• Silvia Maria (7/5): Bien pero podría ser mejor - Si… podría estar mejor La limpieza (sábanas y mantas con olor) lavabo del baño atascado y no me parece bien tener que comprar papel higiénico 🧻 porque solamente dejarán 1 rollo y medio. No había también más un cobertor o dos por se acaso tenemos frío.
• M Belén (10/5): Para volver mañana mismo!!! - La ubicación era perfecta, muy cerca de todo. Muy a mano del centro y muy a mano de la playa. La casa decorada con un gusto exquisito y con todas las comodidades que puedas necesitar. Javier, el anfitrión, impecable: como iba una persona de 90 años, le pedimos que si podía poner un poco la calefacción para levantarse y desde el día que se lo dijimos, nos calentó la casa para que cuando llegáramos estuviera la temperatura adecuada. Nos permitió llegar antes y salir después de la hora pautada en el contrato porque no tenía la casa ocupada en esos momentos. Fue un viaje perfecto, no se puede pedir más Por poner alguna pega, que no lo es, Al ir una persona de 90 años le costó un poco el tema de la ducha, porque está acostumbrada a tener una barra para mejorar su estabilidad. Pero eso más bien es culpa nuestra, por no haberlo previsto y haber llevado una portátil.

• Bernd (8/5): - La ubicación es muy buena, la calidad del piso también La limpieza: los cojines y el sofá con manchas y parece que no se han limpiado nunca, el suelo y el interior de los armarios llenos de polvo, la tostadora no funcionó, la tapa del water estaba suelta.

• ARTURO CESPEDES (6/5): Decepción - La ubicación y el parking tuvimos que pasar un día hasta el día siguiente sin agua corriente. Esto hizo imposible usar los baños o realizar la higiene personal más básica. Lo más decepcionante no fue la avería en sí, sino la falta de una compesacion cómo cliente.
• Javier (4/5): Apartamento muy dejado - La ubicación, no muy lejos de la playa y en todo en centro El parking está muy cerca y se agradece por ser zona azul de pago El apartamento contaba con muy poca cubertería, no tenía tendedero, pusieron 3 toallas, siendo 4 personales, en el anuncio salen 4 adultos, 3 camas y esto no es así, son dos camas y un sofá cama Nos ponen dos rollos de papel higiénico para toda la semana, no había detergente para la lavadora ni pastillas para el lavavajillas Aunque tenía buena ubicación, no repito
• Anke (9/5): - Eine tolle Lage! Sehr gute Aufteilung der Wohnung! Nähe zum Strand, alle Annehmlichkeiten wie Parks, Geschäfte und Supermärkte direkt vor der Tür! Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen und können die Wohnung für drei Erwachsene Personen sehr empfehlen. Der Besitzer war sehr zuvorkommend! Uns hat alles gefallen
• Dr Gillian (9/5): Very good stay. - Everything was spot on. Only difficulty was I’m not on WhatsApp which they use and the host didn’t speak any English. However we managed to problem solve this. A few more towels although there was a washing machine.

• Alison (8/5): Very good - Excellent location to explore Gijon. Very spacious flat, great view of the main square and close to the car park. The host was extremely helpful and very pleasant when we had an issue when initially trying to gain access to the flat. We found the apartment quite dark and the kitchen a little dated but neither of these concerns affected our stay.
• Robert (10/5): Fully equipped apartment in a fantastic location - Well presented character apartment in a fantastic location overlooking a plaza. Close to many restaurants. The beach is only 5 to 10 minute walk. The apartment was well equipped and very clean. Added bonus the car park is 1 minute from the apartment. Nothing really.
• Javier (4/5): Disappointing - location was good, a couple of blocks from the beach, nearby coffee shops, and groceries and 150 ft from parking needs some refreshment specially on the shower and deeper cleaning.
