The breakfast was wonderful and this place is value for money without a doubt! The rooms are close together so when guests are coming in, it can be quite loud but once they get into their rooms it is nice and peaceful again.

I made a request to check in a bit earlier on booking.com since we where travelling from far, they didn't answer me until I called them when we where on the way, they only answered me that time only because I called them. I feel they should've answered me earlier so that I can make other arrangements, we only wanted to change so that we can go to church for that matter, we didn't even want to bath. We are very much aware of the check in time and we respect that, but accommodating us even earlier would have been good. Also, I woke up midnight and there was a group of people making noise that I struggled to get back to my sleep.

- Mrs (7/5): Besides the above queries we still enjoyed our stay at Lala Dene Lodge - The location was perfect. Breakfast was great. Battle with tv, most of the time only had one channel available. With the shower only the 1st person had hot water although not much was used. The 2nd person had to take a cold shower. The toilet you had to flush 3 times every time you used it, just to get it cleaned. Thsidi's service was brilliant. What a great lady! More hot water available for 2 and more people to shower. Attend to tv to get various channels. Get the toilet when flushing ones to have enough water to rinse it properly.

Waited the morning so long for hot water at the basin I eventually gave up. They did not offer filter coffee because we slept over on a Saturday and apparently they have only one person that operate the coffee machine. I dont drink instant coffee at all and I actually take 4 star and up with breakfast included for the coffee The machine was staring at us, how disappointing. Might have gone cheaper and grabbed coffee and breakfast on the road. The juice was watery and not fresh. And they dont even have a bottle of water in the room nor anything to buy onsite.

The Bedroom/Room was not matching what i saw on the pictures of the venue when i made the booking. The bathroom also needs some TLC, i feel the rooms aesthetics need upgrading
