O cobertor da cama estava com uma mancha amarela, o que indica que não foi bem limpo. O quarto tem paredes e janelas finas, então o barulho da rua e dos outros quartos entra alto no quarto. Localização ótima, ao lado do metro.

Hotels.com decided you can only call them and removed their customer service email address to pursue complaints like this. Please can someone contact me so I can retrieve the proper rewards due to me? Thank you!
- Shui-Yee (8/5): Small, but cleanz great location and great service - Service was excellent, rooms and facilities were kept clean. Didn't need to wait to use the facilities. Basic and small but excellent location and friendly helpful staff! First room was noisy as it was on the main road but the window didn't seem to close properly or offer sufficient sound proofing.
- JUNHO (10/5): - 숙소 퀄리티도 좋고, 화장실과 샤워장은 공용이지만 상당히 깔끔했습니다. 안에 샴푸, 바디워시, 드라이기, 고데기도 다 구비되어 있었습니다. 숙소에 짐 체크인/아웃 시 짐을 보관해주는 서비스도 있습니다!(큰 짐 1000엔, 작은 짐 500엔 받는다고 되어 있었는데, 저희는 무료로 보관해주셨습니다!) 1박 당 가격도 저렴하고, 바로 앞에 역도 있어서 이동하기 편리합니다. 잠자리 별로 신경 안쓰시는 분들한테는 최적입니다.

- Wenhan (10/5): Great place for a solo one or two night stay - Nice stay for one night. Ultra fast and friendly check in process with the owner. Room has some street noise until 1am but it didn’t matter to me because I only got back at 1am. Room was pretty clean overall

- Verified traveler (10/5): 快適に過ごせました - 味園ユニバースでのライブの際に利用しました。会場から徒歩2分の立地のため、当日は雨でしたが会場へ行き来しやすく大変助かりました。駅や繁華街も近く便利です。ゲストハウスに泊まるのは初めてで少々不安でしたが、オーナーさんが親切で、お部屋や設備もしっかりしており快適に過ごせました。(コテなどもあり、普通のホテルより充実してるかも…？と思ったほどです) お部屋にもよるのかもしれませんが、外の音が結構近くに聞こえます。気になる方は耳栓などがあると良いかもしれません。 また大阪に行く際はぜひ利用させていただきたいと思います！

- CHIH KANG (8/5): 價格划算，地點好，需自備盥洗用具 - 1.價格划算，位置好，到大阪日本橋站不用30秒 2.未提供個人專用的盥洗用具，毛巾只給一條須重複使用，有潔癖者建議自行攜帶相關盥洗用具。 3.單人房還算寧靜，其他房的聲音也不太會傳過來，但是對外窗戶有縫隙，有冷風一直吹進來，須靠暖氣還有背對窗戶比較不會被影響。 4.3樓電梯旁的樓梯間，有人會在那抽菸，又不關門的時候，煙味在3樓櫃檯附近會很明顯。
