wenzec01 (10/5): Hockey Tournament - We were in town for a hockey tournament and we were able to snag a room at the last minute. The staff was amazing. We slept great in the room. The breakfast was great. They had a different flavor of pancakes in apple cinnamon. But it was good. I do like the fact that they offer a last minute rate. Would definitely stay here again.

S1834GKmaryw (10/5): Another great night at the Hutchinson Cobblestone. - The hotel was filled with hockey families trying to run amok, but the manager had a great firm and gentle manner with them and kept them mostly under control. We had a very quiet and comfortable night. Love the Cobblestone and it’s the only hotel in Hutchinson that we will stay at when we come to town.

leonhZ4494KP (10/5): I enjoyed my stay - This is my 3rd time staying in this hotel it is very comfortable. The staff are very friendly and helpful. I went to the exercise room it was neat and organized I did not go swimming but the pool is right next to the elevator and looks very inviting. The parking lot is well lighted and accessible from the entrance even though it is right on a major road there was very little noise I did not even feel the need to turn on tv to drown out the highway its just that quiet. I dont know if it was by design but it seemed like they kept family's with children to the lower floors so there was not a lot of coming and going noise on the third floor. I will stay in this hotel again if I am in that area I will go so far as to plan my trip so that I am in Hutchinson when the day ends.

All 6 pillows in our room were very full/thick.) Delish coffee brand, good toiletry brands, and paper products. The pool was clean and lots of towels. We did not try the breakfast. Would stay here again.

There was no coffee and food was empty. When asked for coffee she got an attitude. After 15-20 coffee is ready and some omelets. When I took a bite from omelet it was still frozen. I had to let her know the food was raw. At this point she was really irritated and pulled the food from the hot trays back to the kitchen. I think it's important to have good customer service in this kind of setting. She definitely does not like her job.

However, for the price we paid I was surprised that the couch was full of stains and our sheet on our bed would not stay on (would flip off the corner). I do not know what the staff does in the office but there should always be someone manning the desk ready to greet customers and someone always checking on the breakfast. I had to go to the desk and call them out of the office and tell them they have been out of food for some time and there are still people showing up for breakfast. I let the people know that I let the front desk know and they were disturbed everything was out at 7am. I ended up grabbing a banana and bottom of the coffee pot (grounds) cup of coffee for breakfast as I had people to meet up with and then we ended up dining out. This is not my first time having these issues at the Hutchinson hotel.

CarlynBJ (10/5): Nice stay - Stayed for a wedding. Accommodations were comfortable & quiet. Breakfast was typical hotel fare. They also had a bar, which we didn’t utilize.

833krisc (8/5): Best Option in Hutchinson - I stay in this hotel every year in Hutchinson for a family reunion. It is the best hotel in Hutchinson. Book early as hotels often sell out. The hotel has a typical hot breakfast, small pool (no hot tub), friendly staff, well stocked linens upon arrival, and 24 hour coffee service. IMO coffee is so so, but I like it strong. I recommend this hotel if you are planning on staying in Hutchinson.

When brought to their attention, they acknowledged the mistake, admitted it was on purpose due to them overbooking & offered zero compensation since our original room was more expensive then what we were given. Staff didn’t care & management still has returned emails.

Wendy (6/5): - It met our needs for a family visit in Hutchinson. Must ask for room refresh daily. Ground floor curtains do not have sheers so the curtains must remain closed or guests are in full view of parking lot.
James (4/5): - Bath towels were not provided. The front desk could not provide them. They needed y to wash some first. This was around 4:00 pm. They were available long after we had to leave for a wedding. Also, the carpet wasn’t very clean. Someone did a sloppy job of vacuuming.
Amy (10/5): Nice hotel! - Clean and comfortable bed. The shower had pressure which was nice as well. There are some hotels that use a rain shower and those are hideous! Can't say that I didn't like anything about my stay.
babynursebev (8/5): We were happy to have a place to rest after a busy day. We would return. - We were happy for a comfortable place to stay. I felt the room was perfect. The only thing was there was someone above our room with heavy steps. That was a bit annoying the first night. Was not as noticeable the second night. We were appreciative of a place to relax after a busy day.
Lynch (9/5): Very nice rooms and great staff. - Very good. Hot and tasty Elevator was stuck and had to take luggage down two flights of stairs.

Jim (6/5): - Check in was horribly slow, we showed up at 2:30PM and we did not get into our room until 3:40. We had a Wedding at 430 and barely made it. The manager refused to offer any alternative area for us to change. The Hotel was understaffed and inexperienced. Hopefully with improved management the hotel can turn it around.

billsI8349MS (2/5): Absentee Managment. Incompetent front desk staff. - Poor Management! I booked several rooms over an 8nwek period. These rooms were prepaid. The hotel consistently would double bill me when my drivers would check in. Thos would be simply an inconvenience except the "manager" is either never at work or wont call me back to fix the situation. Multiple calls voicemails emails ignored. Avoid the trouble. Stay elsewhere for your family or business trips.

Marilyn (10/5): - I stayed in a 1 bedroom suiite that had a fully furnished kitchen including an induction stove, pots, pans, dishes, microwave, dishwasher, and a full size refrigerator. The living room had a pullout sleeper sofa, and a separate bedroom.

DWWColumbia (10/5): One of the best hotels we’ve found! - This hotel has very comfortable accommodations! Staff has been outstanding responding to requests. Breakfast choices are different from day to day and well done. One of the BEST hotels we used. Will definitely come back when in this area again!
Donna (10/5): Great place! - Cobblestone is top notch. Very comfortable beds, plenty of pillows, very pleasant and nice room furniture. Changed after 3 nights prebooked to an accessible room for our last night. Staff was very accommodating and allowed us to do it right across the hall prior to checkout time. One of the best places we’ve stayed. Breakfast was as good or better than any hotel breakfast except in Europe!
B6289FZjorgev (10/5): Great place to stay - Large room. Hallways were clean. Room was clean other than bathroom could have used a better sweeping as their was things behind the toilet and in corner under vanity behind trash can. Breakfast was great. Would definitely stay here again.
