Frühstück super in einem schönen Cafe direkt nebenan mit schöner Terrasse. Ausserhalb der Frühstückszeiten gibt es hier mega feine Kuchen. Na, ja, wir hatten halt schweres Gepäck und die Treppe war sehr eng. Aber das wussten wir ja vorher, dass es ein spezielles Boutique Hotel ist. Eben, man muss das halt wissen.

Mauricio (8/5): Un lugar bonito y comodo para llegar a dormir y hacer panoramas cerca de pucon - El baño, las sabanas y comodida de la cama aunque puede que un poco bajas para otras personas de mas edad, buena aislación del ruido en las habitaciones, personal muy amable pudieron ofrecerme un sandwich para la vuelta al aeropuerto ya que ese dia no podria usar el desayuno incluido. El desayuno es mas para hacer un sandwich que otra cosa, el cafe si es de maquima y aunque sea uno se paga aparte, nada especial, pero creo que estara bien para algunos. Finalmente el tv por cable no funciono la unica noche que lo iba a usar.

Claire (7/5): - Very cosy vibe of the whole place Close to Pucon center Nice breakfast even if the egg portion was very small + cakes were not refilled. Room was not well optimized. The bathroom, even if nice, was big compared to the rest. It is supposed to be 20 M2 but it's more 15 m2 in my opinion. Not very practical with two big suitcases. The additional 15$ US fees for paying in credit card instead of cash that was not written anywhere on Booking. This should be disclaimed somewhere and they tell you that once you cannot cancel your booking. This is really bad practice and this is the only hotel we went to in Chile that did that. At the other hotels we didn't get any extra fees when paying in dollars or pesos. It was the exact price written on Booking.

Escribí para que me lo enviaran y ellos al consultar me dijeron que la mucama nunca lo encontró ni vio. Raro si solo salí de ahí directo a mi casa. ANTONIO (8/5): Pousada aconchegante na área central de Pucon. - Localização muito boa, a 2 quadras da rua principal. Café da manhã padrão, simples e eficiente! Pousada com apenas 10 quartos, toda em madeira, um luxo só! Ambiente romântico para casais. Tem que avisar tudo com muita antecedência para o staff. No dia seguinte tínhamos uma escalada ao Vulcao Villarica e pedimos um simples lunch box ao invés do café. Eles falaram que não tinha como disponibilizar porque estava muito próximo...talvez pelo tamanho da pousada...

Natalie (9/5): Fantastic hotel and a lovely stay - We loved our stay, it was a beautiful hotel with lovely and helpful staff, and the room was amazing. The agency that's part of the hotel was great, too. The room was huge and we absolutely loved being able to see Villarrica from our room and balcony! We had great recommendations for restaurants, transport and activities from the staff. While I know it's an eco hotel, there was quite a bit of dust and mould. Despite that, I would still stay again!

Lauro (10/5): Excellent service and location - Everything went very well during our stay, especially the very friendly staff who welcomed us and served us with extreme warmth during our seven days. Other positive points: the breakfast provided by the accommodation (in partnership with May Cafetuyu) was excellent, with several savory and sweet options, and Leandro was very attentive in explaining and offering menu options. The location is great, two blocks from the main Bernardo O'Higgins Avenue. Furthermore, we were able to park our car in the parking lot inside the inn for greater security, the bed was comfortable, the bathroom was good, we had no problems with noise from neighboring rooms, and communication with the inn via WhatsApp and Booking was effective. Nothing.

Laura (10/5): A lovely stay! - This was such a unique and cozy place. Macarena made our stay very enjoyable. The bed was comfortable and I loved the vibe of the room. This was the best hot shower that I have had at a hotel anywhere in the world. The location is great-walking distance to many restaurants. The breakfast was delicious! No elevator for those that need it.

Nice room with view. Staff were lively and really helpful. Would stay again Breakfast wasn’t too great, hard pillows and hot water isssues for 50% of the stay which was a bit of a shame.

Roberta (10/5): Cozy, trendy, spacious, and delicious breakfast - We loved our stay! The best breakfast to start your day! The homemade peanut butter, the honey, the fresh jams, juices, fruits, the “kuchen”, delicious! They provided gluten free bread for my husband that was fresh and delicious. The wooden walls of the room were so cozy, the decor trendy and tranquil, and very spacious. Our room had a view to the volcano Villarrica, which is always fun to wake up to that gorgeous site, only bummer that there is a hotel in that view too that is also very lit up at night. The bed (too soft) and pillow (too high) were not the most comfortable for me, but on the other hand, my husband slept through. :-) Jessica in the reception and Leandro at the restaurant were so willing to help us with some tips for our stay! Thank you to both! We recommend this stay and would definitely return!

Aimilia (8/5): Very good - Excellent view, excellent location, quiet, comfortable bed, very good staff. The breakfast was very good, it could offer a bid bigger selection of ham-cheeses but in general was very good. A minor issue with the bathroom door, we stayed in the Odin suite, the bathroom sliding door didn't remain shut, it kept sliding back a bit. Perhaps the maintenance could look into it? A word of advice to travelers. It seems to be a general policy of the country to adjust the price of the rooms depending on the currency and/or card used for payment. The property did notify us of this, so we were able to find a solution but make sure to pay attention to such details to avoid misunderstandings.
Richard (10/5): Comfortable, peaceful and friendly - The hotel is a peaceful oasis with a warm rustic feel, more like an alpine lodge than a city hotel. The staff were friendly and accommodating. Breakfast was ample and delicious. An evening in they rooftop hot tub was a glorious treat, watching the light of the sunset on the volcano. A very minor point, signage at breakfast would have helped to explain what was what. Also it would have been helpful to have some written information around what was included in the extras, such as that wine was included with the hot tub.

Tama (8/5): Nice place but don't stay there if you have to catch an early plane. - Charming wood architecture and sunny breakfast room, room was well heated, comfortable beds, great view of the volcano. Didn't realize the hot tub would be fully booked so we weren't able to use it. Also, I told the front desk person the night before I left that I would be leaving at 7 am. She didn't mention the front door would be locked and no one around. Fortunately, I knew there was a back exit. But the gate to the driveway was locked. I had to pitch my suitcases over the fence then climb a tree to leap over.
Paul (8/5): Very good - Great location, fabulous rooftop views, great breakfast (at least for one morning), friendly and helpful staff. Nothing apart from one small gripe that we wanted an early breakfast (7.30) on our second morning because we had to get a bus, but they could not accommodate this because of lack of staff. However they did provide a takeaway sandwich lunch instead.

Elizabeth (9/5): Beautiful treehouse style hotel! - The hotel is beautiful with lovely clean and comfy rooms, each with a balcony (though our view out the back wasn’t great). There was lots of relaxing space around the hotel, inside and in the garden which we loved. The hotel felt very thoughtfully done. Great breakfast as well and nice staff! You have to pay for use of the facilities (hot tub and sauna) which we have not experienced before as these are often included. Prices were opaque and not clarified even when we asked and we had to pay 35 dollars after using the hot tub which was unexpected and seemed very high. I think part of the problem was a miscommunication as we do not speak Spanish and none of the staff could speak English but no compromise was given which we would have appreciated. Would have been a 10 otherwise!
Andreas (10/5): Exceptional accommodation with super friendly staff - Super friendly staff, absolutely delicious breakfast and wonderfully furnished with great surroundings. The location of the accommodation is great, just a few minutes walk to the city, at the same time it is very quiet at night. Parking available, but these may be occupied by non-hotel guests and you may have to park in the courtyard. It happened a few times that there was no hot water after 8pm. No WiFi in the breakfast room - but this was not a problem for us as we had bought Chilean SIM cards after the first breakfast.

Shawners (10/5): Relaxing boutique entorn for our weekend adventures. - This place was an amazing and welcome retreat for resting up between work travel and some adventures on our time off. It is only a few blocks off from the action and business of downtown Pucon with its easily walkable streets, dining and night life. We also walked to the lake and along the shore from this location. The rooms were compact but very nice and they also offered exceptional reception services, community lounge areas, and parking, which was very convenient and comfortable. It was in all a very relaxing stay and a great deal for us while in Pucon. From the website and the description on Booking I had thought that the roof top jacuzzi would be on and available for guests to use for free, but on our arrival it was cold and there was a fee for its use and they also needed a 5 hour booking beforehand in order to get it up to warmth. The sauna was also listed as on the property but it was also at an additional cost as a paid service. I would expect this for massages and also other tourist services, but I had honestly thought that the jacuzzi and sauna were included.
Neil (10/5): Rustic lodge in the centre of Pucon with a stunning view of Volcan Villaricca. - This beautiful rustic place far exceeded expectations - I'm not sure that the photos do it justice. An eco lodge largely constructed of wood near the centre of Pucon with stunning views of Volcan Villaricca. We were lucky enough to have what must be the best room in the place with a balcony offering stunning views of the smoking volcano by day and by night, it was awae inspiring to sit on the balcony and watch the top of Villaricca glow red. The bed was huge and super comfy and there was a large area and dressing space as well as a fridge which was really useful. The bathroom was massive too with 'his and hers' sinks. The staff, particularly Christina, were a delight and so helpful with printing out our border crossing stuff for getting to Argentina (all 14 pages) and they also provided a packed lunch when we left early for our vlocano hike plus on the day we checked out with no extra charge. Breakfast was super too with a lovely selection of fruit, ham, cheese, pastries and the offer of eggs always. Many of the staff speak Engilsh and there are also alot of tours that you can organise from this retreat. There is car parking too. Aldea Naukana is located just minutes from the centre of Pucon, a buzzing town that we simply loved. The staff will recommend restaurants but the Peruvian Loratena which is just across the road is a must. Nothing.

Randy (8/5): I wish we could have stayed longer! - Breakfast was excellent; probably the best we had during three weeks of traveling in the area. Accommodation for one celiac in our party was excellent as well! The architecture of the building was unique as well as the indigenous artwork throughout. We had great views of Volcan Villarrica, and it was giving us a bit of a light show while we were there!

Kelsey (10/5): Would highly recommend to anyone traveling to Pucon! - Absolutely beautiful accommodations for our trip to Pucon. Our room was clean, comfortable, and had an amazing view of the volcano. This hotel has perfect proximity to bars, restaurants and cafes. We were particularly grateful for the air conditioning and comfortable bed (and soft sheets!) after long, hot days. View of volcano is from our deck - which we sat on each night to watch the lava and smoke from the volcano. Absolutely incredible experience! The only thing that we would have liked was for breakfast to stay open a little later, but that was only because we were staying out so late with the long days and 11pm sunsets! 8:30-10:30 is plenty long for most folks!

The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly also. Room size was smaller than it looked from photos, so was a tight squeeze for two of us with suitcases. For the room size too it was a little expensive. Hot water issues (no fault of the hotel) made comfort a little bit of an issue at the beginning.

I was unable to lower the temperature of the continuous heating system, I opened the window... The bed was wider than long (only 190cm!). Most "gringos" need at least 200cm beds. The price is over average and usually I do not spend that much on my "normal" trips.

Raquel (7/5): Good - Good location We were there in some cold days. Bathroom was a bit cold. And when it was raining, it was very bad to go out the room until reception and breakfast. This way should be protected against rain. We tried to change the room, but they were very inflexible.
Neeley (10/5): Beautiful hotel in a beautiful city! - As soon as you walk in, the hotel design is welcoming and relaxing. The staff was amazing and answered all our questions about parking, restaurant recommendations, hotel amenities, and breakfast (in both English and Spanish). We booked the rooftop tinaja and it was magical. The location was very close to town and the lake, we walked there everyday. We would definitely stay here again! The wifi in the room was a little weak but I was able to connect to video conferencing successfully

Claire (10/5): This hotel is a gem - This hotel is a gem. We stayed in May and pretty much had the place to ourselves. The rooms are really elegant and clean, the bed was comfortable, and we had a stunning view of the volcano. All of the staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was so good and we enjoyed it in their cozy living room by the fireplace. We also booked the private hot tub on the roof and enjoyed a glass of wine under the moon and stars after a day of hiking in the national forest. The hotel is in a great location. It's close enough to walk to everything in town but is also in a quiet part of town. Exceptional hotel and people! No feedback for improvements. 11/10!

Claudia (10/5): Perfect place in Pucon - This is the most beautiful hotel I've ever stayed in. It was just perfect and so well-designed with many thoughtful touches. The staff was wonderful and very helpful. The breakfast was absolutely delicious. I definitely recommend this hotel! Just perfection! It's such a gem that I almost don't want others to find it. The only issue and it's absolutely minimal is that due to all the beautiful wood and stone, the WiFi signal can be weak. But I'd happily trade a weak WiFi signal (which can be solved by exploring the hotel to get a better signal) for staying in the most beautiful place.

Mary (8/5): An Pucon Gem - Beautiful space. Very clean and well-decorated. The room was a bit small but the bathroom was large - it was fine for a night or two and you don’t go to Pucon to stay in the hotel room. Staff was friendly and attentive. Breakfast was nice. We really enjoyed our stay.
