From the moment we arrived, the hosts made us feel incredibly welcome and treated us like family. They were so kind, warm, and always ready to help with anything we needed. They responded very quickly to any questions we had, and no request was ever too much for them. They even kindly ironed our clothes for us, which was such a thoughtful and generous gesture. The house itself is beautiful and full of charm, with lovely traditional Japanese features including the bathrooms and flooring. The beds and bedding were extremely comfortable, everything was spotless, and you could really feel the care and attention put into the home. The location is also perfect, with everything conveniently close and easy to access. Overall, this was truly one of the most memorable stays we have had, and the hosts’ kindness and hospitality made the experience exceptional. We would happily stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

Die Gastgeber waren sehr freundlich, und konnten immer hilfsbereit sein. Die Wohnung war immer angenehm temperiert. Vielleicht eine Microwelle, um das Essen zu wärmen. Bestimmte Regeln für das Haus vor der Anreise mitteilen.

The shower and bathroom facilties are great. We even had our private onsen, we could use 24/7. The kitchen was great. You sleep on the tatami matts. We used an extra mattress which made the bed very comfortable. The duvets and bed linen were of high quality. We receive a Japanese pyjamas to sleep in. It is in working distance to the golden pavillon. The buses go every 5-10 minutes, so it was very easy to get around. The host and hostess were so friendly and took care of all our needs. The hostess even washed all our clothes free of charge before we left. This has been our best booking sofar. We felt very much at home! Nothing!

Host and hostess are the most friendly people you can ever see, they try their best to make us feel like at home. I love the location, though maybe it’s somehow remote from the center, but every center in every big city is really a boring same , while living in such a house makes you feel like you have been indulged into the local community, have a glance of the peaceful and rhythmic japanese life. He went explained thoroughly the amenities available at the property and also suggested sightseeing spots. We got the place all to ourselves thereafter. But the host is easily contactable if help were ever needed. They came to do some cleaning when we were out. Tea and drip coffee was provided. Smoking is allowed in a designated area outside the entrance. Family Mart & Lawson within walking distance. Vending machine for drinks right opposite. Free parking right in front of property for 1 car. Love the yukata pajamas. They were so comfortable Everything is great.

From entering to the front garden to viewing the apartment. The host was excellent, helpful and greeted us with a smile and the Japanese kindness. Definitely wishing to return back in the future. The area is a calm and silent neighborhood and the property as advertised has a free parking spot. Cleanliness was exceptional and we wish we had more days for this wonderful house. Highly recommended for anyone traveling to Kyoto. Nothing, everything was perfect.
