- Mikael (10/5): Excellent visit with warm service - The same minute we arrived in a rainy Eibelstadt, the reception called us and asked regarding our arrival. We got directions for parking and the lovely woman came out with umbrellas. From the minute we arrived until we left the service was 5 star. You rarely see this genuine service nowadays. Lovely family rooms! I highly recommend this hotel

- Chris (10/5): - We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. It is in a small, quiet, and historic village. Like many hotels in Germany, this did not have A/C, but the owner of the hotel was incredibly gracious and attentive.
- Verified traveler (8/5): - Checkin is only for 1 hour/day. Then an automated way to get your key is fine IF you have access to your email the day of arrival in order to get directions and an access code after-hours. This should have been said ahead of time. Towels are quite thin. And you sleep on plastic mattress covers, which I hate. Clearly a 2 star hotel. It's fairly clean.
