- Regina (9/5): Ankommen und gleich wie zuhause fühlen - Das B&B liegt unweit der Hauptstraße von Lecce nach San Cataldo, aber trotzdem sehr ruhig. Nach Lecce und an die Küste ist es nicht weit. Zu jedem Zimmer gehört eine Terrasse, auf der bei gutem Wetter das Frühstück zur gewünschten Zeit (!) serviert wird. Sehr, sehr schön. Das Zimmer war geräumig und gut eingerichtet, auch im Bad hatten wir ausreichend Platz. Alles war blitzeblank sauber, die Betten sehr gemütlich. Der Pool ist schön angelegt, mit vielen Liegen. Der Besitzer, Massimiliano, hat uns freundlich empfangen und uns auch gleich mit Tipps für Ausflüge in die Umgebung versorgt. Und die Parkplatzsuche in Lecce hat er uns ganz einfach gemacht, indem er uns die Links zu den Parkhäusern geschickt hat. Alles in allem hat es uns sehr gut gefallen. Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis hat absolut gestimmt. -----

- Pat (10/5): - Max and his wife are excellent hosts who make a big effort in hosting their guests. We had come from a very busy Lecce and this was a pleasant contrast. I would recommend the evening meal that the hosts offer as it is a lovely alternative to the busy restaurants in the resort towns of Puglia. Also breakfast served on our veranda was a nice touch. Liked everything and you need to contact the hosts in advance to get directions as it is a quiet rural location.

- Sofie (3/5): niet wat we verwacht hadden - kamer was proper moesten zelf afruimen en afwassen na betaalde ontbijt waarvan je bij een b&b zou verwachten dat deze inbegrepen was, en ook was het ontbijt verre van uitgebreid en lekker. De woning waar Villa eerder barak zou omschrijven kwam zeer slordig en rommelig over, net als een Flodder woning. Op een 4 tal verschillende plaatsen lag ook nog bouwafval, wat verre van aangenaam is. Bijkomstig hadden de kinderen onder hun bed een mierennest. ook werden we via whatsapp berichten regelmatig op de vingers getikt, zoals het licht laten branden, 4 minuten tijd hadden we om nog door de poort te gaan bij vertrek. enfin helemaal niet wat we volgens de gelezen reviews verwacht hadden.

It was more like spending time with family! - The whole experience… the host Max and his wife were so welcoming and considerate! They ensured that I found my way without any problems. On arrival I was greeted with cold water and told that if I need any help they are more than willing to assist. My room was comfortable, it included high end toiletries and even slippers. There was nothing not to like! Even for a hiker like me, it was close enough to get to the beach and into town to enjoy the beautiful beaches!

They are very nice and helpful hosts with top recommendations like where to park the car and have dinner in Lecce or which beaches are beautiful and not overcrowded. The B&B is perfectly located between Lecce and the beaches to get to know all of Salento. We had different types of a typical breakfast, fresh fruits and good coffee for a perfect start into the day. - Karen (10/5): Exceptional - Incredible stay. We had a wonderful stay with Massimiliano and Romina in the Salermo area. The apartment is peaceful and relaxing and it is organized around a very beautiful swimming pool. Every morning Romina prepares a very good breakfast typical of the region such as Calzone (with mozzarella), Rustico (with béchamel) and a black cherry cake. Massimiliano gives very good advice for visiting the region: discover the nature reserve, the most beautiful beaches and one of the 10 most beautiful natural swimming pools in the world. They even lent us umbrellas. We also took advantage of the small kitchen which allowed us to prepare meals and enjoy the terrace and the starry nights.
