• María Laura (9/5): Hermoso! - Excelente la atención de la señora de recepción, nos dió mucha información sobre el lugar...la habitación era hermosa y con una vista fantástica. El spa hermoso y cómodo, sin costo adicional, además te dan sin costo bata, toalla y pantuflas. La atención del camarero muy bien. El desayuno estuvo bien. La cena podría haber estado mejor, varios platos pero lo encontramos un poco sin sabor. Igual no estaba mal.

И тот и другой оооочень вкусные и с большим разнообразием (я была во многих отелях Европы, такое встречается достаточно редко). +в размещение входит спа. Когда мы приехали, мы совсем забыли обо всех этих удобствах и как же было приятно получить это всё! Очень красивые современные номера. Менеджер Франческа супер милая девушка, очень гостеприимная, все подскажет и расскажет. До озера ходит бесплатный автобус (на ресепшен нужно попросить специальный QR-код для этого), но имейте ввиду, что до мая это озеро замерзшее.

• Iris Villot (9/5): Perfecto para ver la zona del lago - El hotel es precioso. Las habitaciones una chulada con una decoración muy cuidada y cálida. Todo el personal fue encantador con nosotros. Pasamos solo una noche pero cogimos media pensión ya que no hay mucha cosa alrededor. La cena estaba muy rica y fue contundente. El desayuno muy rico y variado también. Por la noche tomamos un licor en el bar de la entrada y fue muy agradable. El Spa se agradece a última hora después de un día de caminatas. Perfecto No le doy un 10 porque la almohada era terrible! De veras que no entendemos como un hotel tan fantástico tiene una almohadas tan malas que se hacen bollos y que son tan tan incómodas. Por el resto es un hotel genial.

• Giulia (10/5): Assolutamente consigliato! - Posizionato lungo la strada per il lago di Braies, hotel curato e ben tenuto, la nostra camera era enorme con corridoio, terrazzo e salottino circolare, tanto spazio per riporre le proprie cose e vista sulla vallata. Spa molto carina con saune, bagno turco, angolo tisana e piscina idromassaggio (seppur non grandissima, ci stanno 6 persone comode). Colazione a buffet varia e cene molto valide con piatti ricercati e molto buoni. Nel periodo di accesso alla valle di Braies regolamentato viene fornito il pass gratuito anche per i mezzi pubblici e all’arrivo alla reception vengono fornite tutte le informazioni utili. Se devo trovare un difetto, la luce nel corridoio della camera con sensore di movimento era fastidioso, poco utile e durante la notte se ci si recava in bagno era un disturbo, avrei preferito l’interruttore normale. Per il resto tutto perfetto!

Excellent services, impeccable room (positioning, size, view) and the spa area includes an indoor jacuzzi and a nude sauna area (dry and wet), which worked very well. Varied breakfast and dinner, well-chosen wine, quality coffee. The staff tried to make us feel as good as possible during our stay.
