• Gary (10/5): Excellent hotel - The staff are amazing. All so friendly and helpful. The rooms are big, air con is great, bathroom a good size and the swimming pool is excellent. Food on the coffee shop is good too. I have stayed for a month so far and planning on staying longer. Can't recommend this hotel enough. 10/10 Everything was great.

• Brent (8/5): Great stay and great hospitality by the hotel staff. - Great hotel in Sakon Nahkon. Comfortable beds, clean rooms, friendly staff and adequate gym and breakfast facilities. There are two pools but unfortunately one of the pools was undergoing maintenance for the duration of our stay. There is a 7/11 within walking distance at a gas station a couple of hundred metres up the road but being at a gas station they don't serve alcohol however the hotel has a fridge in the reception area which sells alcohol for 7/11 prices. If driving, there are plenty of carparks during the daytime however these are mostly full later in the night. One of the pools was out of service for refurbishment but the larger pool with the slide was still operational. We didn't have a chance to try out the dinner.

• Anders (8/5): Good hotel with not so good breakfast. - A good hotel with very pleasant and helpful staff. The breakfast buffet was great for Thai people, but not for Europeans. Missing butter, cheese, youghurt and everything you will find in hotels in Bangkok or Europe. The coffee was terrible, but thankfully the hotel has a separate coffee shop where you can buy excellent coffee.

• Christoph (8/5): - Eine gute Anlaufstelle in Sakon Nakhon. Unserer kleinen Tochter hat die Rutsche im Kinderpool eine Riesenspaß bereitet. Ich hatte 2 Doppelzimmer gebucht. Diese lagen nebeneinander und waren durch eine Verbindungstür gegeneinander zugänglich, das war super praktisch für uns. Auch das Personal, insbesondere das Technikpersonal kann ich nur loben. Es gab Probleme mit dem Kartentürschloss, welche von einem freundlichen Techniker in 5 Minuten behoben wurden. Top! Das Frühstück war nicht nach meinem Geschmack und auch der Frühstücksraum hat mir nicht gefallen.

• Gritsadapong (8/5): 3 Night in Sakon Nakorn - The breakfast was various with good taste. There is always a room of improvement by changing the margarine to butter. There is nothing around the hotel. But it is not the hotel false. The hotel may consider a hourly free ride to Sakon Nakorn downtown.

• Somchai aka Jimmy (4/5): - Well, where do i start? When we first arrived, we really liked this hotel, which was spacious, clean, and comfortable. But on the last few days of our stay, it got worse. The wifi didn't work everday, and i had to call for them to fix the wifi. Then on the last day, as we stepped out of our room, we were immediately assaulted by horrible cigarette smoke coming from room 4451, which was right across our room. I have a medical condition and i am allergic to cigarette smoke! It affects my ability to breathe normally. And the smell of cigarette smoke is so disgusting! I cannot believe that a nice hotel doesn't manage their customers better and emphasize the rules. Overall, i would not recommend this hotel to anyone, as it allows people to smoke in their rooms even though the rooms are all "non-smoking" rooms.
• Gary (8/5): - Very friendly staff. Good spacious room. Comfortable bed. Small shower space. AC worked well. Restaurant on site. Also used their laundry service. They have a massage therapist available with good prices but i wasn't able to get booked before I left.

• Klaus-Dieter (8/5): - Grosses Zimmer mit gefälliger Einrichtung, bequemes Kingsizebett. Leider war beim Check-in das Kaffee/Teezubehör nicht komplett. Das Badezimmer hatte keine begehbare Dusche sondern "nur" eine Badewanne mit Vorhang. Ansonsten eine sehr saubere Unterkunft die ich guten Gewissens weiterempfehlen kann.
