- Wall (10/5): - Breakfast was very good with hot eggs and bacon. Staff was very friendly and helpful. You do need to realize that the hotel is on a busy street so there was a lot of traffic noise.
- Paula (5/5): Ok but not my 1st choice for a hotel in Shelby. - The bed was very comfortable and the shower was amazing. It was kind of hard to close the shower door the whole way without alot of effort. The food at breakfast was not very good. Eggs were cold and milk was spoiled. Would not partake in the breakfast again. Also there was a really weird stench in the hallways and the elevator.

When I complained the clerk at the desk said she didn't know how I was able to book the suite when they were sold out on that room on the 9th. I was very disappointed. So far the hold on my credit card is not reflecting my receipt. The hold on my card is more than my receipt shows. Another friend's room was canceled entirely. She had to leave the city and stay somewhere else.

They will pretend to have leaks on the floor that you were booked on and try to book you into the Comfort Inn which is $70.00 less than what they charged you per night. They told me that Expedia would refund me, I attempted to do a refund and the hotel told them they did not have a leak and I was lying and would not give a refund.

- Golden (10/5): Exceptional - Everything The first room we stayed in, the a/c on the roof was making a loud vibrating noise All night. The next night we moved to a different room and we slept wonderful.
- Joanie (4/5): Disappointing - They charged me for one night when I booked 2 nights, and when a card problem occured We were thrown out!

- Rita (6/5): Clean but uncomfortable. - The room was TINY! The bed was incredibly uncomfortable and the only other place to sit in the room was an office chair. No couch, no chair, just a desk and a bed. Doesn’t get more bare bones than that.
