• P (7/5): Mooi appartement - Net appartement, zeer schoon en nette keuken en badkamer en prettige communicatie met de eigennaar. Het complex bestaat uit 5 appartementen. Het onderste grote appartement zit zowel aan de voor en achter zijde. De 2 appartementen aan voorzijde liggen aan een drukke weg liggen, met mooi uitzicht op het zwembad. De 2 appartementen aan de achterzijde kijken uit op de parkeerplaats maar liggen wel aan de stille zijde.

• Miko (6/5): We had a nice time but would not recommend without renting a car! - The aparment was in good condition and was big enough for four of us. There was a washing machine in the kitchen which was nice. Also it was nice there was no other people for the most of the time using the pool so we kinda had our own private pool with the kids. Room was ready early, it was nice after early morning flight. Location was not as good as we expected, but we rented a car so after that it was fine. The road to the aparment was really scary without a car because its a quite traffic road with a lots of cars driving very fast without any walking road besides. The pool area really needs to be fixed, pool was very small and the stairs are not in good condition. It was a bit scary with two little kids due to stairs condition. There was no cleaning at all during our holiday, they came to mop the floors after few days after we complained about it, but they didnt take the trashes out, made the beds etc. We even needed to go buy toilet paper since they didnt brought us more. Towels were clean but there was a bit weird smell on them. Also you should fix the toilet flusher in the sand aparment, its a bit broken since it keeps flushing the water after using the toilet.

Uima-allas oli heti asunnon edessä. Asunnon sijainti jalkakäytävättömän ja huonosti valaistun vilkkaan autotien varrella n 850 metrin etäisyydellä lähimmistä palveluista (bussipysäkki, ruokakauppa, ravintola) oli ikävä yllätys. Erilaiset karttasovellukset kuitenkin sijoittivat virheellisesti asunnon osoitteen vain n 150 m päähän palveluista. Tämä vain 150 m etäisyys oli osin ollut vaikuttamassa asunnon valintaamme.
• camille (7/5): Lieu confort - L'intérieur rénové est très bien décoré, moderne. Chambres très confortables, le lieu très propre. TV moderne avec accès aux différents streaming, clim fonctionnelle. Mise à dispo de gels douches, remise de clé facile avec le boiter. Petit frigo avec freezer, four et 2 plaques chauffantes + bouilloire. Le piscine est assez petite, pas de salon en intérieur. Accès un peu difficile avec Waze (chemin de cailloux par un côté). Quartier rien a faire à pied, il faut aller jusqu'à Rhodes ou une station balnéaire plus grande pour avoir de l'animation. Manque d'ustensiles pour cuisiner (ex un four mais pas de plat pour le four)

Het zwembad is prima, maar er is nergens vermeld dat het een opzet zwembad was dit viel dus wel even tegen toen we het zagen. Als je schone handdoeken wilt of schoonmakers dan moet je hier extra voor bij betalen, dat hadden ze van te voren wel even kunnen melden.

• Wilson (7/5): overall nice and simple but quite far from any liveliness - the apartment was nice with very modern features. we stayed in the cinnamon room and had 2 hobs a big fridge and a washing machine. the bed was okay and the bathroom was nice. the pool was good only 1 pillow each. not much communication from the staff, quite far from rhodes town and there’s a bit of a dangerous road leading to the apartment. some ants were in the kitchen and some in the bathroom. the pool was a bit like a paddling pool placed in so it wasn’t very deep or big
• Eva (8/5): A great choice for those who like peace and comfort but also don't want to move away from the hustle and bustle of t - The apartments are very beautiful, cozy, everything is newly furnished. The location was perfect for us. We don't like constant noise, but this location was quiet, remote, but very close to the hustle and bustle of the town (~2 minutes by car). The pool was clean but not as big as it looks in the pictures. We were lucky that during our time there was not a single person who was swimming or lying by the pool, so it was really enough for the two of us, if there were at least one more person, there would be no space and no pleasure. The environment and the apartments themselves were ideal! The kitchen is full of various dishes, pots and pans. Everything is thought out. The only downside is cleanliness, to which the staff should pay a little more attention. The room had cobwebs on the ceiling and hair on the bedding. The staff should pay more attention to cleanliness. Everything else is great.
• Tal (5/5): Only if you like being ignored and take cold showers - The rooms were spacious enough. The parking was close to the room. Room had both bath and pool towels. The was ample space to hang wet clothes. Arrived at 11 pm to find only one key (for 5 people) and no hot water. No staff was there, and there was no response on the phone. The next day they told me it was fixed, but as it turns out, the system has a combined solar and electrical heaters. One of those direct solar heaters where the sun directly heats the water, used only in hot places. They checked the water close to noon after the sun was up for hours at 34°C, so of course there was hot water. When we came back at 10 pm - no hot water. Again no one answers the phone. Only in the morning did I get a response. This time it dawned upon them that it might be the electrical part of the system that's no working. They sent someone to actually fix the system, not just open the tap to check for hot water. But when we got back, there was no water coming out of hot-water side of the faucet. No water at all. Again, no response on the phone until next morning, so again, we all took cold showers. The next morning, the repairman that fixed the system the day before, came back and opened the faucet on the roof, so finally, we had hot water for the second half of our stay. During that time we had to fix the kitchen light ourselves. The message I wrote about a light no working which just got ignored. The kitchen light had three burnt out bulbs, so I climbed on a chair, took one of the working bulbs in the hallway, and swapped it with one of the burnt out bulbs in the kitchen. The owners never showed up to say hello, or to apologize for the whole ordeal, and neither did anyone else on their behalf. We actually checked ourselves in and out without ever seeing anyone. I can only imagine what would happen to the pour soul who forgot their key inside the room (which locks upon shutting), came back at night and was ignored until morning. Where would they sleep? And I'm not even talking about the ants all around, the fact that we had only 2 rolls of T.P.
• Trista (5/5): alright for the money - the property was modern and the bed was comfortable the room was hot and the ac doesnt work unless the key card was in and all the windows and doors were closed. the door self locked so we had to be present in the room waiting for it to be cooled down which took 30 mins to an hour.

Information on how to access the key via a key box worked very well The hosts were very responsive via the remote reception and gave prompt assistance when I had a problem with the door lock. Lovely to sit out on the balcony to relax. I seemed to be the only peson there and had the small, pretty poolside to myself. Very relaxing.Modern bedroom area in an open plan studio. Very effective blackout blinds. Bed very comfortable. A/C very good. So peaceful at night with no disturbances. Plenty of hot water and excellent water pressure in the shower. There is also the washing machine which was a very pleasant, unexpected bonus.Thank you for a peaceful, comfortable stay. Although the location is nice, I did not have a car. The walk to the shops is not very far and would be walkable if it were not for the busy road with no footpaths. I felt that I was taking my life in my hands each time I left on foot. Such a shame, as it is a lovely walk(without the cars)! I often returned by taxi which cost €7 per trip. I arrived late evening.It was very warm and dark and I was thirsty after travelling. I was unfamiliar with the area. It would have been nice to have at least a bottle of water in the room for my arrival, as is often the case. I had to walk that dangerous road in the dark with a torch to buy water! I couldn't get the coffee machine to work and there was no hairdryer, shower gel or conditioner. Plenty of shampoo though, thank you. The kitchen would benefit from a bread knife A couple of spare bin liners would help. The iron works well but there is no ironing board. The bathroom, is tired and has mildew on one wall and around the shower floor tiles. For these reasons I do not believe the word 'luxury should be in the property title. I do not wish to sound negative, as it is a lovely property. It just needs the above attending to. I would still consider staying here again but only with a car!

• Del (9/5): Superb - Anyone who reads my various reviews, will realise how to the point I am. I say it how it is, simple. First off, for this place, I give 9.5. Vasilis, the point of contact, was a delightful guy. Always willing to help. The apartment was beautiful, spotlessly clean, and large, with everything you need for a perfect vacation. Even down to the washing machine. Lovely little pool out the back, not big, but enough to cool urself off. Little off track but a ten min walk to the strip. We had a small problem with the airco, but was quickly remedied by Vasilis. Tv in both rooms, great mattress and pillows, power shower,all you needed. Will definitely recommend, and when in Rhodes, I will book again.

(9/5): Great value for money - solid, modern quality experience without overpaying. - Apart from a few minor details, which I am sure the lovely hosts will improve upon over time, the place is really tastefully furnished & decorated, and all of the basic amenities/facilities are present and of fine quality. Combine that with a competitive (there is no 'cheap' in tourism, especially nowadays) price point, and the quality you get for it is all the more appreciated. Compliments! The location is not ideal, primarily because it cannot be reached easily (safely) by foot, e.g. for travelers taking public transport; there is no sidewalk and the relatively busy road is fairly small.

The cleaning lady is very nice and friendly. We had beach towels too, which was quite useful. The kitchen could be better equipped (no sugar, salt, oil).
