• N (8/5): Very close to everything, very nice staff - A great place to stay, close to everything. The Arena is very close, as well as the marina in the center, and the center itself. The staff are very nice, friendly and welcoming. Really cannot complain, a nice room in a great location. The internet was a bit spotty - however, the staff reacted quickly and efficiently trying to fix it.

• Iva (10/5): Recenzija - Soba je bila čista, udobna i ugrijana te, između ostalog, opremljena s hladnjakom, peglom i kuhalom za vodu. Domaćin dao vrlo detaljne i jasne upute za samostalnu prijavu. Nema rezerviranog parkinga za goste, besplatni parking dalje od objekta.

Der Check-In lief auch von Deutschland aus absolut unproblematisch und der Kontakt zum Vermieter war freundlich und unkompliziert! Im Zimmer was alles, was man brauchte!! Vielen Dank für Alles!! Es war alles top!!

Parking might be tricky- there is no free parking areas (white line) any more around the building. But the host gave us parking advices, if not occupied you may park inside the courtyard. Nothing

Il y avait un dossier explicatif, ça nous a donné pas mal d'idée, c'était très bien. L'emplacement était top, et nous avons eu de la chance avec le parking (place bleue devant la porte). Il y avait d'autres chambres mais nous n'avons jamais été dérangés par le bruit. Rien, c'était parfait.

• Rebecca (10/5): Lovely one night stay - Great, comfortable and everything we needed. 10mins walk from the ferry, bus and so close to the buzz of the main town but quiet so you aren’t disturbed. Great check in, good instructions and we enjoyed our stay. There was a kitchen for prepping food too. Super shower as well. Nothing, was great.

With the information in the folder we were able to order online and get it delivered. Note that the app pauza for ordering food is now glovo. Very nice property I would stay longer if I could Thank you for ordering us a taxi to the airport too.

• Predrag (10/5): Exceptional - Everythnig was perfect, from self check-in, all comunication, to self check-out. St.Martino has only one parking space and if anyone else reserve it before you, you will have to park on street. Last week of september, we could find free parking spots around and payed are almost always available. But we decided to pay 10€/day in S.Martino and park in a backyard, with electric open gate. Our room was on the ground floor and whoever walks through the backyard is passing next to our window. Shades are OK and no one can see inside, but it might me uncomfortable for some people.

• Janeli (10/5): Exceptional - Really simple and straightforward check-in procedure. The common areas looked lovely and were not used much. Our room was exactly as in the pictures and had good air conditioning. The location is great – so close to the centre of the old town, but still in a more calm area. Would definitely recommend it. Everything was well with the apartment itself. We had some difficulty finding a free parking spot nearby since it was a bit hard to understand where you may or may not park. The blue lines were clear, but the white lines, that allow you to park, were less well-maintained and mostly hard to read. But in the end, we got a spot quite nearby and no parking ticket for 2 days, so I guess we managed.
