• Joey (8/5): Nice experience, friendly and helpfull staff - The staff were extremely helpfull. They have helped us with a call to a hairdresser and a local restaurant and helped us with a hair treatment which does not meet our expectations and a pair of lost sunglassed in the restaurant. Do to the language barrier, it was difficult to call them directly by ourself. So it was really great that the Mimaru staff could help us. Also the luggage service was good. We have sent 2 luggages directly to the airport and could pick them up at the day of departing. The japanese room was a nice experience. Overall it was clean in the room, but there was a bug that we found crawling over the floor.

They are super focused on making your family stay here a wonderful experience. The laundry machines are often malfunctioning so be prepared to expect long drying times.

The only sort of downside was the room size: a family of five in a nearly 40 sqm room with a kitchenette, table, and more was pretty crowded. They cleaned our room everyday and the staff were all helpful. The location is excellent. A family mart next door, train station is close by, Starbucks, 7/11, Life grocery store, and Gold’s Gym all walking distance. I liked everything about it. The rooms are not huge of course by North American standards but they used the space wisely. My kids loved this place the most compared to our airbnbs.

• Hsuan Hsuan (10/5): 完美的體驗，整潔又舒適 - 櫃台工作人員態度友善、英文流利，還有位會說中文的員工，真是太好了！ 我們是三個人住四人房，空間寬敞又舒適，房間內的生水可直飲，不會有怪味。 可以借用appleTV來看YT、Netflix等等串流平台。 環境整潔、可以免費寄放行李。 無論哪裡都很完美，非常滿意的住宿體驗！
