• Holly (9/5): Excellent and will return to same property ! Highly recommend. - Location, staff, and roominess were excellent. Staff was very friendly and helpful. No complaints! I prefer a blow dryer with a straight, long enough cord that actually can reach the back of your head. Not a deal breaker that the short, curled cord was awkward.
• Karen (10/5): Mayfair at its best. Feel like a Londoner living in the nicest part of London. - I felt well accommodated by the staff. I was in London already, staying somewhere else. I was taking a short trip to Scotland before checking in to 9 Hertford Street and the staff stored my big luggage until I checked in. Since I checked in late, they had my bags waiting for me in my apartment. This was so helpful. Anything I needed help with was addressed immediately, such as extra bedding and towels, and a mid-stay cleaning. The desk attendants were available but not intrusive. The location is fantastic! Just out the door is Shepherd Market with restaurants, coffee shops and more, and a few more steps and your are on a major thoroughfare (Piccadilly) and the Green Park. Nothing. I would stay again without hesitation.
• Alexandra (9/5): Fab value for location - Great space to be able to work, rest and great location. Wifi didn't work. I didn't have time to get it looked into but the reception staff i have no doubt would have sorted it. Bathroom decor a little tired, shower head needs descaling for a better flow.

It was very comfortable and astonishingly quiet when the balcony doors were closed. The apartment interior is jaded and overdue refurbishment, but it was clean and comfortable

Loads of restaurants and bars and pubs really close. Street was quiet not loads of traffic. Rooms were amazing. So much space and the bed was exceptionally comfortable. Good choice of coffee too! Staff were amazing. So welcoming and helpful. Great water pressure and lots of hot water. Everything was fabulous.

The staff are incredibly kind and make you feel like part of a family. You immediately feel welcome, and they are always happy to give helpful advice if you want it. The apartment is always cozy, clean, and full of charm. I love buildings that have heart and character. A huge bonus is that dogs are welcome here. We don’t have a dog ourselves, but I think it’s truly wonderful that guests are given that option.

Metroya ve otobus duraklarına yürüme mesafesi sanırım 5-6 dakikaydı. Cevresinde güzel restaurantlar vardı. İk tane ısıtıcı bırakılmış bunları açınca içeridi gayet sıcak oluyor. Oda temizdi. Biz gelmeden cocuk için yatagı bile hazırlamışlardı. Asansör çalışıyordu. Kısacası hem konumundan hem temizliğinden hem de konforunfan memnun kaldık.

• ELIZABETH (9/5): A great location when visiting London. - Location, location, location … says it all. 9!Hertford Street is bang in the middle of Mayfair and within a 10-15 minute walk to Bond street and Regent Street. The apartments are privately owned and rented and managed by staff who were extremely helpful and friendly. Our apartment was well equipped, clean, warm & comfortable. I believe each apartment is different. Private underground parking is available if booked. The parking garage is very difficult to access with a large car (especially 4x4’s) There was a slight odour of stale cigars in our apartment so you might want to ask if the owner is a smoker when booking.

The apartment was spotless and a really great size given its proximity to everything. The provision of dishwasher and washing machine added to the conveniences. Especially allowing my early access with an early flight arrival. I know London well so it was like living in Mayfair in my own apartment.

• katyalait (9/5): Perfect for my needs and plenty of space. - Nice apartment, with well stocked kitchenette. The staff kindly provided a champagne holder and glasses for my needs, as well as prepared ice cubes in the tray. Lourdes at the reception was very gracious and super welcoming. We left behind items at reception at the end of our stay for my friends to collect, which the venue kindly accommodated. Nice furniture and very sizeable bathroom, with good fittings. We stayed in the Mayfair Club Room which had plenty of space, at one point I had 10 people in the room and it did not feel overwhelming! The room decor was a bit dated, with some of the carpets having stains.
