- André (7/5): Für eine Nacht ganz okay - Hotelzimmer eigentlich ganz okay, Essen sehr gut Schmutziger Teppich im Zimmer, der ausgewechselt werden müsste. Ungewöhnlich, dass das Telefon auf der Toilette installiert ist.

- Ricky (6/5): 房間算蠻新的的，但是隔音不好，23:30還聽得到隔壁聲音，對方也沒非常吵 - 飯店蠻新的， 免治馬桶，而且獨立隔間 櫃檯，可有可無， 借用碗盤，叫我去咖啡廳，但是借不太到 明明2樓有餐廳，後來自己去2樓問就借到了
- Barbara (9/5): Great family friendly hotel, our kids love it so much they want to come back. - Breakfast was nice, decent choice of cooked food although we came a bit late and some of the options were running out. The soya beancurd and soya milk were good. There was also speciality chiayi rice and it was really good. The kids play area was also really large and we booked a room with a play area which the kids really loved. It would have been better if there were no fries or nuggets offered for kids. Also would be better if laundry could be done 24H instead of ending at 10pm.

- Chiahsin (5/5): - 同樓層有團體客，到晚上九點左右仍然非常吵鬧跟喧嘩，走廊上有濃濃的煙味。 隔天跟櫃台反映，我還沒說話，櫃台人員立刻提出"是有煙味嗎?他們是團客，我們會再加強宣導" 代表不只我們一家有這樣的反應。 想建議若未來有團客的樓層，能盡量跟親子家庭的樓層錯開嗎? 我們是再次回頭住宿的旅客，這次的體驗不如第一次的體驗
