• aikhengc (6/5): Comfortable stay with good Accor Platinum recognition, though location is less convenient - I recently stayed at Mercure Kuala Lumpur Glenmarie after booking it for our client from Singapore, and overall it was a comfortable experience. As an Accor Platinum member, I was happy to receive the usual benefits such as a room upgrade, late check-out, and complimentary breakfast. The in-room amenities were also a nice touch, with three complimentary drinks in the minibar as well as some snacks, which made the stay feel more welcoming. The room itself was comfortable and well-kept, with a warm and modern design. It was suitable for a short stay and good enough for rest after a busy day. However, one thing to note for business travellers is that the table setup is combined with the sofa area, so it is not the most practical arrangement if you need to do long hours of work or run a virtual meeting from the room. The staff were friendly and helpful, which definitely added to the positive impression of the stay. The gym was also quite decent. It is not a huge fitness centre, but it is spacious enough and has a reasonable mix of equipment, including treadmills, bikes, benches, dumbbells, and a cable machine. For a hotel gym, I would say it is more than acceptable and good enough for a proper workout. The main downside for me is the location. While it may work if you specifically need to be in this area, it is not particularly strategic for leisure or general convenience. You need to pass through a light industrial area, and it is not close to major malls or tourist attractions. So from that perspective, it feels a bit less convenient compared to other city hotels. Overall, this was still a pleasant stay with comfortable rooms, good member recognition, and friendly service. I would consider staying again if I had business nearby, but perhaps not if I were looking for a more central or lifestyle-oriented location.

The door.had a ruber lining and it sticks itself to the side. Even for me it is difficult to open and I had to use a lof of force to open. As a 4 star establishmentz one would expect a Continental breakfast spread but there was only Malay style option, mot even varieties of Malaysian food..just malay food. This is disappointing. Unless it is because od the fasting month but even then, you are a 4 star hotel nit a 1 start hotel. The food quality is.poor and slow replenishment of food.

• Christiane (10/5): Super Preis/Leistung - Dieses Hotel ist einfach nur SUPER. Angefangen bei der Rezeption. Herr Arrezzif (?) sehr nett, hilfsbereit und zuvorkommend, besser geht es nicht! Auch das andere Personal ist sehr freundlich. Das gesamte Hotel ist sehr, sehr sauber und sehr ruhig gelegen. Die Betten waren top ! Es gibt eine Rooftopbar, für uns innen allerdings zu kalt. Leider kann man draußen nicht zur Stadt sehen, da die Aussicht zugemacht ist. Schade! Das Frühstück war sehr umfangreich und hochwertig. Für jede Nation ist etwas dabei. Wir brauchten zum internationalen Flughafen 40 Minuten mit Grab für 20 €. Grab sollte man aber vorbestellen. Alles fair und preisgünstig. Es gab nichts

The event was well organized, with a nicely arranged venue, clear PA system, and delicious buffet that received positive feedback from our guests. Special thanks to Ms. Azurah Osman (PIC) for her excellent coordination and responsiveness. We also appreciate Mr. Keith (Assistant F&B Manager) and Mr. Tajul (Waiter) for their attentive and professional service. Hotel rooms provided were comfortable and well maintained. Overall, a smooth and enjoyable event. Highly recommended for corporate functions.
