• Teus (8/5): Ondanks kleine dingen positieve ervaring - De ligging dicht bij de metro en trams, veel ontbijt lunch en diner mogelijkheden op een steenworp afstand. En de ruimte van het appartement, de bedden waren goed. Wifi is perfect. Super attente, behulpzame en vriendelijke eigenaar. Douchen moet in een mini bad en er is geen douchegordijn waardoor de hele badkamer nat wordt. De boiler is klein waardoor er door 2 personen heel snel gedoucht moet worden voor warm water. Ook is er maar 1 stopcontact waardoor de boiler volledig afkoelt als de wasmachine gebruikt wordt. Het is zeer gehorig en je hoort alles bij de buren.

• Covadonga (6/5): David el propietario es muy majo y atento - Lo que más me ha gustado es la ubicación. La habitación está bastante bien y espaciosa. El baño es incómodo porque está todo pegado y la bañera es pequeña. El olor a cocina que había cuando llegué dentro del apartamento. Me imagino que de los vecinos o los restaurantes.

• Dawn (9/5): Great location and plenty of bars & restaurants around! - The layout was very good, although a little dated. The host was in communication and we were able to access the property easily. We didn’t know that the electrics were older and didn’t fit standard EU plugs. Luckily, the host had left one plug that we had to move around to be able to charge up our phones etc. Small bath although you could sit in it to use the shower. You had to climb up 3 flights of stairs!
• Atsushi (5/5): 最悪。 - ロケーションが良かった トイレが壊れて1晩、バケツで水を流してトイレを使った。壊れるのは仕方ないだろうが、全体的に水輪まりがひどい。清潔ではあるのだが、不快だった。 シャワーはヘッドを支える壁の部品が壊れていて、手でシャワーヘッドをもって幅なければならならず、大変不便。シャワーカーテンがなく、小さなバスタブ（あまり綺麗ではないか、とても古い）から水が床にこぼれ出ないように気づかいながら浴びた。とても不快なシャワー体験。 トイレの便座、座るとずれて便器にお尻が触れるぼとずれて、座りづらい。 台所、洗うスポンジなし。頼んだら翌日届けてくれたのが。 コーヒーは２日分、石鹸も数日分、バスタオルは7泊で一枚。アメニティもお粗末。 全体として、泊まる客のことをあまり考えすていないメンテナンス。 ゴミの分別と屋外のゴミ捨てビンへの処理も求められる。 過去20年使っているAirbnb体験でもこのような悪条件は未だ体験したことがない。 設備と部屋のメンテが最低のアパートとおもう。 このような状態だが、 管理担当の人は全体的に誠実に対応してくれた。しかし。あまりにも不備が多く、経営体質を疑わざるを得ない。 とはいえ、タオルの追加は自分にはどうしようもないから、持ち主に直接連絡してと連絡先を教えてくたが、呆れてあきらめた。 Booking.comはこのような質の低いAirbnb以下のものを出しているので、注意が必要だと学んだ。
• Liesl (8/5): It was an amazing stay. I can’t believe the attention to detail. - The host David, was very welcoming and helpful. The location is amazing!! I can suggest mosquitoes repellent and the shower needs some improvement. There is some construction happening at the moment. Be mindful of that.
• Martina (8/5): Entzückende Unterkunft in sehr guter Lage in Milano - Süße Unterkunft in sehr guter Lage in Milano. Super dass in der Küche so viel Geschirr und Kochutensilien vorhanden sind. Handtücher und Bettwäsche alles tip top! In einer Nacht ( bis 2Uhr in der Früh)des Aufenthalts waren die Nachbarn im Haus sehr laut- da kann der Unterkunftgeber ansich nichts dafür, sollte man aber wissen. Das Bad/Dusche ist schon seeeehr klein.
• Daryna (5/5): Old apartment but good location. - The property was located close to the city centre and supermarkets. David was hospitable and there is an opportunity to do late self check in which was so helpful as our flight was almost 15 hours delayed. Don’t expect apartment to be that good as on the pictures. It’s an old building. When it’s +36 in Milan it’s too hot there. Too small bath tub and also old. Old everything in general.

• Allison (10/5): - Host was very communicative and responsive both prior and during the stay. The neighborhood was very vibrant with lots of great places to eat nearby and convenient to the Metro. The apartment was very cute, felt very European and was comfortable. Really nice big kitchen, my mom and I liked hanging out there at the end of the day. Only thing to be aware of is maybe that the flat is up a few flights of stairs. Other than that, super great stay!

• Giuseppe (1/5): Bad - warn you: do not book this apartment. 1) second floor without lift. Very uncomfortable if you travel with a heavy luggage. 2) dirty and dust everywhere. I could write my name on the furniture and it was crystal clear that the apartment had not been cleaned for a long time. I found a used condom on the night table, a used covid mask in a drawer, a used jacket in another, webs and spiders hanging from the ceiling in the bathroom and in the living room. 3) old bathroom: the bathtub must have been repainted but the enamel is peeling off, there is no protection when you take your shower so the water goes everywhere, the painting of the ceiling is peeling off as well, the water leaks out from the shower hose so the flow of water is reduced. The window in the bathroom does not close. 4) heating: I asked to check if the heating was on when I arrived round midnight in a cold December night, I was told it would but - with my great surprise - the radiators had been turned off and the apartment was cold! 5) maintenance: it’s clear that the owner has not maintained the apartment in good conditions for a long time nor the person in charge of the keys has ever checked the cleanness of the apartment. 6) noisy neighbors. 7) the head board of the bed is stained. The bed is a sofa-bed. One pair of sheets in 10 days. I am not exaggerating and I have taken some pictures. Feel free to contact me in case you want to know mor
• jae pil (4/5): 숙소와 환경중에 뭘 선택할지........ - 화장실의 불편함은 감수하고 꼭 다시 생각해 볼 필요가 있습니다... 여기선 첫날 하루만 수건을 줍니다... 전 마트가서 구매해서 썻습니다... 하지만 위치 하나는 정말 좋습니다. 이태리 사람들의 생활모습과 문화를 느낄 수 있는 지역입니다. 근처 맛집도 꽤 있습니다. 특히 문앞에 피자집은 포장하면 반값인데 맛은 너무 훌륭! 여튼 환경은 굿!

• Andrea (6/5): - Is located in a good area, a closing distance to the metro and Duomo. This property is rundown, it have 3 fans only one is working and the others are left there. (Remove what is not working) The chairs cushions have stains, tv doesn’t work. It would benefit to leave a sponge just to do dishes a kitchen towel, and a couple of plastic bags for the trash.

• Prabashnie (7/5): Good - Great location. Walking distance to Milan Central, Duomo, Navigli, and many tourist destinations. Many lovely shops and restaurants close by. I didn't use the self-catering option, but it had everything needed. The bathtub is a tiny half size tub with a hand shower. Very difficult to take a shower.

Jammer dat de buren precies in onze week hun appartement gingen renoveren en dit niet van te voren door de verhuurder aan ons gemeld was. Als wij hierover waren geïnformeerd waren zouden we zeker een andere optie gezocht hebben. Dit heeft wel het plezier in de vakantie negatief beïnvloed.

It was not very far from the Duomo and all key landmarks, and we enjoyed walking down the nearby streets. We were sure to have clear link of communication with David at every point before and during our stay. In terms of improvements, the property would benefit from having some modern amenities - in the bathroom, as well as a kettle in the kitchen.
• Candy (10/5): - Very spacious apartment in an excellent location. It is walking distance to the main areas and Duomo, and has fantastic restaurants and bars around. The host, David, is so friendly and nice. Everything is great and would recommend to anyone who is visiting Milano.
• Verified traveler (8/5): - 何かマイナスをつけるとすれば、バスルームについてです。シャワーヘッドを壁に固定するものがないため片手でもっている必要があったことと、シャワーカーテンがないことです。しかしそれ以外は満点です！キッチンが付いていたこと、食器がたくさんあったことで夜のレストラン代が浮きました。
