• Stankovic (9/5): - Lokacija je sjajna. Plaža je na manje od 100 mi. Autobuska stanica je blizu ,apoteka prodavnice preko puta ulice. Apartmanu ima skoro sve falili su samo čaše i duboki tanjiri. Problem smo imali sa toplom vodom

Jedna rolka toaletneho papiera pre 6osob na 4noci naozaj nedostacujuca. Treba si zobrat aj sacky do smetneho kosa, jeden maly naozaj nestacil. Kuchyna je vybavena slabo, chybala napr. naberacka.

• Edward (6/5): Posizione perfetta ma ambiente interno da riammodernare completamente e soprattutto pulire. - Posizione perfetta, molto vicina alla spiaggia e a via Bafile. Quota compresa di ombrellone e due lettini per tutto il soggiorno. Personale dell'agenzia molto disponibile e accogliente - abbiamo trovato il mobile della cucina con molta polvere. C'erano formiche e scarafaggi nonostante nei giorni di permanenza l'agenzia ha fatto passare un tecnico per pulirla. - condizionatore che non raggiunge la camera da letto pertanto faceva molto caldo - letti molto scomodi

• OKSANA (10/5): У вас все прекрасно. Приїду ще. - Просторі чисті апартаменти, великий балкон, наявність необхідного посуду. Близько до пляжу. Поруч супермаркет, автостанція, офіс. Також поруч розважальна інфраструктура, ресторани. Тиша і порядок. На реєстрації привітний персонал. Швидко принесли все, чого не вистачало. Важливо, що гарно працює холодильник і вся сантехніка. Трохи не справляється з жарою кондиціонер.
• Aleš (4/5): Ubytování blízko pláže, obchodu, součástí lehátka a slunečník. Kvalita ubytování je velmi špatná. - Velmi blízko na pláž. V blízkosti supermarket. Součástí 2 lehátka a slunečník. Součástí parkovací místo u domu. Výborná vstřícná komunikace s provozující agenturou (ochotně nám změnili termín ubytování a v den příjezdu přednostně připravili apartmán na dopolední check-in). Pokoje čisté, uklizené, žádná plíseň (jak zmiňují některé recenze). Rušná ulice velmi blízko. Noční život do brzkých ranních hodin. Následně v 5 hodin popeláři. Hluk z vedlejších pokojů je intenzivně slyšet. Vybavení je velmi opotřebované a občas nefunkční či poškozené. Chybí konvice na čaj/kávu, naběračka, měchačka. Z digestoře kapal olej. Nefungovala digestoř ani její osvětlení. Vestavěná lednice byla nefunkční (nahrazena sice jinou lednicí, ale nefunkční stále zůstává na místě). K trezoru není klíč. Žebřík na palandu je umístěn u stěny tak nevhodně, že se na něj nedá stoupnout, tedy lézt na palandu pomocí židle. Nedostatečná klimatizace v obýváku nevychladí ani obývák, natož vedlejší ložnici. Nedostatek zásuvek (chcete-li si zapnout televizi, musíte vypnout ledničku). Z kolíků na prádlo zbyl jen košík. Roztrhaný potah na gauči, rozlámané židle na balkoně. Celková čistota a kvalita apartmánu je špatná.

Broken shower, loud AC, which took more than a day just to cool down the bedrooms, dirty dishes, dirty apartment, ants in the kitchen. We paid more than 900 eurps for 4 nights, it’s not worth more than 200€. We had to buy cleaning stuff for the dishes, toilet paper etc. Dirty Toilet.

• Tigran (10/5): A wonderful place to stay. - The location was good. The appartment comfortable. The staff helpful. Didn't spam with many emails. Facilities in the appartment were good. A lot of balconies in all directions. It is located on the main shopping street. Within 500m left and right you could find all the necessary shops that you need. The illumination in the corridor was living with it's life. Sometimes was on sometimes you need to press the button to see your way. Strangely thereare sensors for AC in the apartment but no proximity sensor for the illumination in the corridor. The problem itself not big if there wouldn't be a platform for strollers. Sometimes foot hits the platform when approaching to the turn and you don't see anything because of illumination.
• Juha (7/5): Good bye Jesolo - Location was good. Picking-up the keys was not far away and staff there friendly. We were surprised there was nothing in the apartment. No toilet paper, no dishwashing liquid, no garbage bags... So if you want to bring everything with you, this is a perfect choice. And if you don't mind noisy neighbours (young people having party through the night), you may like this place.

• Robert (6/5): To take in consideration for holidays in the area - Perfect location, you have pretty much everything you need for a holiday in the apartment, easily suitable for 4 people, close to amenities and beach area, staff super friendly - flexible and very helpful. The house was full of ants, the mattress in the bedroom was super uncomfortable-in the double bed on not the castle-bed (we took turns in sleeping there as we were waking up with back pain), big mould area in the bedroom and there was some mould (clearly visible) in the bathroom as well above the shower.

• Anita (10/5): It was perfect for us. - The location is perfect. The beach and the pedestrian street are also very, very close. The rented apartment was clean and spacious, we could fit in very well. Thank you for allowing us to bring our puppy. The ladies in the office were very nice. We just have one small comment. It would be nice if you could book the accommodation earlier, not just between 4 and 6 in the afternoon. But this is not a criticism, rather it would have been easier for us with small children, so that we could have rested earlier.

No cleaning products, we had to go by bin bags, washing up liquid, dish cloths, shampoo etc. Apartment was old and the hole building just had a smell. It was not what we expected though it did the job

• Antoni (9/5): Superb - The staff was super nice and helpful. We didn't have hot water at the beginning, and the staff came and fixed it asap. Whenever we needed something, they did their best. The location is perfect! Close to the shops, the sea, restaurants and the bus station. The rooms were neat! The wi-fi was ok, slow at times, but good. Overall, we enjoyed it. The hygiene products are very limited. 2 toilet paper rolls, 1 tiny bottle of shower gel and shampoo. 1 tiny bottle of dish soap. No trash bags. We knew about that, so we had some extra of our own. However, it would have been nice of them to provide it all. No microwave, no kettle (probably because they mainly drink coffee). There was a coffee pot. Other than that, it was all good.

• Jane (8/5): brilliantly situated. couldn’t be better. very basic but perfectly fine to reach Venice and the islands x - perfect position. perfect for everything. beds weren’t very comfortable and apparently need to bring your own bedding and towels. we were told ‘it’s not a hotel’ this is disappointing.

• Rastislav (8/5): - Namiesto rezidencie Madrid nám bol na záver ponúknutý pobyt v Rezidencii Minerva. Rezidencia Madrid bola už obsadená. Rozkladacia posteľ v kuchyni je trochu menej pohodlná. Inak bolo všetko v poriadku.
