Guest (10/5): Recommended (with parking!!) - The hotel is conveniently located just a 5-minute walk from the center of Ruse and offers free private parking for guests. We chose a room with a view of the Danube River and the scenery was truly beautiful. The room was spacious, comfortable, and included amenities such as complimentary coffee, tea and two bottles of water. The hotel also features the “Garden” restaurant, where we enjoyed a very pleasant dinner in a comfortable atmosphere. Breakfast was varied and offered a good selection of options. The Wi-Fi connection was also reliable throughout our stay. For those who appreciate distinctive design, the hotel has a charming retro architecture dating back to the 1970s, which gives it a unique character. I highly recommend staying here to anyone planning to spend a few days in Ruse.

Igor (7/5): Хороший отель с видом на Дунай - Хороший отель с собственной стоянкой автомобилей, что актуально было для нас. Завтраки хорошие, можно докупить на месте. Отель уже в возрасте, но благодаря ремонту который они начали с нижних этажей и расселяют гостей уже в свежие номера, вид номеров отличный после ремонта. В номере вас встречает приветственная бутылочка воды, два пакетика с чаем и два с кофэ. С открытым окном ночью залетают комары, запасайтесь средством от комаров.

Ana (10/5): A very good night here - We could have had a higher room, but it was ok anyways for one night. We slept well and comfortable. If we ever come back to visit the city, we will stay here again, for sure.

Mariana (7/5): - Разположението до реката е чудесно и гледката от прозорците е прекрасна. Стаите са просторни с голямо комфортно легло. Банята е широка и удобна, страхотен душ. Всеки ден сменят хавлиите. Паркингът е много удобен (има и подземен). Хотелът е в момент на реновиране, но все още е доста занемарен. Мокетите в стаята и по коридорите са целите в петна. Рамките на асансьорите липсват. Целият хотел създава усещането, че съотношението цена-качество не е никак добро за Гранд хотел, защото е доста овехтял. Има нужда от още много подобрения.

Daniela (8/5): Satisfacator - Personalul este exceptional, nu as putea sa le reprosez ceva! Aerul condiționat facea zgomot destul de mare . Un alt punct care ar trebui îmbunătățit ar fi curățenia, care, aparent era suficientă insa era un miros de praf in camera, poate din cauza mochetei. Si lucrul cel mai neplacut la acest hotel a fost micul dejun! O catastrofa

genifera (9/5): hotel bun - Hotelul are o vedere frumoasa către Dunăre, foarte apropape de zona centrală a orasului ( maxin 10 min pe jos). Este o construcție mai veche dar renovată și lifturile erau modernizate. camera este imensă cu căldură și apă caldă .Restaurantul de la parter are un meniu diversificat pentru cină. Micul dejun este stil bufet cu foarte multe produse . Camera nu corespundea cu cea rezervată, ii lipsea perdaua avea doar draperie. În baie era un miros de canalizare. Deși în cameră erau listate prețurile pt produsele din mini bar, iar apa nu era pe listă ( adică nu se plătea), la plecare am primit informația că doar 2 sticle de apa de pe masă erau gratis, apa plată din minifrigider se plătește.

Andrei Paladuta (5/5): Be careful – this is NOT a 4-star hotel - Free parking. Staff - friendly and responsive, doing their best to assist. Disappointed with my stay. Although the hotel is advertised as a 4-star property, it is far from that standard. The room and bathroom were not clean. There were visible signs of poor maintenance, and the water from the taps contained sediment. The windows were dirty, clearly not cleaned for a long time. The breakfast was also very disappointing. The selection was limited, nothing seemed fresh, and the food quality was more comparable to a low-budget canteen than a 4-star hotel. The only reason I chose to eat there was because I was traveling with my family and it was a holiday.

The rug in the room had of hair on it and as we had a small child he kept collecting the hair from other guests :( Fridge made a weird noise too from time to time but we turned it off
