The location was perfect for us, and when we booked the room incorrectly, they quickly came up with another room. They were also kind enough to do my friend’s laundry for free. There is a hotel dog named Kira that is my new friend as well!
- Maria (10/5): - The owners are very generous and have drinks and snacks available all the time. This is a hidden gem in Naples. Gorgeous property in the heart of Naples. Better signage is needed. We had a hard time finding it on our first visit. Once you know where it is; no worries. Beautiful people own and work this place. Only place in our Italy venture where people were actually happy and smiled while at work! Book here. Bathroom was very clean and spacious. Beds were very comfortable They have wine waiting for the guests in the room and a mini bar full of beverages that are complimentary!!

You can walk most everywhere in Naples from the hotel. It provides nice amenities and a great breakfast. It’s a low-key hotel, and a perfect place to call home while visiting Naples.

- Carl (8/5): - This is a boutique hotel tucked into a major shopping street, via Toledo. The staff is excellent, the breakfast spread was one of the best, and the hotel's location is centrally located to everywhere you would want to walk. Besides, the subway is about a block or so away.

The hotel has no parking however as we arrived with a car, I called a head of time and we were given instructions to park in the parking structure just by the hotel. It is a 1 min walk from the hotel. The hotel is very special!! Super clean, unique, big rooms and great service. The hotel is located an historical building and offers a very special and intimate experience. They have only 9 rooms. Ours was a very big room that could fit 5 of us. It was perfect size. We loved the hotel and would strongly recommend it.

- Lisa (8/5): Small elevator and lots of stairs - The property was nice however it would have been helpful to know that there are a lot of stairs to climb if you are uncomfortable in very small old elevators. Other than that the property was nice and the breakfast was good. Please note that this property is on a main street where people party until early in the morning and you can hear that in the room.

- Brant (8/5): Boutique hotel in Naples shopping district - We were two English speakers visiting Naples for the first time. Overall we were very happy with this boutique hotel, which seems to be in a beautiful converted former private residence on a busy pedestrian shopping avenue. The hotel itself is not especially well marked and can be a bit of a challenge to find for the first time, especially at night. It fronts on a pedestrian-only street, so taxis cannot drop you directly at the hotel. Closest taxi access is about a block away. The hotel is about a half block from the Toledo metro station, which is a plus. Staff were very friendly and accommodating, and communication was not a problem. The room (Plebicito) was spacious and comfortable, though the shower is a bit small in the European tradition. But all was clean, well maintained and functional. Room was spacious, comfortable, and completely quiet during sleeping hours. Plenty of restaurant choices within a 3-4 block radius. Easy access to city sights by foot, about a 15 minute walk to the port to catch ferries. Breakfast was fresh and options were plentiful. We were happy with our stay and thought we received very good value for our money.

- Yohann (10/5): Merveilleux!!! - Un séjour de rêve ! Chambre parfaite à la décoration soignée toutes avec une magnifique peinture murale reprenant les beautés de la baie de Naples. Le petit déjeuner est un moment de choix dans la journée pour la salle somptueuse dans laquelle il est pris et bien entendu pour la qualité des produits faits maison. C’est certainement l’un des plus beau et savoureux petit déjeuner que j’ai eu l’occasion de prendre dans toute ma vie bien remplie de voyages. Il y a même un petit coin très mignon dans l’hôtel où vous pouvez prendre gratuitement une collation sucrée ou salée à toutes heures de la journée ou de la nuit. Belle attention!! Que dire également de la gentillesse du personnel, on se sent bien et les sourires et les bons conseils sont toujours présents. Enfin la localisation... idéale ! Au cœur du quartier espagnol et de ses nombreux restaurants typiques et de ses beaux magasins et à quelques minutes à pieds de toutes les plus belles attractions touristiques de la ville. A deux pas également du port d’embarquement pour les îles de Capri, Procida et d’Ischia, du métro qui vous mène en trois stations à la gare centrale pour rejoindre Pompéi, Herculaneum, le Vésuve et toutes les merveilleuses destinations de la côte almafitaine et même du funiculaire pour atteindre les hauteurs de Naples et assister au choix au lever ou au coucher du soleil. En un mot l’hôtel Napoli Mia est un merveilleux trésor!! Nous y retournerons sans hésiter! Grazie Mille !!!

- KARLA (6/5): Good but take a look on the comments if you are +2 - We stayed in a room for 4 people the room was great for 2 but the other 2 slept in a super uncomfortable sofa. On top of that the shower is just a tub with uncomfortable way to take a shower standing up. My husband was not feeling well from his back so not fun. The positive is that the breakfast is awesome, the service and hospitality is great, water, snacks and attention all the time. The location is perfect. My advice is room for 2 only and ask for a different shower maybe they have is just that when we notice we were already in a rush so we just handled it.
