Bardzo wygodne łóżka w pokojach. Część Wellnes też bardzo przyjemna i czysta. Nie podobały mi się wiszące pajęczyny z kurzem na suficie w pokoju, oraz brak doinformiwania przez Wasz serwis, oraz przez recepcje obiektu, ze strefa Wellnes i pies jest za dodatkową opłatą, wszystko trzeba doczytac samemu na stronie hotelu

• Moritz (8/5): Günstig und gut in der Nebensaison - Es handelt sich um ein Self-Service-Hotel, was uns bei der Buchung nicht bewusst war. Wir haben das Hotel spontan über Booking.com gebucht und wollten dort einfach nur die Nacht verbringen. Den Check-in haben wir dann problemlos im etwa 200 m entfernten Omnia Hotel gemacht, was letztendlich völlig in Ordnung war. Vor Ort kam der Checkin nur umständlich über ein Tablet gemacht werden, was bei uns nicht funktioniert hat. Online ist der Checkin wohl auch möglich. Das Zimmer selbst war sehr gut und ausgesprochen sauber. Den Spa-Bereich haben wir nicht genutzt. Der Preis für den Parkplatz ist besonders in der Nebensaison schon fast unverschämt hoch. Das Frühstück ist sehr minimalistisch gehalten. Eventuell wäre es sinnvoller, das Frühstück direkt im Omnia Hotel anzubieten. Kaffee, Brot und Müsli ist aber vorhanden und verhungern tut man nicht.

• Radka (9/5): - Velice útulné a čisté pokoje, vybavení v perfektním stavu, prostorná sprcha. Velice milý a přívětivý personál u snídaně, které jsou opravdu velice bohaté a chutné, byla jsem velice spokojená. Budova samotná i její okolí vypadá skvěle. Bazén a vířivka jsou naprosto úžasné a ten výhled, neuvěřitelné. Byli jsme opravdu velice spokojeni. Ne že by se mi to nelíbilo, spíš mi chyběla přítomnost jakéhokoliv personálu mimo snídaně. Ráda bych nahlásila pár velice drobných závad, nebylo ovšem komu a volat na linku recepce, když se fyzicky nacházím v hotelu, mi přišlo prostě blbé 🙂 Úplně by mi stačil nějaký chat, kam bych to mohla napsat.

• beata (7/5): Jesteśmy zadowoleni z pobytu, miejscowość ładna, cicha i spokojna. - śniadanie dobre, ładnie podane, pokój czysty i dosyć duży, lokalizacja hotelu dobra, ładnie pachniało w całym obiekcie. Płatność dodatkowa za basen, parking, i za psa. Za psa nie dostałam informacji wcześniej ile to będzie kosztować. Dla psa nic nie było w hotelu, wręcz był zakaz wejścia na śniadanie z naszym małym pieskiem. Pierwszy raz musiałam dodatkowo zapłacić za korzystanie z basenu na miejscu. Problematyczne jest również zakwaterowanie online przed wyjazdem, oraz konieczność korzystania z kodu do wszystkich drzwi. (wejściowe, pokój, basen, winda)

• M.Odysseus (2/5): - Poloha a možnost bazénu . Toho je mnoho! Za prvé - veškerý postup ubytování si musíte provést sami na internetu 😒. A to další - požadují další platbu za parkování vozidla . A to co mě hlavně odradilo od ubytování v tomto zařízení - Chtějí po klientech autorizaci a otevření vaší platební karty ( s čísly a td. na případné škody - 1000 Kč)! Což beru jako podvod - bez tohoto ověření vám nepošlou do mailu kód vstupu a číslo pokoje , nedostanete se ani do hotelu ( i když jste platbu s potvrzením odeslali a byla prijata ) 😕! Prý vratná kauce - ale neviděl jsem na tento postup nikde upozornění ( i když se mě o tom telefonicky snažili přesvědčit - já to tedy nikde neviděl - takto se to nikde nedělá / jen blázen by si v dnešní době zadal pro cizí - otevření vlastní bankovní karty )!! Ať si to zadají do přímé platby / s tím že ji budou vracet! Ale takové jednání z hlouby duše nesnáším !!! 😡

• Mireille (9/5): - Alles gut zu erreichen. Schön zentral gelegen. Alles zum Hotel war super. Allerdings in den Osterferien vwürde ich die Ortschaft nicht empfehlen. Fast alle Gaststätten zu, die Seilbahn geschlossen und auf den Cesna Hora ebenso alles ausgestorben. Auchi bei den anliegenden Ortschaften das Selbe. Sehr schade. Ansonsten schöne Gegend. 🙃

• Helen (8/5): Upgrade to half board with pool access - The room was warm, with radiators that you could control. There was a bath in the room and complementary bottled water. The location was great and nearby parking was available. The totally online management of checking in / accessing room keys was new for me and we managed fine with that. The place was very clean and quiet and the swimming pool and hot tub were fabulous, and a highlight for both me and my children. Breakfast was a good selection, considering the hotel is relatively small. It had both hot and cold selections. The half board option was excellent value for money as it included access to the pool, which you would normally pay for extra. We would definitely come back. Didn't affect us, but the lift was out of order and they don't prioritise families with small children to the first floor (affected another family). I felt sorry for the staff there as due to the total online nature of check-in and really anything else, they couldn't answer any questions about the bookings / what's included. Location of the room, being of a shorter height and design of windows, it wasn't possible to leave the window open overnight/ whilst out of the room.

• Julia (9/5): Wir kommen gern wieder. - Die Lage war für uns super, da man fußläufig zum Skigebiet/-Lift kommt. Es war schön, dass es ein Schwimmbad und einen Whirlpool gibt - beides haben wir am Regentag genossen. Neu für uns war das kontaktlose Einchecken, was aber problemlos geklappt hat. Im Keller gibt es einen extra Raum für die Skier und Schuhe, so dass sie dort trocknen konnten. Wir hatten Halbpension, das Essen war sehr lecker und völlig ausreichend, um satt zu werden. Es gibt nichts zu bemängeln.

When we first arrived, the room smelled horrible, so we let some fresh air in, it kept coming back, turns out its the drain. The bed was the squeakiest bed we have ever slept in. Parking was across the road in a dirty parking lot not like advertised in from of the residence. Also we weren’t aware of the wellness not being included in the price. Found out after booking..you can’t really find out very well when booking via booking.

• David (6/5): Overall, OK, but the check-in experienced was really bad. I can still recommend it. - Clean, comfy, nicely renovated. The building is nice. The wellness facility is clean and well maintained. Breakfast was delicious, even though the options were limited. There was a systematic issue with an online check-in. I was required to pay a deposit on a third-party website and after paying, I wasn’t given a key to my room or into the building. I was freezing in front of the house together with my three year-old son, calling reception without no answer. There is no one present. I wasn’t the only one I spot like two more guest struggling with it. Later on, I was told that there is a delay between the payment and an assignment of an access. That made start of my stay uncomfortable. Additional payment for the wellness facility is a but of a downer, but nothing major.

Chapem, ze toto je vec ktoru by si clovek pred rezervaciou mal preverit, ale nie vzdy je na to cas a nektore veci sa prehliadnu. Na izbe sa nekurilo. Pri teplotach vonku ktore sa pohybovali okolo nuly bol radiator na izbe studeny a v noci to bolo citit.

• Sebastian (9/5): - Útulné ubytování blízko ski areálu, pěkný bazén, moc dobré snídaně Trochu nepřehledný online systém pro provedení check inu a check outu. Ale vždy jsme se pro vyřešení nějaké komplikace dovolali na recepci hotelu Omnia, kde nám ochotně poradili.

• GiGi (10/5): Great Boutique hotel for a relaxing stay! - Building it self is very new and well mantained, swimming pool with view, jacuzzi. Breakfast was good. Reception staff was very helpful and replied our e-mails very soon. It was not clear in the moment of booking that the dinner was somewhere else and there were no many options for main dishes. The drinks were not included either.

• Justyna (9/5): I wish to come back - Great location for skiers. Super friendly staff - ladies at the restaurant especially. Breakfasts really nice - varied daily plus basics always available. Evening restaurant a la carte - amazing pastas and really good salads. Swimming pool - usually shared with only 2-3 other people - spacious then. Hot tub really hot:) The check in with no reception was a bit problematic. The mail sent to us to pay the deposit on the day of the arrival - came when we were in the middle of the journey - hence not seen = did not receive the entry code. Fortunately, the phone number provided worked and a nice lady helped me find out the reason.
