• Joshua (6/5): - I had emailed property a month in advance. Many phone calls to ask for shuttle service at certain time no response. The only service was at check in and that’s it. No return messages and no one ever answered calls. When asked about this on arrival they say to busy. There was no buffet breakfast served and was charged for meal. No breakfast because less than 20 people to serve. Honesty I will stay at a different place next time.
• Elizabeth (8/5): Clean, simple, quiet. - I would stay here again. There was not a mini-fridge in the room that I rented, so just be aware of that. This is a perfectly adequate spot to stay. Staff were very friendly, even called in the morning to check if I was coming down for breakfast. It’s not the ritz… but that’s not my vibe anyway.

• Fredrica (4/5): - I had a bizarre experience at D’prima. I arrived at 4:30 pm and was instructed to sit in a seating area outside the direct view of the two personnel at the front desk. Despite making eye contact, they ignored me for 15 minutes. When I inquired about the delay, the male staff member finally acknowledged me, only to make me wait another 5 minutes. Meanwhile, a Muslim couple received prompt attention from the female staff member. After nearly 30 minutes in an empty lobby, I was checked in. I informed the male staff member that I would be checking out at 10 pm and required the airport shuttle. He assured me it was no problem, but when I returned to the lobby at 9:50 pm, I was told the shuttle had stopped running. The new staff member offered to book a taxi, which I declined. As I waited outside for my Grab ride, I saw the initial receptionist who had checked me in earlier, still present at the front desk. He offered no apology or explanation for the poor treatment. I couldn't help but wonder if my race was a factor in the subpar service I received.

• Sonny (8/5): - Credit to Vina. She fought to get me a special shuttle to the hotel as I just missed it and have to wait another 2 hours for the next one. She is so nice, professional and courteous in handling my demand. Thank you!!! The room itself is just okay as I stayed only for one night in between flights. Good rate and decent condition for the purpose. The free shuttle is definitely a plus.

• Thi Hélène (8/5): Bon séjour à proximité de l’aéroport - Pour un court séjour, l'hôtel a répondu à mes attentes. L'hôtel est à moins de 15min de l’aéroport, sécurisé. La chambre sans fenêtre ne m'a pas gênée. Literie propre et confortable. La salle de bain est spacieuse et comprends les équipements nécessaires. Le petit déjeuner est convenable. Attention la navette est disponible qu'à certains horaires mais avce grab cela ne pose pas de problème
• Gerald (8/5): - The hotel is a good value stop off for the airport, with the bonus of a free shuttle to the airport. I tried to explain to the young shuttle driver that he was responsible for all the passengers lives onboard, "so stop reading your mobile phone messages, and concentrate on your driving." I was happy with the hotel. Room was clean bed was comfy. But 22.00hr the bar closes.

Room very cleaned, No hairdryer in the room, requesting, never delivered until my hair drying up and have to go. The staffs are busy for every little things that require to do, but unnecessarily, not paying attention for what need to be done

I get there to find out shuttle service to airport ends at noon not 10pm like it says .Wifi didnt work at all in my room that was also full of flies..Breakfast ends at 8am..I stayed 1 hour and left..No solution offered and no refund..Place is in horrible area so dont venture out..

• Sonny (10/5): - I need a quick place to sleep and shower since I have a 13 hours layover. This place is great! They provide free shuttle to and from airport. The room itself is not luxury, but very decent for the price. Bathroom was near new. Very satisfied with what I paid for and will stay here again if I need in the future.

I think the management should notify Expedia, otherwise it is considered as false promise. Secondly, I tried to email this property through their email address, through expedia, and through text message but nobody replied, I believe the communication system should be improved

• Emma (6/5): - We arrived in Jakarta fron a domestic flight at 5pm and had to fly out for an international flight the next morning at 6am so we stayed here to get a shower and some sleep in between before heading on a 30 hr journey home. We were in contact with the hotel about the free airport pickup service they provide and they assured us that someone would pick us up on arrival. This turned into a nightmare when the driver was sendi by us confusing what’s app msgs with photos of where he was located at the terminal. Every time we went to look for him we couldn’t find him and would return to the same spot with wifi and tell him where we were. This went on for 1.5hrs! All to find out that these pictures were old photos and the driver wasn’t actually there yet, he pulled in 1.5hrs after our pickup time and claimed to be in traffic however we were quite sure they didn’t leave to get us until 6pm. This was not communicated and we wasted so much time and energy trying to find them and msging other contacts from the hotel and getting conflicting information. We would have happily taken a cab if we knew we would be waiting that long. It was a very unfortunate way to end our wonderful time in Indonesia and I would not recommend staying here. Our hotel room also smelled quite strongly of smoke even though it was a non smoking room. If you don’t mind smoke and don’t need pickup, it was a nice enough room with good water pressure and hot water and the bed was comfy.
