Narrow and claustrophobic rooms, bathroom with tons of limescale, tiny kitchen, and the ugliest smelliest shower gel that I've ever seen...

Sabine (8/5): Schön und entspannt - Der Besitzer und seine Frau sind sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Fussläufig 15 Minuten vom Nikiti Beach entfernt. Apartment ist sauber und modern. Es war alles in Ordnung.

Goce (10/5): - We didn't stay in the room much, but it was always very clean and tidy. Comfortable room for a couple. Very helpful staff and owners. Really caring about the guests.
Silvia (7/5): Good - Nice flat in quite a good position even if not in the city centre. The nearest beach is not very appealing but there are many nicer nearby.. The flats were not very big and the air conditioning in one bedroom out of two. Even though the flats were neat, there were many red ants everywhere inside and outside the flat.( on the ground floor, so it has been very hard to have breakfast and keep bread or biscuits anywhere) . The price is far too expensive for the service provided.

Lucian (4/5): 7:30 AM you will wake up by constructions workers - Located at 3 minutes to the beach, clean rooms. Every morning from Monday to Saturday, at 7:30 AM I woke up with very loud construction noises from the buildings in constructions located 50m from the hotel. First day the wall between the bathroom and bedroom was wet and smelled as basemant. The host suggested to chage the room with other room that some people should came second day. Unfortunately that people were our friends...so we didn't change to room. Very high price for this location conditions

Flamarta (7/5): Good - It's close to the sea, and easy acces by car to both of the sides of sithonia. small rooms but comfy beds, clean, efficent mosquito nets, nice pool, fun playground for kids, helpful hosts, but not intrusive. Overall it was a good stay. not intimate enough, the only place you can actually sit at a table is on the balcony ( terrace) and you can hear everything from your neighbors, so your experience depends on your neighbors' level of civilization.

Miriam (10/5): MAGNIFIQUE 😍 - Hôtel très proche de la mer! Petit crique avec eau chaude et propre! Plage ultra propre et désertique . A proximité de toutes commodité. Rapport qualité prix au top! Studio très pratique avec deux balcons intérieur et extérieur. La disponibilité de l’accueil à la perfection souriante accueillante et serviable…. Nous avions perdu les clés en rentrant à minuit passer la propriétaire est venu nous ouvrir et nous a remis un double et tout ça sans facturation. Merci encore à elle pour sa disponibilité. Personnels serviables… Nous reviendrons avec plaisir !!
