- ilse (6/5): Perfect location - Perfect location. The studio is large with everything you need, including tea and some instant coffee (no milk). However, there is now fresh air as there is no window that can open. Furniture is tired and the room is unimaginative and frankly, a bit depressing.

- Verified traveler (4/5): Dommage - Pas de services proposés. C'est l'hôtel d'à côté qui s'occupe de notre arrivée. Entrée qui sent la friture, le couloir qui sent le renfermer tout comme la chambre. Chambre qui ne correspond pas aux photos .Très mauvaise expérience
- Verified traveler (8/5): - Excellente localisation mais très mal indiqué (enceinte du Novotel).. Accueil parfait. Bon équipement. Lieu hyper sécurisé. Grosse différence de niveau entre deux appartements du même prix, se renseigner avant. La climatisation n’était pas efficace dans l’un des deux logements + odeurs de friture. Terrasses pas très propres Belle salle de bains, toilettes séparées. Belle TV. Lieu calme, en hypercentre, idéal pour visiter la ville. Les brasseries proches sont excellentes. Parkings payants proches mais chers (27 euro la nuit). Une bonne adresse dans l’ensemble !

That flat itself was fine except no opening windows so the air was stale permanently except for an AC unit that recirculated it. I woke up each morning coughing and sneezing as I’m used to sleeping with the window open. There’s also a constant smell of fat from the Churros cafe directly below.

- Catherine (8/5): Excellent location - Good studio apartment overall- amazing price of 200€ for 4 nights. A couple of minutes from Marché Victor Hugo- the highlight of our trip, for a Saturday stand up lunch! However, it was a surprise that over those 4 nights, no one came to clean the apartment or more importantly, to provide clean towels. I would recommend that the listing makes it 100% clear that keys should be collected from the Novotel Hotel reception next door.
- Verified traveler (2/5): Dirty toilet and noise A/C - In this occasion the toilet was dirty. the AC didn’t work so we moved to a different type of room in the attick of the Novotel. The conditioner in this room was old and very noisy. Impossible to sleep with it on.

- DUNG (8/5): - I stayed at room 174, Great location, great apartment(for this price), great support from Novotel reception. Strongly recommend! The only thing should be fixed asap is the lock of bathroom. It is quite stuck while opening.
- Angie (6/5): Great location, tired interior. - Stayed for 5 nights. The location is excellent - very close to many of the sights and some wonderful restaurants. Bed was comfy, linens were hotel quality. We had ample towels. Downsides: our unit had suffered some water damage at some point in the past. Floors were obviously cupped. The furnishings are in need of refreshing. Well equipped little kitchenette but unfortunately, There was not a speck of salt or pepper, not a drop of coffee or tea in the room...there was a washing machine...tried twice to figure out how to work it but could not get it to spin. Also, there were no laundry tablets, no shampoo or shower gel. We arrived on Sunday, with stores closed and closed until noon Monday so it would be very courteous for the property to provide a very basic quantity of amenities to start guests off. The rooms face the square and unfortunately, the windows allow meaningful noise transfer. Earplugs are suggested if you’re sensitive to outside noise. There is a taxi stand conveniently located at the front door but Toulouse is very walkable - we got around on foot easily.
