto con mozzarella e pomodoro L'acqua a cena non è compresa e costa tantissimo L'accappatoio non è compreso e si paga a parte (danno dei teli ma sono scomodi per girare in albergo) A differenza di tanti altri sporthote, non sono compresi snack salutari né tisane alla spa ma solo acqua sorgiva (che potrebbe essere servita anche a cena) e succo di ananas ne stuzzichini pomeridiani.
