catherine (6/5): - Accueil et reception inexistants et compliqués:vous récupérez le code par mail uniquement le jour de votre arrivée ainsi cela peut-être embêtant si vous n'avez pas d'accès internet en suède. De plus en cas de problème il est impossible de joindre les propriétaires en dehors des heures d'accueil très restreintes: uniquement entre 10h et 14h. Les photos ne correspondent pas par exemple il n'y avait pas de canapé dans notre logement.

Verified traveler (10/5): An excellent choice in Stockholm - Niro Hotel Apartments is 2 stops away from Stockholm Central on the tube, a couple of minutes walk from the station and very convenient if you like the independence of self catering. You can buy 24 / 48 / 72 hour travel tickets which is what we did and the airport is 25 minutes travel on the train. Entry to the hotel and apartment is all electronic and the system works very well. The owner couldn't help us more and deserves to have a very successful business.
Helle Panduro (6/5): Et godt ophold med et par uheldige forstyrrelser. - Jeg vidste godt, at lejligheden var uden vinduer, men det kom bag på mig, at jeg manglede dem så meget. Det føltes ret indelukket. Dertil kom problemer med toilettet, som manegeren dog var meget hjælpsom til at løse. Alt det øvrige var virkelig fint.
Julia (10/5): Nöjda - Vi var jättenöjda med boendet. Det var ju obemannat men det tyckte vi passade bra. Det var väldigt rent och sköna sängar! Nära till buss.
Frederik (6/5): Für kurzen Aufenthalt ok! - Leider muss ich sagen, dass die Idee eines Apartments Hotels hier nicht so wirklich gut umgesetzt ist. Leider muss ich insgesamt einige Dinge bemängeln. In der Küche wäre es z. B. schön, wenn ein Geschirrtuch vorhanden wäre. Für mich macht es persönlich kein Sinn, wegen 2 Tassen den Geschirrspüler zu benutzen. Weiterhin fehlt eindeutig ein Tuch zum Abwischen des Tisches. Es hier nur Küchenrolle vorhanden. Der Teppichboden macht einen sehr abgewohnten und dreckigen Eindruck. Zum Service kann ich leider nicht viel sagen, da der Check In mit Zugangscode funktioniert. Zu den ausgewiesenen Servicezeiten habe ich nie jemanden am Empfang gesehen. Ich hatte aber auch kein Problem gehabt. In meiner Buchungsbestätigung stand etwas von Bügeleisen und Bügelbrett. Diese Dinge konnte ich leider nicht in meinem Zimmer finden. Die Zimmer sind von der Einrichtung her schön. Besonders hat mir das Bett gefallen. Schön bequem. Auch das Bad ist sehr schön: groß und geräumig! Die Lage des Apartments ist spitze! Unweit der U-Bahn Haltestelle Fridhemsplan (blaue Linie). Daher nur zwei Stationen bis ins Stadtzentrum. Da ich schon einige andere Apartments dieser Art in Stockholm ausprobiert habe muss ich sagen, dass mich der Aufenthalt bei Niro nur bedingt zu frieden stellt.
Verified traveler (6/5): - Bra skick på boendet och trevlig område med närhet till tunnelbana. Det saknades strykbord och strykjärn på rummet som är väsentligt för mig som reser i tjänsten. Det gick heller inte att komma i kontakt med någon på boendet utanför receptionens öppettider, vilket var lite störande.
Mikael (8/5): Mer än du tror - Byggnaden är ju inte världens roligaste, känns lite ruffigt. Vore bra om man skulle kunna sätta upp en större skylt. Men förvånansvärt bra koncept. Jag kommer att återkomma!

Per (10/5): Toppen. - Mycket bra läge, enkel incheckning med sms med dörrkod samt info. Fick även ett trevligt samtal dagen innan jag skulle anlända. fräscht rum, mysigt. Finns inget att klaga på utan vistelsen var bättre än förväntad. Gott om parkering i närområdet. återkommer mer än gärna.
