Situated on a main road so it was easy to find. Good wifi, smart tv. Even though on a main road with the rail line opposite, our sleep was not disturbed at all. We had dinner at Phat Duck just a short walk away, very yummy meal, which was recommended by the owner.

Owners friends talking loud standing in drive way next to unit. Other people's cars parked outside unit and making loud banging and shouting late at night. Not enough complimentary coffee sachets and milk. Dirty and stained chairs at kitchen table. Tv too high on wall. Skirting boards needing clean as well as behind beds. Poor attention to detail. No teaspoons with cutlery.
