- Asif (7/5): - The location was great next to the train station. The two ladies staff were nice and helpful. The room was very spotless, cosy with balcony. Good coffee and croissants. It is expensive for what you get. Breakfast options were very limited. No fresh juice and the cheese was burger Cheese slices. For 2 days there was no hot water available in the bathroom, upon complaining the owner was unapologetic and rude. He even blamed us for breaking the bidet tap ring, whereas we didn’t even used the bidet.

- Małgorzata (10/5): Bardzo polecam - Obsługa bardzo miła, pokój bardzo czysty, codziennie sprzątany. Śniadania pyszne. Mimo tego że dotarliśmy o 1 w nocy bez problemu otworzono nam drzwi. Lokalizacja bardzo dobra, przy dworcu Termini, autobusy na lotnisko odjeżdżają z tej ulicy. Do Koloseum poszliśmy na piechotę a metrem tyko dwa przystanki. Jesteśmy bardzo zadowoleni.

I think it’s too expensive for what it is and the communication before arrival isn’t great. They send you the instructions the day of your arrival (sucks if you have no service). They stated one room to check into, then said another. Once I got internet and checked the instructions, I was a bit confused and sent a message about me checking in into the right room. Well, apparently my message confused the person that was sending those instructions so he wanted me to reply and make sure I’m in the right room. Just confusing, they need to do a better job at communicating. I wanted them to explain the taxes (wasn’t the proper amount), they didn’t, morning staff did settle it though.

Você ganha toda a comodidade que a estação oferece: transporte, lojas, restaurantes, etc. A acomodação é confortável, mas o preço é alto demais. Não vale o preço q paguei. As instalações são acanhadas, quase não deu p saber onde era a porta p acessar a hospedagem. As fotos do booking dão uma enganada, a mota geral também.

Our room had a balcony, which was a nice bonus, and the overall cleanliness of the hotel was very good. The room was quite small. There were no slippers provided in the room. Breakfast options were limited, and most of the items seemed to be pre-packaged rather than fresh.

Otel, bir binanın ikinci katının bir dairesinden dönüştürülmüş. Kahvaltısı gayet tatminkar ama mutfak çok küçük ve bar sandalyelerinde yiyorsunuz. Binaya giriş-çıkış için size anahtar veriyorlar. İç tasarımı son derece modern. Mutfak alanı pek geniş değildi. Otelin kaçıncı katta olduğunu kendimiz bulmamız gerekti, buna dair bir bilgi yoktu. Bina eski ve girişi için üç tane kapıdan geçmeniz gerekiyor. Onun dışında bizim beklentilerimizi karşıladı.

- gwenaelle (7/5): Bien - L emplacement quasiment devant la sortie de la gare de termini, emplacement idéal tant à l arrivée qu’au départ. Ainsi que pour partir visiter, le métro est à 2 minutes. Ce n’est pas vraiment un hôtel mais plus un rbnb. Attention pas très bien indiqué. La plaque sur le mur est toute petite et n y a pas de numéro sur la façade et la cage d escalier n est pas forcément rassurante à l arrivée !!!! Sinon tres propre, personnel très agréable. Le petit déjeuner. Endroit exigu . Et surtout très limité. Pas de choix. Pas de pain . Comptez juste sur croissant très sucré, biscotte, voire pain de mie confiture, yaourt, jus d orange, pomme, orange. Et quelques céréale et boissons chaudes. Voir photo

Personale gentile e disponibile. - La camera era molto spaziosa e silenziosa anche se si affacciava sulla strada L'ingresso del palazzo non è curato ma molto trasandato a livello condominiale e non fa una bella impressione. La colazione, ok, ma il tostapane era fuori servizio.
- KAI-CHENG (9/5): - 位置非常的近，出來車站就能看見了，服務人員非常的熱情，食物過於單調，但味道是好吃的 浴室裡面沒有蓮蓬頭，只有頂上的蓮蓬頭，這是比較不能夠接受的點，除此之外一切都可以
- Muriel (10/5): Vivamente consigliata - Ottima struttura in posizione comodissima e a portata di tutto. Personale gentile e disponibile. Stanza pulitissima, bella, letto comodo e attrezzata con ogni comfort. Abbiamo apprezzato l'acqua a disposizione nel minibar all'arrivo e la disponibilità di frutta fresca a disposizione ad ogni ora.

- Sylwester (9/5): Fajna baza wypadową na Rzym - Lokalizacja blisko węzła komunikacyjnego - dworca Termini. Autobusy i metro w każdym kierunku Rzymu. Bezpośrednio przy dworcu kręci się trochę bezdomnych i innych różnych dziwnych ludzi ale jest też dużo policji i wojska i nie było niebezpiecznie.

- Otman (8/5): - Great l9cation. Very close to termini and restaurants Very clean room. Esay check in. Misleading info about the shared kitchen. The guests are not allowed to use it, eventhough it is not mentioned anywhere. Comfortable bed, butt making noise.

- Beat (8/5): B&B neu für mich, aber war gut. - Das Personal, genauer die Frühstücksmitarbeiterin war sehr, sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit! Nun an sich war alles wirklich gut, dass es sich um ein B&B und nicht um ein klassischen Hotel handelt, hatte ich beim Buchen ja selbst übersehen. Ist nicht der Fehler des B&B. Hab das erste Mal unfreiwillig so übernachtet. Aber wie gesagt, es war gut, und eine gute neue Erfahrung.

- Jennifer (10/5): Would definitely return - The location cannot be beat, steps from the termini. We came from a cruise off a train with 3 children. The hotel was able to accommodate us early with amazing air conditioning (it helps with the heat wave) The room is modern, and clean. Valentina was very hospitable and made us feel welcome. Breakfast was a nice treat! Thanks so much for a great stay! Nothing

- Lucie (6/5): R - Proximité de la gare et du métro , centre commercial à proximité Suite Inn Rome n’est pas un hôtel au sens habituel du terme. J’ai eu beaucoup de difficulté à repérer l’endroit en soirée. Pas de signe visible sur la façade, pas de réception d’hôtel, ni de personnel sur place pour l’accueil . Les chambres sont modernes et propres mais sont dans un vieil édifice un peu mal famé. L’accès à la cuisine était limité aux heures du petit déjeuner soit de 8h à 10h . J’ai envoyé un message à Booking.com pour faire part de mon insatisfaction mais je n’ai eu aucune réponse .
