- Sapna (8/5): - I like the area where I was based. It was very good. Staff was very lovely and we're approachable and they were kind enough to allow me to check in early. Bed was comfortable and the facilities were so helpful having the washing machine, dryer was so helpful. Overall it was a pleasant stay. Good communication. I came here for a concert and it was just so nice having something so close to the venue. Having Netflix access and all the apps available on the TV is so nice. The apartment is a bit outdated and I feel like they should put actual photos of what it looks like. I would even say that could do with a repaint and a deep clean. But it's such a good location. Despite not having a reception you can message the host directly which is good to have. I would also recommend that the heat pump needs a clean or filter change. But will stay here again.

- Wombat_____ (7/5): great location in Melbourne for food, sport and shopping - The location is amazing for easy access to the CBD and the MCG. we worked out that you can exit the property straight into AC/DC Lane and then you have access to some amazing food and drink locations within a couple of minutes walk. the apartment didn't feel very clean, the carpet was really dirty and the shower had mould in the grout. It could do with a deep clean

Some of the facilities in the property were faulty or needed maintenance Dead moths in the curtain of the main room, balcony door doesn’t shut properly, no exhaust fan in bathroom, second shower head in shower doesn’t work, rock hard beds and pillows, main bedroom cupboard door faulty and got stuck in lift to terrace
- Jodie (9/5): I'll stay again - The location was great, the check in was easy as long as you do as directed. Don't forget to ask for parking when you book at an extra price.. The kitchen was well equipped and hasd a full size fridge. Very quiet location. There was no noise at all. The bedroom was dark and it allowed us to sleep late. A balcony and an opening window is a great find in melb. Upside down trees was a new thing for me. See picture A short walk to everywhere. The check out needs a little update. Was asked to leave keys in the apartment but not notify until after checkout. But you can't check.out and leave the keys if you have a car. You cannot get your car out without the keys.

Very little natural light so it is a very dark apartment, even at midday. The slider divider door thing for the bedroom didn’t work and was stuck so couldn’t close the door. Difficult with someone wanting to watch TV vs go to bed. Asked repeatedly to get it sorted but no response

The apartment had paint peeling off the walls, flickering lights, broken toilet seat and shower head broken. To collect the keys we had to walk 20 minutes to an EzyMart store. Would not recommend and definitely not a 4 star accommodation.

If some noise reduction could happen. This place would be excellent Denis was easy to deal with for gaining entry and then exiting at the end of our stay

Which is fine, but it was a bit further than antisapated. Lucky it wasn't raining. The whole apartment is in desperate need of a coat of paint The apartments shower is in need of a good scrub. The apartment needs some TLC before it gets worse. Also need to invest in a new mattress and double glazed windows. The apartment could be in so much better condition than it is, and they would get more positive reviews. Hoping the owner listens to the reveiws cause it is a great location and a really good little apartment for a couple.

- Michael (8/5): Luck luster - Nice room Had too go a block away find and pay for parking too pick up keys,fob,andcremote for parking garage from a mini mart. The check out was awful we had parking underground but had too load car take it out and find then pay for parking half a block away then go back to apartment too leave keys as we couldn't just leave with out the fob key and remote too get out of garage . Beds were hard.

- Lesa (9/5): Was a lovely stay, I would stay there again. - Great location & quiet room We weren’t explained how to retrieve our vehicle when we checked out. You need the key to access the parking garage but requested to leave the keys on the coffee table when you leave. As there is nowhere to park on Flinders St, you can’t exit, park your car & take the keys back up to the apartment. In saying all that, Denis was fantastic, we called him and he had someone assist us to get our vehicle within 5 minutes, so all ok in the end.

- Karina (5/5): I was really disappointed with our accommodation. - The location was great, the bed was really comfortable. The bathroom flooded when using the shower, every time. There is mould in the grout in the shower. The lighting in the bathroom was really dull, so I couldn’t see properly to do my makeup. Management knocked on the door at 9.30 am to see if we were ready to check out!!

- Julia (3/5): Not good - Good location, pleasant staff We were on the first floor at the back, a nightclub continued on until 2pm in the morning. Poor blinds and curtains did not stop the flashing lights etc and the noise of music and people outside queuing to access the venue and then smoking outside was incessant until the early hours of the morning. I would never stay there again, I had to work the next day and probably managed about 3 - 4 hours sleep.

- Andrea (8/5): - The apartment was well located close to Rod Laver Arena, which was our reason for visiting Melbourne. It was walking distance to restaurants and the CBD. The bed and pillows were extremely comfortable. The bathroom was small but very well equipped. The apartment was dark and pokey which would make it uncomfortable if you were staying for more than 1 night or so. It was also quite noisey both inside and outside the apartment.

It’s hard to fall sleep because of that smell… smells awful. I was even thinking if there’s a dead animal in the bedroom somewhere.

Shower wasn’t very clean, getting clean towels was made to feel like an inconvenience having to ask multiple times. Staff were not always easy to contact which was a bit frustrating considering it was an unserviced apartment.

- Drew Manners (9/5): Compact apartment stay in Melbourne - Great location. Small and compact apartment. Clean and well presented. Lots of interesting places close by. A little noisy at night, due to the bar in the back alley (ACDC Lane). This was not an issue for me, but may be for some.
