- Christie (10/5): - Very nice hotel! A small hotel, located only on 1 floor of a high-rise building but very modern and extremely comfortable. Roof top bar in the building was a huge plus. Not as centrally located, about a 10-15 minute walk to more central area but metro very close by and easy to use. Would stay here again without hesitation.

We have sent three emails through their web site with questions over the last few months and have never received a reply. I hope the service will be better once we arrive. We even went through the chat feature and the AI said that it would open a ticket and have someone respond. This didn't happen as well.

Bord var alt for små og lave slik at man ikke fikk bena under bordet , og tilsvarende stoler.

- Carole (7/5): Hôtel globalement correct - L’emplacement Hôtel globalement correct, mais avec quelques points à améliorer. L’insonorisation n’est pas idéale, ce qui peut être dérangeant. La climatisation n’était pas activée (hors saison), mais en avril il fait déjà assez chaud à Rome, ce qui rend les chambres peu confortables. Le petit-déjeuner est correct, sans être exceptionnel, mais il est servi dans une pièce assez petite et sombre, avec peu de lumière naturelle à cause de rideaux épais. En revanche, le personnel est agréable et accueillant, ce qui reste un point positif.

- 435jeanpierrea (2/5): Zero Compassion or Accountability. Avoid !!! - I rarely leave negative reviews, but my experience with the Goethe Hotel was extremely disappointing. I had a confirmed reservation and, unfortunately, was hospitalized just two days prior to my stay. I provided official medical documentation to explain the situation and requested either a refund or, at the very least, a credit for a future visit. Despite this, the hotel refused to offer any flexibility or accommodation. I fully understand cancellation policies, but exceptional circumstances—especially medical emergencies—should be handled with a degree of empathy and professionalism. The complete lack of consideration in this case was surprising and discouraging. Travel plans can change unexpectedly, and how a hotel responds in those moments says a lot about their customer service. Based on this experience, I would strongly recommend others to consider that risk before booking.

- ruths655 (6/5): Small Quiet Room in Boutique Hotel - Our room was spotlessly clean, very well appointed, new and very quiet. However, it was very small with no place for even small luggage. Staff were helpful and friendly, booked us taxis and shared suggestions for restaurants. The roof terrace (maybe not part of the hotel ?) was great, with excellent sunset views over the city and was open even in early March. Check in and reception was a bit challenging, especially after early evening. We found a couple standing in the 'lobby' looking confused one evening as they couldn't figure out how to get to reception. (The hotel is on the 1st and 6th floor of an office building with a small elevator that was a bit sketchy. And, security gates come across the entrance in early evening so you need to know/ remember the code to get it. (Remember in Europe 1st floor is N. America's second floor, so no obvious reception once you find the entrance). Decent value for price paid.

Daha üst sınıf bir odaya almışlar bizi, teşekkür ediyorum otel yönetimine. Ancak odamızın yanında personel tuvaleti vr karşısında da kahvaltı salonu vardı. Bu nedenle biraz ses oldu, özellikle de sabah erken saatlerde. Ayrıca kahvaltı hazırlanırken oluşan ağır koku odamizdaydi adeta. Kalan herseyi sevdik.

- Aleksandra (7/5): - The hotel is very clean, quiet, and the beds are large and very comfortable. Unfortunately, the receptionist negatively affects the atmosphere. Being spoken to in an accusatory tone more than once was quite off-putting first when I mentioned that my 10:00 check-in had been accepted on Booking, and second when I arrived for breakfast three minutes before opening because I had a flight to catch. Definitely she doesn’t like her job and is tried of people. • Breakfast is disappointing. It is the same every day and many products contain a lot of sugar. The pastries taste very sweet and artificial, the juices are sugary ( No fresh option) , there is no oat milk, and the coffee tastes burnt. The tables are also quite small, which makes eating uncomfortable. • There is also a very bright emergency/anti-smoke light in the room that stays on during the night, which makes it difficult to sleep.

Дверь в туалет не закрывается, просвечивается, без звукоизоляции - прямо рядом с раковиной для чистки Зубов. Долго бывает ждать лифт. Завтрак довольно скудный и место для завтрака очень компактное.

- OĞUZHAN (10/5): Güzel... - çok sık seyahat eden biri olarak inanılmaz beğendim. yatak çok rahat. temizlik mükemmel, her gün temizleniyor. ses yalıtımı çok iyi. tam merkez bir yerde. ispanyol merdivenleri ve çeşmeye çok yakın. taksi, otobüs, metro, şehir içi gezici tur otobüsleri, uber, her yere 5 dk yürüme mesafesinde. Kahvaltı daha iyi olabilir. Çeşit az. Ayrıca kahvaltı yaptığınız yer ile çalışanların mutfak kısmı aynı yerde. Tabak, bardak, makine seslerinden karşınızdaki ile konuşamıyorsunuz. Çok gürültülü.

- k0lbeinnb (6/5): Zero bathroom privacy - The room had a matte glass for a bathroom wall so you can see your partner on the toilet and wipe their behind. So zero privacy . So that was very annoying. But otherwise everything was good. The bed was nice and big. The staff was really nice. Rooftop bar is cozy and I went there a few times. The only other negative thing was that the room had a fragrance overload and gave me a headache.

The bathroom has matte glass wall so you can see your partner on the toilet and wipe their behind. So zero privacy. Also very strong fragrance in the room, overloded with scent.
- LAGUÉRITTE (9/5): Excellent séjour - La localisation (nous avons tout fait à pieds), l’accueil, le confort de la chambre et de la literie, la propreté, les équipements, le service de ménage et le personnel en général. Tout était très bien, si ce n’est un choix limité au petit-déjeuner peut-être.

The room was modern, designed good way, the staff was very nice, we loved the breakfast and spent one sunset hour in a roof top bar enjoying the view. We would definitely choose this place to stay next time we are in Rome!
- Rogier (9/5): Perfect for a few days of sightseeing the eternal city. - The location was perfect. Super clean and cozy. It’s a small hotel located superbly in the old center of Rome. We did everything on foot. Nice breakfast in a cozy small lobby setting and super helpful staff. The breakfast area was cosy however it has small low tables and low small seats. Not comfortable for a relaxed breakfast. A small upgrade of the breakfast area can make this hotel a 10 out of 10.

- roy (9/5): - סגנון החדרים הוא מעולה ומהמם המיקום נהדר וקרוב להכל מאוד בוטיקי. הארוחת בוקר טעימה פשוט דלה, חדר האוכל עצמו מאוד קטן וזה מרגיש כמו לאכול ארוחה בסלון קטן. קרה מקרה שביום אחד היה תור כניסה לחדר אוכל. דבר נוסף שחשוב לציין, הדרך חזרה למלון היא בעלייה וזה קצת כאב רגליים אבל שווה את זה.
- roas2017 (10/5): Exceptional service – a true gem in Rome! - We are so happy we found Hotel Triviho! After a terrible experience at another hotel, the staff here welcomed us with such kindness. Even though it is a 3-star hotel, the service, cleanliness, and modern rooms felt more like 4 stars or higher. They even surprised us with a breakfast tray to make our stay easier – a very thoughtful gesture that we appreciated deeply. We felt safe, comfortable, and well-taken care of. Highly recommend for anyone visiting Rome!

- Harda (9/5): - Das Hotel liegt optimal für eine Städtereise. U-Bahn Station Barberini nur ein paar 100 m entfernt. 10 Minuten zum Trevi Brunnen als auch zur spanischen Treppe. Die Zimmer sind klein und fein. Das Frühstück gab's als Buffet mit ganz guter Auswahl. Die Dachterrasse hat einen unglaublichen Ausblick direkt auf den Petersdom.

Front of building is dirty due to dogs shiits in every sidewalk ! Bathroom shower drain clogs and there is nobody to fix it ! Lot of "ants" in bedroom ! It was the worst experience in Rome ! There is so many better options close to Vatican ! This one is too far ,25 euros one way tax to Vatican ! Stay away ,Mrs Ricci ,NY

- Afrodite (10/5): ΤΕΛΕΙΑ - Φανταστική η διαμονή μας στο ξενοδοχείο !!!! Τέλεια ανακαινισμένα δωμάτια με πολύ άνετο κρεβάτι, πάντα ζεστό νερό και πολύ καλή ηχομόνωση !! Το πρωινό όπως ακριβώς πρέπει να είναι με επιλογές αλμυρές και γλυκές, να σημειώσω ποσο εκτίμησα το γεγονος ότι μας φτιάχνουν τα πρωινό μας καφεδάκι και δεν έχουν έναν αυτόματο πωλητή !! Και τέλος ΔΕΝ ΕΧΩ ΛΟΓΙΑ για την ευγένεια του προσωπικού σε μεγάλο βαθμό ξεχωρίσαμε την υπάλληλο στη ρεσεψιόν την Obama . Ευχαριστούμε για όλα στη καρδιά μας η ρωμη αλλα και το Triviho hotel ❤️🇮🇹

- Anna (8/5): Υπέροχη διαμονή και εξαιρετική τοποθεσία - Η τοποθεσία είναι εξαιρετική, ασφαλής γειτονία, σε κοντινή απόσταση απο τη Fontana di Trevi και την Piazza di Spagna, κοντά σε σταθμό μετρό! Το δωμάτιο ήταν όπως στις φωτογραφίες, καθαρό και προσεγμένο. Το πρωινό με περιορισμένες επιλογές αλλά πολύ ποιοτικό! Το προσωπικό εξαιρετικό και χαμογελαστό, μας εξυπηρέτησε σε όσα χρειαστήκαμε. Το συνιστώ ανεπιφύλακτα! Ο χώρος του πρωινού είναι η ταράτσα, πολύ όμορφη για καλοκαίρι, το χειμώνα έχει αρκετό κρύο. Μας ενημέρωσαν όμως ότι σύντομα θα μπουν τζάμια. Επίσης στο μπάνιο το ντους είναι πολύ δύσχρηστο.
