- Dr. Nayan Kadam (8/5): Clean rooms with good service - The staff was welcoming, the room was clean, and room service was prompt. The location is very convenient, right next to the bus stand. During breakfast, the serving staff wiped a used knife (which seemed to have been used for another purpose) on the table cloth and handed it to me. This was not very hygienic and indicates the restaurant staff could benefit from some additional training in proper serving and hygiene etiquette.

Reception AC was off and Manager maybe not in mood I told him to give me Separate Food Bill he angry that time replyed rudely which is not good.

- Sujay S K (9/5): Experience culinary delights in a hotel offering good service in the heart of the city! - A 5-7 minute walk from the railway station, this is an excellent choice for solo travelers and families alike. Wonderful staff and a fantastic in house restaurant that serves some really nice dishes. Although situated in the city center, it is quiet and peaceful at night. Room was squeaky clean and beautifully illuminated. I would definitely look forward to camping here again!

- Aparajitha (5/5): Room size is small for the cost - It was neat and clean. They gave us two hours extension for one out of three rooms. Not value for money. For 4500 per room, the room size was way too small and no bottled water. They were serving us aqua guard water. The cost was definitely higher for the space. Its not possible to accommodate a third person in the room even if required.

- Sahil (3/5): Not a pleasant stay. - The staff was courteous. There is valet parking facility. The location is easily traceable. The room tariff as per the room area was too high. There was no enough space in the room. They did not provide complementary water bottles. The room service was a bit slow. The taste of the food and the variety on menu was not abiding the authenticity of local food of Kolhapur. We asked for a room upgrade and after promising to do so in an hour, it was delayed for a whole day. The wifi was not working well.

- Ann (6/5): Convenient.. - Its very expensive considering that hotel doesnt have any great ambience...is located in a very narrow street....kolhapur is a town but prices like city...also the price shown in booking.com and email confirmation was not the final price...subsequently tax was added again and charged....no bottled water provided in room was not good...additional amount charged for water also No bottled water provided in room. Additional charge for water was taken. Room was booked through booking.com app but price received in bookibg confirmation was excluding tax...so customer is unaware of total price. Hotel ambience is poor, no proper reception area, looks like a commercial building...but price charged is like 4 star hotel ...no facilities...no gym...no swimming pool...no parking....so price charged for rooms is too high as hotel is basic...

- Nagahari (9/5): Kolhapur trip - Rooms upkeep, food & polite staff. Good hotel to stay with family. Entrance; has drive into a narrow lane.
- Pendurkar (9/5): Recommended for excellent stay for short period at reasonable prices - The breakfast was tasty & freshly prepared. The central location helped us to reach all places with ease. The rooms were spot clean & elegantly decored . The staff was courteous & helpful. Special mention of the owner Mr Watkar who is so down to earth. The room could have been more airy & specious.

The hotel staff is very very good very polite and are very eager to serve you. The food was also very good and the restaurant staff was extremely good and encouraging you try the food variety and serve you hot food. They would literally cox you to try out their specialities, The room size is pretty small but if you are not too hung up on room size this property is good,.

I was allotted a small room inspite of delux room booking. . The window of this room No. 206 was opening in Dining area. Even the bathroom vent was in dining area.

- SACHIN (7/5): Value for Money - The breakfast was good with options like Egg, Dosa, Paratha, Toast Butter etc. Room size is adequate with wooden flooring. Bathroom has all modern fitting and room service was prompt. Hotel is located in the middle of a narrow lane. Road leading to the hotel from both ends is not in a good shape. A piece of advise - Do not stay in this Hotel if you are driving a big car as parking is a big hassle in the basement. There are too many pillars supporting the structure and I was scared about damage to my car. The security staff and others go out of the way to help to park but it is still a issue. If you travel to Kolhapur by public transport, this Hotel is good for 1-2 night stay.
