• Simon vincent (6/5): - Pros: centrally located as advertised. All restaurants and supermarkets close by. Cons: No reception desk or anyone to receive on arrival. Everything has to be done over the phone or pre registration which they insist on. I arrive at the airport and I receive a sms from them if I am sure my reservation was confirmed. I had to WhatsApp my passport copy for them to release the code to get the keys from the box. Make sure you are having roaming or buy a sim at the airport. We arrived at the check in time at 2pm and the apartment was not ready. We went out and by the time we were back the apartment was clean. The view from our apartment was an eyesore. Make sure you insist on a room with a good view. It’s called a hotel apartment but all hotel amenities were of substandard quality. Had to call and request for everything everyday. Calls are answered promptly but they cannot be of any help because after 5pm housekeeping staff has left. Knowing that we were staying there for 7 days they could have stocked basic amenities or given standing instructions to housekeeping to replenish everyday. No instructions on what’s provided or not provided inside the apartment. We ran out of the one toilet roll they provided and they could not replenish…they advised us to buy from the supermarket as housekeeping was not responding to their calls. The call center responds and speak English but housekeeping and elsewhere no one speaks in English. Use google translate.

You get the location only after you message you passport details The cleaning was trying to access the apartment at 9:30 am although the check out time is 12 am. The second attempt was at 10:30. After that at 11:30 new guests tried to access the apartment. There is no luggage storage. Don’t believe to what you see in the description. The bathroom condition is bad. The location is very good and the room is good. The cleaning ladies should respect the privacy of the guest and to come until they know that the guests checked out.

İçerideki temizlik check inden önce tam 13.59 gibi bitti gerçekten, başlarında bekledim bitirmelerini, o kadar bu konuda rica etmeme rağmen yorgunluğumdan dolayı bu talebimi yerine getirmemeleri beni çok yıprattı maalesef :(

(Hotels.com is not clear about how checking in takes place) Nice very central location, but room is not well maintained. Attitude to cleanliness a little casual. OK if you need a kitchenette, otherwise hotels are better value.

• Ara (6/5): Somewhat overpriced tiny studio - This was a very small studio apartment. There is no desk to work on. The kitchen is tiny and minimally equipped. The beds are spartan. There is of course no lobby. The price is too high for what's provided.

There were many issues that I had a problem with, such as they would not bring some amenities even though I kept asking, the doorman was rude and a bit scary, and the room did not have a table even though all the pictures of the room showed it having a table. I told them about this and they didn't do anything.

• jamie (8/5): Nice apartments, really close to Republic Square - The apartment is really nice, pretty quiet, and the staff is helpful. The location is right downtown. There is a small grocery store in the building. The location on the map for the property is a little off. The property is actually closer to Republic Square which is great. Also, the reception is on the 3rd Floor. It does not say where it is when you get to the building.

• Verified traveler (10/5): - This is my first time at this property and will not be the last. The property is a clean and modern building located within the heart of Yerevan. Only a 2 minute walk from Republic square and quick access to many shops, restaurants and Northern avenue. The apartment itself is clean and has all the facilities needed for a very comfortable stay. I arrived several hours early, nevertheless the staff were very welcoming and allowed me to store my baggage and provide me with beverages. The staff were lovely and friendly and made my stay comfortable. I cannot thank enough Anna, Erna and all the other staff for making me feel so welcome. I travel to Armenia frequently, but from now on Welcome City Center Apartments will be the only place I will be staying. Excellent 10/10

• Verified traveler (6/5): - Just stayed two weeks at this property. It is in a building that is being renovated so there is noise during the day. I was at work all day, but my husband said it was noisy all day and when I came home around six, there was some construction noise until 7. We had some misunderstandings about the towels and changing sheets. I was there for 13 nights and I had to ask for the sheets to be changed once and for the last 5 days we only had one bath towel between us. The location is very central near to restaurants and Republic Square. The manager organized a pick up at the airport for me which went smoothly. Check in was smooth as well. I would stay at this apartment again if I come here for work or if I were a tourist and will be out all day.
