This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Guests will receive a rental agreement which must be signed and returned to the property prior to arrival. If guests do not receive the agreement on time, they should contact the property management company at the number on the booking confirmation. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. A damage deposit of GBP 200 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Guests will receive a rental agreement via email, which must be agreed up to 14 days prior to arrival. Please note the property is located in a residential area, and guests are asked to refrain from excessive noise levels. Loud parties are strictly prohibited. If these rules are broken, guests will be asked to leave immediately, without refund. Guests are required to upload a photo ID and credit card ahead of check-in via a secured link. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Please note the £35 per hour Late Checkout Fee. If the guest gives short notice of a late check-out, or if our cleaners are already en-route or on-site but unable to proceed with cleaning, due to a guest remaining at the property, a £35 per hour late check-out fee will be incurred in addition to the cleaning fee.
