- Yuta (9/5): フニクラ乗り放題で便利 - ピピラの丘まですぐ！ 昼夜を問わず好きなタイミングで何度でも絶景が楽しめる。 フニクラの乗場が行列でも、出口から進入してホテルに貸与されたカードを見せると並ぶことなく乗せてくれます。 非常にコスパが良い宿ではないでしょうか。 備え付けのドライヤーは、スイッチを下に入れると強風になります。真ん中が切、上が弱、下が強です（強風にしたら中から虫の死骸が出てきましたが笑） フロント向かい側の建物でしたが、他の方が書いているような洗面台の排水もお湯が出る速度も許容範囲でした。ただ眺望が東向きなのでバシリカ等は見えません。 早朝フライトで移動するため深夜チェックアウトでしたが、Uberの乗車ポイントをピピラ像前にして乗降が問題ありませんでした。 階段が多いので非力であればスーツケースではなくバックパックのほうがオススメです。 チェックインしてすぐクローゼットの中に大きなゴキブリの死骸を見つけました。丘の上の自然がいっぱいだった場所に建っているので仕方ないかもしれませんが、そのくらい確認していただきたいです。いきなり衝撃的でした。 また、連泊時「清掃不要」の札を出していたのに、清掃されていたのも謎です。 上記の点があっても、それでも魅力的な良い宿です。スタッフも英語はそんなに通じませんが親切でした。

- Alfonso (9/5): Lindo lugar sin duda alguna - Funicular, habitación, vista, top de la zona sin duda Tuvimos un inconveniente inicial (descripción fotos de la reserva no concordaban con lo que nos asignaron, esto se debe corregir pq tiene a dar publicidad engañosa), con fotos y descripción de balcón o área para sentado y eso no nos lo dieron, posterior a informar y dar la muestra de lo alquilado y una pequeña discusión se nos cambio a la ubicación debida y cero quejas, un pequeño detalle en un día de desayuno que se indico a personal de cocina (un bichito en unos chicharrones, mala suerte creería), el resto no tengo quejas es un hotel super bien ubicado con la mejor vista quizá de Guanajuato, el funicular le da un plus enorme. Muy contentps con la atención del muchacho de recepción no recuerdo el nombre un tipazo muy buena persona, ojala el hotel valore ese tipo de empleados honrados y con ganas de trabajar y servicial como el, creo que si inicialmente hubiéramos hablado con el fijo nos resolvía el problema de habitación con mas rapidez. Tipazo, igual no voy a hablar mal del hotel y alquilen a ojos cerrados es un hermoso hotel, solo que revisen bien fotos y descripción que concuerden si lo hacen por booking. Yo si vuelvo alquilaría en mismo lugar con esa salvedad.

- Luis Fernando (10/5): Excelente alojamiento - La habitación que nos dieron fue increíble, una gran vista y super cómodo todo, sin duda volveremos, lo del funicular hace que sientas que estas muy cerca del centro de la ciudad pero con una gran vista. No diría que no me gustó, pero el horario del funicular te limita, en caso de que quieras estar más tiempo en el centro de la ciudad tendrás que subir a pie o en algún tipo de taxi.

Sound proofing can be improved. Our room was right in front of the public terrace and there was a group that came for sunrise and their chatter woke us up from sleep.. also we can hear clearly people talking hallway which also woke us up from sleep. Finally the clock from the church in town rang at 7:30am daily and I guess the whole town would be awoken lol. My advice is to sleep early.

- Piotr1976 (9/5): Great view over the city with an excellent access to it via funicular - Beautiful view from a high up and a free funicular that quickly gets you into the city center (and back). The room was perfectly clean and quite comfortable (apart from a few details). Bathroom was nice (excellent shower) and WiFi was fast. The price we paid was quite good for what we got. To access the hotel, there is like a hundred steps that you have to conquer - it was a challenge while carrying our heavy bags. The parking is paid extra and it looks close on the map, but quite far when you consider all the stairs. In the room, the "double" bed was quite small and there was no electric socket by the desk. Shame there was a street light right in front of our balcony (spoiling a night view of the city).

Ubicado en cerro con hermosa vista de la ciudad - quizás la mejor da vista de la ciudad! - y te dan una tarjeta para uso ilimitado de un funicular que baja directo a la mejor parte del centro histórico. El dormitorio es grande, limpio, com aire acondicionado silencioso y ducha con buena presión de água caliente. El desayuno cumple bien, variado y con opciones de carne. Nada. Para el valor de la diaria, me parece que cumple plenamente la expectivas.

- Kana (10/5): 文句なしの眺望！ - 眺望が本当に素晴らしく、観光しに外に出かけるか部屋でのんびりするか迷ってしまうような景色です。部屋は清潔感があり、広々としています。フニクラで簡単に街まで行って帰って来れるのがかなり便利です(乗り場とホテルは直結しています)。あとロビーにお湯とコーヒーがいつでも飲める場所があるのもありがたいです。ここに泊まったら絶対後悔しないと思います。 上の階は分かりませんが下の階は街からの音をかなり拾うので、週末は朝3時過ぎまで街が騒がしいのですがガッツリ聞こえます。(逆に街中に泊まると相当やばそうです)耳栓があれば問題ないと思います。

- Mina (10/5): Highly recommended! - ロケーションが素晴らしい。グアナファトの象徴の景色がお部屋から見られる。 滞在期間中(チェックアウト後も、荷物を預けたら、取りに行くまで)、ケーブルカーのカードをくれて、乗り放題。チケット購入の行列に並ぶ必要もない。 スタッフも皆とても親切。 周りに何もない分静かなので、落ち着いた滞在をしたい人にはとてもおすすめ。 人によっては、周りに何もないので不便に感じるかも。ケーブルカーで数分で街の中心に降りられるので、個人的には全く問題なかったし、むしろ静かで過ごしやすかった。

- Carmen (8/5): - Es la tercera vez que me hospedo en este hotel, y siempre ha sido una experiencia muy buena, el personal muy amable, además de que la ubicación del hotel me parece buena, ya que en cuestión de minutos puedes ir al pípila o al centro Esta última vez nos tocó un balcón muy pequeño :( casi para una persona, por el precio de la habitación esperábamos un balcón normal como las otras habitaciones, además de que afuera del balcón es donde gente se reúne, por lo cual suele haber mas ruido o no ser tan privado, que hasta da un poco de pena estar en el balcón porque la gente se te queda viendo.

- runjing (8/5): 非常满意 - 因为航班晚点，到酒店已经快23点了，前台小哥帮我换到了一个视野相对好的房间，这一点很感谢。早餐相对简单。酒店硬件设施在瓜纳华托算中等。酒店最吸引的就是地理位置了，就在观景台旁边。但是如果想吃点什么的话，就得下去到主街，平时有缆车还好，如果夜晚就得走起很久的小巷下去。总的来说，对于我这种喜欢拍照的人来说，住这里是非常不错的选择。 房间内部设施应该更新。

- Florentino (10/5): Definitely would recommend! It’s such an amazing place to stay in the view and staff and just everything around it is am - I loved how close it was to everything! The tram that takes you to the central of the city, everything is close by. The view is to die for! everything was very nice, clean and organized, the staff was super friendly! I have no negative thing to say everything was perfect!

- Ana Cristina (8/5): Buena vista, falta aclaración del estacionamiento - La vista es buenísima y la atención para poder usar el funicular La comunicación en cuanto el estacionamiento, nunca fue clara, me enviaron una información por mensaje, el señor del estacionamiento me dio otra y al momento de hacer check in me dieron otra, me decfepcionó mucho ya que este aspecto fue decisivo para mí.
- Carmen Guadalupe (10/5): - Muy buena ubicación para tener una vista de la ciudad. Por esta vez nos tocó un balcón que no da al centro, pero también fue agradable y conocimos otra parte del hotel. En esta última estancia tuvimos oportunidad de ir al restaurante y la comida nos pareció muy buena, todo estaba muy rico. La señal de TV tenía algunas fallas y también el internet.
