• Liza (8/5): Très agréable séjour dans ce logement - L'emplacement était vraiment très bien, à proximité de tout. La remise des clés, j'ai été obligé d'appeler à plusieurs reprises le numéro fourni pour avoir les informations nécessaires pour récupérer les clés. J'étais accompagnée d'une personne âgée et avons pu rentrer qu'après 17H00 dans l'appartement. Hormis cela, c'était vraiment un super logement.

• Euan (6/5): Nice place, but poor management who require biometric data to check in - The property itself is very nice. Clean and comfortable, in a great location with great facilities. The company managing this property are not very good. First off, they require biometric data (ID and selfie) before you can check-in, a fact that is not mentioned anywhere on the Booking listing, and they do not allow a refund if you prefer not to go through this insecure process. Second, the code provided for the lock-box nearby was incorrect, and we needed to call them to get the right one. Finally, there was no lightbulb in one of the bedside lights. After them telling us to buy a new one (it was an unusual style, expensive and not readily available) and to send them a receipt, two days later they eventually sent a member of staff to bring a replacement. We did not know he was coming, and he was outside in the corridor when we were leaving, with a card to the property. We received a message five minutes later telling us someone was on the way. Very odd. I hope he would have knocked rather than entering without permission, but the company did not respond when asked this.

• Andrea (7/5): Great apartment - Lovely spacious apartment. Well equipped and comfortable. Pool was great . Location handy to train and buses. The checkin process was difficult. The lockbox hard to open- the instructions were too high to read
• Joana (8/5): Apparemment propre et bien situé - Apparemment propre et moderne. Matelas confortable, à deux minutes à pieds des magasins. Le grille pain ne marchait pas. L’accès a la piscine et à la salle de sport etait fermé à partir du 6 octobre.
• SEBASTIEN (9/5): Un très beau séjour dans un appartement agréable. - Pas encore habitué pour ouvrir la boîte à clef. Mais mis à part cela les informations étaient précises, la localisation était proche de l'appartement. Les nombreuses photos permettent de localiser l'appartement facilement. La localisation de l'appartemente et ces équipements. Machine à laver et sèche linge qui permettent de prendre moins de linge durant le séjour.

• John (8/5): Good location for things to do - The location of the property is great, and as a solo traveler the set up of the apartment was perfect for my needs. Having to walk for 10-15 minutes with all my bags to collect the key. It would be great to pick up the key at the venue, or at least have a deal with the hotel to allow visitors to leave their bags.

• Sarah (9/5): Very enjoyable and comfortable place to stay in a great central location. - Great location. Good price. The lifts were quite slow... waited a long time every time!
• Sam (7/5): Great apart from the check-in process. - Responsive and helpful 24h telephone response. Secure. Clean. Good amenities/ facilities and kitchen with washing machine. Great to have a good gym. Very intrusive checking in process. Requires lots of personal information and contract signing in advance. Had to pay $100 to replace lost swipe card. No flexibility around check-in time (without paying). Key location is 5 minute walk away in secure but unstaffed access building. Not great if you're travelling alone with heavy bags.
