- Natasha (9/5): Super comfortable and inviting with hearty meals! - Location is great and easy to find. Room has been refurbished, beautiful and clean, warm, comfortable and welcoming. Great having bar and restaurant downstairs, staff happy to accommodate a late dinner by pre-ordering for our arrival! We couldn’t stay for our included breakfast so the wonderful staff organised a packed lunch for us with goodies to take on the road!! Would have been great to have a mini fridge.

- Abi (10/5): Lovely Overnight Stay - Staff were really friendly and helpful. Room was very clean, and very well presented with a good view. Lovely biscuits and tea selection in the room. Breakfast was included and was really good. We also had our evening meal there (not included, but very convenient) and this was great quality too. Parking was a bit difficult when we arrived, there isn't many spaces outside and we arrived at peak time in the evening, but there were other parking options down the road too.

Will
Definitely consider staying again. Furniture in dining area is a bit worn and tired, however it didn’t detract from the excellent food and service.
Our bathroom shower sealant needs replacing. Extremely minor, but it’s the little things that are noticed.
- Alister (4/5): - Rooms were clean Bar shuts at half 9 even for residents. No reception or any staff at night. No wardrobe in room and bed was broken, bathroom is massive bit shower tiny and hard to get in or out of.
- DAIZE (10/5): Pratique efficace chambre cosy restauration bonne -
- Slatcher (8/5): - Food was excellent Room was small
- louis (8/5): -
- Robin (8/5): Very pleasant stay with good bed, good food and friendly staff - Comfortable room. Excellent breakfast. Reasonable choice of evening meals at a fair price. Good views of the Cromarty Firth from the dining room. A little traffic on the road passing the inn, but quiet enough. Parking on site. Friendly young staff. Outdoor seating area if the weather had been warmer. Some bedroom furniture had lots of scars. Wine selection very limited - only 2 whites and 2 reds.

- Chris R (8/5): Nice location and great views from the hotel. Really nice and modern rooms. - All the staff were nice and friendly on arrival. Gave us all the info we needed and let us store our bikes in the cellar.
Room was nice and modern and super clean, shower was also great. The standard of food was okay but not great. Dinner was pretty average but breakfast was better. Bar/restaurant could do with a bit of an update.
- Marcie (9/5): Second time I’ve stayed and would definitely book again. - The hotel overlooks the water with great views from the dining area. The room was clean and had everything I needed. Food is great - I ate in the evening and had breakfast and both meals were lovely. Staff are really welcoming. I stayed one of the rooms to the rear and it was quite noisy until around 9pm due to kitchen extraction, and then very peaceful until around 6.30am when the extract started up again. I imagine the rooms at the front are quieter. It wasn’t an issue for me but might be if you want a long lie!
- Rowena (10/5): - Cleaned room, bed is comfortable and the breakfast is very good.

- Del (6/5): - Pretty basic but fair for a one or two night stay. Great location and easy walk to town. Restaurant is fabulous and the food is incredible Rooms are a little tired with creaky floorboards. Power shower was awful, made a horrible whining noise and 'spat' the water instead of a steady flow whilst i tried to fend off a curtain from hugging me the whole time in a shower tray the size of a postage stamp
- Edith (7/5): Property was clean, but a bit tired. Beds were not as comfy as might have been, food was fantastic! -
- Craig (8/5): -
- Monika (10/5): - Good value for money, nice room, nice view

Nicely decorated bedroom and bathroom, comfy bed. Toilet seat was bit loose.
- Elaine (7/5): Stayed before, will stay again - Comfy room. Good breakfast. Handy for the A9 I was too late for dinner, but that was the weather. It is very annoying that booking direct with the hotel is far more expensive than being forced to use a booking site

- Martin (9/5): -
- Andrew (7/5): - Friendly staff and good food at breakfast and dinner. Clean room. Good value for money. Bedroom was cold overnight and radiator stayed cold in evening. Bed was too firm.
