• Deyanira (3/5): - La ubicación, tiene medios de transporte que te llevan a todos lados y muchos sitios para desayunar y cenar La habitación no estaba limpia, olía mal, solo pusieron sabanas y toalla limpia pero no olía a limpio. El balcón era un asco eso no lo habían limpiado en años. En Italia hay muchas opciones económicas para decorar y hacer acogedor un espacio. Allí decidieron no hacerlo.

• Mark (7/5): - I found the accommodation to be as described . For a decent price you get your own basic but comfortable room. It’s about a 20 minute walk to the Venice Mestre train station . City bus 6L, which passes very close to the accommodation, will also have you on the islands themselves at Piazzale Roma in about 25 minutes . Be aware that Venice Mestre is Venice in name but is very different in character to the islands. A functional hub with larger hotels and more budget accommodation for easy connection the Venice tourists are there to see.

The host was nice, friendly, and offered good tips. Its quiet and enjoyable. Overall, it’s a good place. I would probably stay here again 1. The pillows weren't comfortable 2. The hobs and oven wasn't working

• GosiaW. (5/5): Przy placu głównym w Marghera - Wenecja lądowa - Cena jest bardzo niska, a na tym mi najbardziej zależało. Przy głównym placu Marghera. Szybki dojazd do Wenecji autobusem 6 lub 6L, w 15 min jesteś na Piazzale Roma gdzie z buta lub z tramwaju wodnego eksplorujesz miasto na wodzie. Bliskość pociągu w Mestre to 15 min spacerem i można kupić bilet w kierunku Padwa, Vincenza, Werona czy z przesiadką nad Gardę Współlokatorów prawie wcale nie było widać, nie byli uciążliwi 🙃 Właściciel miły i uprzejmy, często bywał w lokalu pozwolił na wcześniejsze zameldowanie. Czystość - prysznic - chyba nigdy nie myty ...kafle, bateria prysznicowa były w fatalnym stanie... Straszny odgłos mają drzwi od każdego pokoju. Na 5 nocy jak ja nie polecam ale na 2 byłoby ok. Kaloryfery przez 3 noce nie działaly w środku nocy, jak zrobiło się zimniej dopiero dawały... Właściciel powiedział, że ciepło jest automatyczne i nie należy kręcić pokrętłami przy kaloryferach Z łazienki często wydobywał się bardzo nieprzyjemny zapach z kanalizacji moim zdaniem wypadałoby to nareperować...

• hugo (8/5): Voltarei porque o atendimento foi excelente!! - Quarto amplo e banheiro compartilhado limpo. Em frente a hospedagem há várias lanchonetes da cultura de Bangladesh. A estação Veneza mestre que leva a Veneza Santa Lúcia por 1,50 euros fica cerca de 20 minutos caminhando. Não há microondas e me foi exigido 5 euros para usar a cozinha. Apenas uma chaleira e uma geladeira para uso gratuito.

No kitchen to speak of ... the shower head didn't have a handle on the shower recess so you have to hold it to get wet.

• Valerie Anne McPhail (7/5): Relief from overtourism - Well situated in a quiet, tree lined neighbourhood full of sidewalk cafès, just a 10 minute walk from Mestre train station. There were even some tasty and cheap Bangoli eateries downstairs, which gave the place some exotic atmosphere. The room was basic, but very spacious. The place is very secure with excellent strong locks, the floors impeccably clean polished marble , immaculate fridge even, but somewhat lacking in charm. A bedside table and reading light is essential! The check-in system could do with modernising, if possible. Also, stronger lighting in the bathroom mirror for conducting ablutions, and a full length mirror at the entrance is standard. These are very minor defects in an otherwise perfect place!

• Eliott (4/5): Logement sale et PARTAGÉ - Le logement est partagé en permanence par une famille qui y habite. Entre le bruit, la saleté de la salle de bain et les parties communes occupées parfois jusqu’à tard le soir, oubliez tout de suite la notion de confort et de repos. La chambre aussi n’a pas été nettoyée depuis longtemps : poussière & araignées seront vos colocataires pour le séjour.

Łazienka wspólna nawet znośna kuchnia.... Nie działała płyta elektryczna , czajnik na wodę tragedia brudny śmierdzi. Byliśmy na dwie noce żeby zwiedzić Wenecję. Nie daleko jest przystanek autobusowy linia 6L jedcie do Watykanu . Bilety kupiłem na przeciwko brdmy wyjściowej z budynku. Jest parking ,zamykany na klucz i zadaszenie duży plus zwłaszcza że przyjechaliśmy na motocyklach. Zapach w sumie smród na korytarzu i kuchnia w której nie było jak wody podgrzać
• Aleksandra (3/5): Poor - Location Unfortunately, my stay was not as pleasant as I had hoped. I found a cockroach in the room, and there were some cleanliness issues – an empty bottle and a tissue under the bed, dust on the fan, the picture frame, and around the mirror. The mattress had visible stains, although the bedsheet and pillowcases were clean. The bathroom was in average condition and could use some maintenance. On the positive side, the owner was polite and understanding about the situation and agreed to refund part of the cost of my stay. However, the amount refunded was a bit less than I expected. Overall, I think the room would benefit from more thorough cleaning and better attention to detail.

• Adam (5/5): Passable - The accommodation was easily approachable from Venice by bus (took me around 20-25 mins to get there), and it was situated in a green and calm neighbourhood. I really appreciated that the host allowed me to bring my bicycle to the room. The room had some deficiencies. I really missed a reading-lamp, and the room had an not too pleasant smell.

Texting me on my private WhatsApp being very unprofessional texts having a go at us as we checked in after 6. Area is also full of groups of men hanging around on street corners. We had to check transport at night as it felt unsafe. Ended up with the extra 30 charge could have stayed somewhere without this hassle

• Borbála (7/5): Weekend trip - Good public transport. Cheap. Good restaurants nearby. Clean and good noise isolation. Perfect accommodation for the weekend. Generally, no major problem with the room. The mattress was hard and old, we could feel the springs. We could sleep, it was not a problem for us but maybe it is a problem for someone. It was clean but it did not feel clean. They was only one bathroom for six rooms so I would not stay there more than a couple of days. It was cold in November in the room, but I think they just generally do not heat the houses in November in Italy, so it is not the room's fault.

• Ilic (4/5): Disappointing - If you are looking for a room in a shared apartment for a night or two, this could be a budget option. Good connection to Venice, 10min bus ride. The parking spot is a plus. In general the apartment has not been cleaned for some time, except the bed sheets which were clean and replaced. Bathroom in poor condition. If the owner puts more effort in mainteinance and cleaning, this property would get a much better rating.
• Verified traveler (6/5): Get what you pay for. - Couldnt open the security window blinds to see out of the room. There was a bed, table, a chair, and a tv with no remote and no channels. 2 shared coffee cups on a shelf in the hallway, and a set of sliding doors locked with a padlock behind a curtain which rattled all night.

• Edjelie (7/5): overall,it's a pretty decent place to stay. Everything is okay except that there is no air-condition - I like that its very close to the tram station only 2 minutes away. The facilities are also clean especially the toilet. They have toiletries as well and they provided towels. There is no air-conditioned in the room. We were surprise when there is only 1 fan to use. we were there during the summer of June 2024 and it's very hot. Also, it's very difficult to see the address as there is no available signage. We are having a difficulty finding it's location.
