-A list of rules for waste management will be provided upon access. If this was not followed, a fee will be charged
-Standard Late Checkout Fee will be charged for approved late check-outs.
-If a guest provides short notice for a late check-out or if our cleaners are already en-route or on-site and unable to proceed due to the guest's continued presence, a fee per hour will be incurred until departure, in addition to the cleaning fee.

- Benjamin (4/5): With a little work this could be great but without improvements I would avoid it. - It was clean. There's plenty of room and the heating was good. The key information needs updating. The second bedroom was too uncomfortable to use. There's a window from the master bedroom into the bathroom. The toaster blew the fuses.
- Andréa (3/5): Frustrating! - The space. the house is great but there was no hot water and the TV control didn't work, they solved the water problem on my last day in the afternoon, it didn't make sense anymore and I also didn't agree to change apartments because it was already my last day and I couldn't do it sense too... if it weren't for these details it would have been perfect!
- Michael (3/5): Poor - Nothing I didn't like when I got there we didn't have heating for the first two days because the heating didn't work.no WiFi the hole time probably still no WiFi the beds were very uncomfortable .room are cold the warmest room was the bathroom they call it the loft and it's on the ground floor . After all that we requested a late check and that was denied feel really let down with this one never again.

Bathroom and bedrooms not very clean . Was a pain getting into the car park did not have a fob had to park on the street for the first night . Got a ticket when we eventually got in the car park and they would not amend this even with proof of permit .
- David (1/5): Do not stay here management don’t care, major safety issue and very dirty - Disgraceful stay, avoid at all costs. Major safety concerns and filthy place. Major safety issues with broken outside security doors, windows on ground floor with no locks and can be open from outside. As 2 women raised concern with Hazel from management and washed their hands of any responsibility. Filthy dirty apartment, torn curtains, cushions, fabrics, mould in bathroom.

- Tracy (3/5): Poor - The apartment which was advertise on booking.com was not the one that I stayed in. Nowhere near as nice as pictures. Unclean, a tablet (medicine) was lying on the floor next to tv. Very unclean utensil on side. Vegetable tray on counter unclean. Cutlery drawer unclean. Just pretty rank really. No nice fresh smelling air. Just really didn't feel clean. The hallway leading up to front door, was pitch black no lighting. Had to use light on phone to see where I was going. Reported the issue, it was not fixed.

- Stephen (6/5): Pleasant - Comfortable beds and good location for exploring the city. Very noisy student area with people shouting outside until the early hours. On arrival, there was no toilet paper or batteries in the TV remote. Surely these are basics. Dirty marks all over the walls from previous occupants and a few sign of neglect/misuse with odd things being broken. Could be a beautiful flat with a bit of TLC

- Rowena (8/5): the place was lovely and I enjoyed the stay - the fairy lights made it special - the look and feel. the location easy walk to Nottingham town - restaurants and supermarket near by. there was a dish washer but it was not working and I had not been warned so a nuisance to have to take out all the items and wash and make sure we left by 10 am
