Location was excellent and convenient to some places of interest. Bus stop at front of accommodation also. Car hire offices nearby if requiring cars, vans, bikes and scooters. Water activities, if you wanted to snorkel, go for a kayak in the lagoon (all provided) or just lay around and relax in the sun or just read a book or two. One of those relaxing, do nothing holidays. The whole experience and location suited us so nothing to not like.

• Holly H (10/5): Drage Family - From the comfy beds, the solar heated shower, to the stunning view of the lagoon, and everything in between, we loved staying in Shona and Paul's slice of paradise. After our stay, we headed to the airport, and at 12 am, after a 4 hour wait with a 6 year old, and a 6 month old, we were notified that our flight had been canceled. Even at such a crazy time of night, Shona and Paul invited us back to their Villa, where Shona and their daughter had woken up to make the beds and lay out towels for us (at 1am). • Jo (8/5): Great stay despite the lack of hot water. - View from front deck looking to the lagoon Lack of hot water - we paid $4250 for this accomodation for a week to end up having 3 hot showers in that time…not ideal. We were offered, on our last day, a free 1 night stay should we wish to book again due to lack of hot water but this holiday was a one off special occasion holiday and not something we could afford to do again.

Kayaks and SUP board provided with life jackets if needed. The beds were comfortable with the added bonus of air conditioning in both rooms. The staff are amazing, friendly and very helpful, we look forward to staying again. Thank you!

• Timothy (10/5): Great place and location - This location is perfect if you love a beautiful view, friendly owners (live nearby) and staff (Keren), paddling (kayak or SUP) any time of the day, a quiet beach, or the enticing smell of a neighboring resort kitchen (Nautilus). For being a remote island without access to everything, the owners have done their best to create a comfortable, well-appointed accommodation. Based on my observation of other options along Muri Lagoon, I came away thinking we had picked the best place to stay in the best location on Rarotonga. The villa (bungalow) is just close enough to the local activities to entice you to adventure while far enough away from the busiest areas to be relaxing. I do not want to recommend this place to ensure future availability for myself, but, in all fairness, I must because of the great setting and owners/staff.
