- terry (8/5): Small but decent clean single room with a fabulous view of Lyme Regis. - Room only. Website seemed to indicate check in was 4pm which seemed a bit late.
- Diana (10/5): Great accommodation and great view. - Lovely view from decking. Big modern room. Very clean and comfortable. Nothing
- ELIZABETH (10/5): -
- Julie (8/5): -
- Jeremy (9/5): - Advertised as room only accommodation. That is what we got. Well located for the Town Centre. Quit and the view was really good. Nothing springs to mind.
- Judith (8/5): -
- Deborah (3/5): Noisy and inaccessible for people with reduced mobility. - Clean room Room was two floors up and my husband has had his knees replaced so this was difficult. Exceptionally noisy from the live music. Shower had no pressure and took a long time to warm up. It was at at top of a hill which was not good for mobility.
- Asha (10/5): The Nags head is a delightful place to stay and I will be booking a stay in the near future - The evening meal was very tasty and of good quality. Nothing

- Paul (8/5): - Well-appointed room Saturday night live music reverberated through the whole room. Think twice if you want to get to sleep early and pub noise was loud.
- cook (9/5): Clean and comfortable hotel with lovely staff - Clean and cosy. Lovely veiw of the sea and lovely sunrise Nothing
- Jane (8/5): Great stay before beginning walk on SWCP - Nice location and easy walk into town centre. Although our room faced the road it was fairly quiet, especially at night and I had a great nights sleep. The water pressure in our room was a little low during our stay.
- Tizy (8/5): -
- Hutchins (8/5): -
- Chris (10/5): - Very clean, recently renovated, excellent value
- STEVE (10/5): - Spacious and clean room. Comfortable beds
- Daniil (5/5): - Was too loud in my room till late evening because of the pub on the ground floor where people were watching football. Also people were smoking under my window talking loudly and I smelled cigarette smoke in my room
- Carol (8/5): A comfortable stay that was good value. - Nice little room with lovely views overlooking Lyme Regis. The pub beer garden was directly below the window so a lot of noise in the evening. It was quiet once the pub closed.
- Avnish (8/5): Great little pub with a nice view of the bay and hills - Nice clean room, great view Up a hill, so a steep walk if you are coming and going 2-3 times in a day
No breakfast/less food options, so we needed up eating out or getting takeout
Didn’t bother us much, but it can get loud until midnight on weekends with the live music in the pub
- Rieger (9/5): Had a great time and would recommend this accommodation to everybody! Very clean and modern. - Very stylish and clean. Also a great Location. The Wifi wasn‘t working.
- nicola (10/5): Great place to stay - It was a lovely, comfortable & good sized room. Sufficient tea/coffee for the night. Great view of the 18th century gothic church opposite. Easy access to the pub at night via keycode door. Short walk down the steep hill to the beach hence my 2nd stay there.

- Matthew (4/5): Stayed for one night, it was ok, wouldn’t recommend and wouldn’t return - The location is fine… The bathroom is very very small, no room to move… the single bed wasn’t the greatest
- Sue (10/5): Delightful room with a pretty view of the church . - Everything I needed for my stay . Comfy bed , surprisingly quiet. All fine
- Alex (10/5): Lovely place to stay while visiting Lyme Regis - It’s very close to everything you need, very clean, great staff and live music on a Saturday night! Very good value for money, would definitely stay again!
- Ian (7/5): -
- John (9/5): Good simple option. For a short stay. - Simple room but with good, clean facilities Check in is a bit late at 4pm, and checkout a bit early at 10. Otherwise fine.

- Emelia (8/5): - Great staff, perfect view, good tea selection in room. A touch expensive
- jutta (8/5): - Sehr nette Gastgeber, nettes Pub. Zimmer klein aber ok. Schöne Aussicht.
- john (10/5): Charismatic period pub a short stroll from the beach, shops, bars, restaurants & cafes - Friendly staff, great location. Parking outside or just down the road. Short downhill walk to the coast.

- Hannah (8/5): -
- Poyser (10/5): Very happy - Everything
- Matt (9/5): -
- Lynn (9/5): -
- Julie (9/5): -
- David (5/5): Great location, good room but very noisy - Nice pub Very noisy outside until 00:45 despite the live band stopping at 11pm. Roadside rooms really suffer from traffic noise
- Saumitra (6/5): - location and staff too loud music, no porter/frntdesk kind of help, a few nasty comments from the pub’s customers
- Clive (10/5): - The room was excellent. Spotlessly clean with tea and coffee facilities. Nothing to dislike. Slightly steep hill to climb but no complaints.
- Robert (9/5): - Great staff, fab meat draw on Friday clean and tidy room easy walk to Lyme Regis Nout
- Lorraine (9/5): Friendly pub and rooms in excellent order. Close to local amenities - Close to the main village, nice lively pub - it was rugby on the tv so busy but really great to see such a thriving local pub Beds were small 2ft 6” singles but comfortable but not everyone would like this. Husband is 6ft and he was fine
- Matthew (9/5): -
- Anthony (1/5): Nice room completely spoilt by being above a live music pub. - The room was fine, clean, functional. Ordinarily the stay would have been fine. No food but we were warned of this. The room was billed as quiet but there was a live band playing very loud music until 1115pm, then crowds making a lot of noise until midnight. There was no prior warning or mention of this on booking.com or anywhere else until we saw it announced in the pub when we arrived. The staff did not even mention it.
- Rachel (4/5): Disappointing - View from room Noise from pub and even after closing. Could hear staff word for word.
- Adeline (9/5): Great for an over night stay - Room was clean. Check in was easy. Close to town. Lovely view. Enjoyed the hill walk. Shower was small. No drinking water.
- Claire (8/5): Comfy bed and great value for money. - Provided everything that I needed in a great location. The walk up the hill!!!! 😂
- Graham (10/5): - Friendly staff, clean, large spacious double room and nice shower.
- Cheryl (8/5): Would return - Fabulous view, clean, tastefully decorated. Friendly staff
- Richard (10/5): -
- Gareth (8/5): - Clean room No food available at all.
- Shirley (10/5): Excellent experience - Warm welcome by Matthew, who showed me to my room which had a sea view, very clean, with a delightful en-suite bathroom, and free toiletries. Excellent stay, very quiet, and managed to gain parking nearby. Will be staying here again when next going to Lyme Regis. Thank you for a great experience. Nothing, all was good.
- Harry (10/5): Would stay again, v. friendly and everything I needed. - Quiet room, wonderful pub
- Nigel (8/5): -
- Malcolm (8/5): - I didn't have breakfast, the room and staff were very helpful
A very friendly pub..
- Simon (9/5): -
- Diana (7/5): A useful stopover for our one night visit to Lyme Regis. - Good location near to town Not much parking, but we were lucky and had helpful advice from the landlord.
Noise of people, presumably hotel residents, in bar downstairs underneath our room long after pub closed.
- Abigail (9/5): A single room that is all you need - The single room was clean and contained everything you could want a room to contain. The ensuite was tight, but fully functional, with a nice supply of hot water. The view of the coast from the room was spectacular. The staff were friendly and accommodating. The WiFi speed was good and the noise from the pub below could not be heard through the floor. My first night, I couldn't sleep due to the room being overly warm and the bed being sloped into the centre of the room. I solved the first by finding the window safety override so that it could be opened more and let in more cool air. The second, I fixed by rotating the mattress 180 degrees, so that the slant of the mattress counteracted the slant of the room. On subsequent nights, I slept like a log.
- Edwina (5/5): Fine - Value for money. Clean simple room We would have preferred access to parking. Plus the live music wasn't very good. Pub patrons who smoked stood right under the bedroom windows
- Sally (10/5): Great rooms, friendly owners, convenient - Friendly, helpful, rooms were great, lovely to have a fan available in the heat, convenient to walk down to the town and beach
- Louise (9/5): -
- Natalie (8/5): Comfortable room. Great views - Very clean. Nice spacious room in the eaves with great view (through a porthole!). Host was friendly. No parking close by. Had to park 10 minutes walk away which made transportation of luggage a little difficult.
- Chris (9/5): - Comfortable and clean
Easy to get to town
- Susan (10/5): -
- Pat (8/5): Quiet ( Thursday evening ) and adequate for our needs. - Lovely view. Comfy bed and good shower. TV remote control doid not working. Found this out late in the evening, nobody about to deal with it. Nearest car park was approx 200 metres away. A tough walk with luggage at our age.
- Caroline (10/5): -
- Iwan (8/5): -
- Neal (9/5): Recommended, would stay again - It was lovely. A Great traditional and lively pub, good crowd. We watched the darts which was enjoyable. Lovely manager Ellie. Really clean and cosy room overlooking the church in a quiet historic area. 10/ 15 min walk down to sea. It was directly above the bar which was noisy but didn’t bother us as we were so knackered from walking. Also there was a good crowd so no arguments or bad vibes. It’s probably all quiet by 11.30 but we were asleep by then anyway. We could also hear traffic going by sporadically but this also didn’t bother us either.
- Catherine (8/5): Convenient in the centre of this beautiful town - Friendly staff, nice breakfast room
- Fred (7/5): Great pub, but no transparency regarding food and entertainment - The room was fantastic
The staff were great When we booked we wasn’t told the kitchen was shut for the whole of January
We was only told on New Year’s Eve
Which was very poor
And also no entertainment
On the booking.com it said entertainment every Saturday
- Viscount Stephen (10/5): -
- Andy (8/5): Would stay again - Clean easy to access and depart
- Mark (10/5): -
- david (5/5): -
- klclifford (8/5): Great place shame the other guests ruined it - Great location with friendly staff & a lovely clean comfy room with great views!
Absolutely lovely after hiking in the horrible weather Some other guests dismantled the smoke detectors so they could smoke & an alarm was going off from 03:30 onwards
