Helen (1/5): Very Disappointing - Situated very close to the windmills . Nice view from our window. Mouldy sandwich left in our fridge and a bag from previous people. Not sure whether the sheets had been changed or made to look like they had. Contacted hotel no response. Very difficult to get hold of anyone whilst you are there. We ran out of toilet paper, only half a roll on holder and no other to be found. Left us in a tricky situation. Gave the hotel 2 opportunities to respond but they didn’t hence now writing the review. Shame on you.

Aamupala melko surkea huoneen hintaan nähden. Hostellissakin oli parempi. Katossa sängyn yläpuolella likatahroja/roiskeita. Verhoissa isoja tahroja.

Acomodações muito boas, em reformas. Café da manhã limitado, mas bom atendimento e suficiente para boa refeição matinal. Horários do café da manhã e funcionamento do restaurante muito restritos. Elevador não funcionava e minha Esposa que tem dificuldades de locomoção teve que subir escada ingrime. Pedi pra trocar para térreo, sem sucesso. Precisei sair cedo no check out (7:30hs), ficamos sem café da manhã que começa às 8hs, sem flexibilidade.

Good chef with creative flavours. Not a fan of online check-in and keys. Got stuck outside after a long day with another guest. Not very clear system. The annexe that I apparently had booked was 100m down the road normal terrace house. The ‘Boutique’ part of hotel is missing. Very practical, not cozy and lacking TLC. Breakfast with cheap bread and no toaster. Bakery right next door so easy to rectify with good quality bread. Could be a jewel in the right hands but lacks ambience. Overpriced for what I booked.

Lisa (8/5): Perfect location & views - The location was excellent, just 4 stops from Amsterdam Centraal on the Sprinter (scan your payment card on and off). There’s an open air heritage museum across the river, and thousands of people rock up every day. We decided on a river view room and glad we did - the view was lovely! The hotel offers a complimentary light breakfast, which was welcome. The staff are great and very helpful and friendly. Check-in is electronic and was a challenge - luckily there was a member of staff available to help, but if the bar is closed, this could be a problem. However booking.com were helpful on the phone. The hairdryer in our room didn’t work, and although we put it out with a note on it, it wasn’t replaced. Absolutely nothing! Except maybe public transport connections to other parts of the area - most options involved going to Zaandam or Amsterdam for intercity services

Staff was really nice and cooperative. Just one suggestion, kindly make more options in breakfast, for vegetarians and vegans as well. Also we suppose that the bread kept in breakfast includs alcohol. So would suggest to add the bakery items without alcohol. Else everything was beyond expectation. Would love to visit again!

Wenn man nicht vorher alles bezahlen müsste, dann dreht man vor der Türe um und sucht eine andere Unterkunft, kann nur besser werden

siska (6/5): - De ruimte was groot. Wij hadden de 4 persoonskamer in het annex gebouw. Het was er koud en door airco moeilijk warm te krijgen. Daarnaast miste het waterreservaat van het koffie en theeapparaat dus die konden we niet gebruiken. Ook ontvingen wij de sleutelcode niet waardoor het zusterhotel ons geholpen heeft naar binnen te komen. Uiteindelijk wel opgelost.

Yolan (8/5): Gewoon goed! - Het was eenvoudig maar prima! Schoon, lekker bed, prima lokatie, heerlijke douche. Alles wat je nodig hebt. Bakker aan de overkant. Albert heijn 20 minuten lopen, restaurantje in de straat. Je moet niet teveel verwachten. Het is heel basic maar prima. Niets viel tegen.

Aucune information n'est donnée pour trouver ces codes à l'arrivée dans la chambre. Il n'y a pas de minibar comme annoncé dans le descriptif mais un simple réfrigérateur vide. Le sèche cheveux ne fonctionne pas. Absence totale de personnel. Pas de restaurant de l'hôtel sauf un snack !

Laura (1/5): We never stayed — locked out, no staff, misleading address, refund promised by THIS website but not paid. - Nothing, we never even stayed. The booking confirmation only showed 32 Lagedijk, but one room was actually at Guisweg 29, across two streets and an intersection, unsigned and unstaffed. Digital keys failed, no physical keys, no staff answered phones. We were stranded with children at night. A separate family slept in their car. Booking.com confirmed a refund over the phone and also stated it was“initiated” but it was never paid. Hotel refuses to refund. Unsafe, misleading, refund denied.

Ana Amélia (5/5): para estádia de 1 noite, foi aceitavel - o quarto era amplo, boas camas e boa casa de banho. limpeza do quarto correcta. Aquando da reserva não percebemos que o quarto situava-se noutro edifício, basicamente um prédio banal à beira da estrada e com vista directa para a rua (Res de chão). Não percebemos logo que era noutro edifício e tentávamos tocar à recepção sem resposta, tive de ligar para a linha de apoio.

Somayeh (1/5): Discusting - Niks ! We booked a waterfront room but got a completely different one in another building. No staff on-site, only slow responses by phone. The room was dark and unwelcoming, and worst of all — we left covered in bedbug bites. Absolutely unacceptable. Would never stay here again.

Foto’s van het hotel zien er veel mooier uit dan de locatie is: 1 zakje thee aanwezig en 2 cupjes voor Koffie. Restaurant dicht . Top matras van het bed glijd van het bed af Kamer is niet proper Kamer is pal naast de straat.

Petra Snowflame (8/5): Voor herhaling vatbaar voor deze prijs. - Personeel alleen aan de telefoon gehad. Maar vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Inlog gaat via een link op de mail waarin een schuifje zit voor de voordeur en hotelkamer.... dat was mij eerst even niet duidelijk. Er hing een vieze rioolgeur in de badkamer, maar na het douchen met veel shampoo was het weg. En we lagen in de kamer aan de wegkant, wat soms wat luidruchtig was.

Linda (5/5): Verschrikkelijk - De man in het restaurant ernaast, die heeft me helemaal geholpen terwijl het hotel me in de steek liet Omboeken via booking ging goed, maar werd niet doorgestuurd naar hotel. 4 dagen mee bezig geweest. Bij inchecken was het nog niet in orde. Man van restaurant liet me binnen. Ook werd er city tax geëist anders kon ik geen sleutel krijgen, we wonen in dezelfde gemeente dus hoef je dat niet te betalen. Is gelukkig wel kwijtgescholden maar inchecken ging niet, sta je daar met je tasje in de kou met een chronische ziekte....6 x moeten bellen voor hulp hotel, ging niet goed, man van restaurant belt en ja hoor, alles ineens opgelost. Daarna deed de kaart het niet bij de voordeur buiten. Ook nog een halve dag mee bezig geweest, toen deed de kaart ook nog moeilijk bij de hotelkamer binnen later. We hadden een 2 persoons bed geboekt maar dat blijken gewoon 2 dunne losse toppers te zijn dus vreselijk geslapen. Ijskoude badkamer, verwarming zit alleen in de kamer. Helft van het geld terug zou een nette oplossing zijn......

Tive um problema que no dia seguinte fui até os moinhos quando voltei meu cartão não dava acesso ao hotel e precisava pegar o próximo trem para não perder meu vôo, demoro um pouco mas resolveram o problema o check-out era para as 11 horas mas diz das 7 às 11 aí acredito que bloquearam o acesso por conta disso. Tirando isso de resto foi perfeito
