• Deidre (8/5): Nice. - Furniture was very comfortable -particularly in living area. From directions, It seemed there should be some solar hot water from the start, but the first shower of the day was still room temperature at best. Had to use the electric mode and wait and then it was fine.

Sono presenti molti bar e ristoranti nelle immediate vicinanze. Sarebbe stato piacevole trovare qualche capsula del caffè, visto che è presente la macchina.

• Juliete (10/5): Apartamento maravilhoso 😍 - Gostei de tudo no apartamento, muito espaçoso e aconchegante, a cama é maravilhosa eu queria ficar nela o dia todo kkkkk, as roupas de cama e toalha muito bem limpas e cheirosas, lugar muito silencioso o que me agradou muito porque não gosto de barulho. E perto de tudo, pode ir ao centro a pé e tem tudo que precisa por perto. Eu amei as 5 noites nesse apartamento, eu voltaria com certeza.. Obrigada ao anfitrião Alex, nos recebeu muito bem, é uma pessoa muito gentil! Não gostei porque tivemos que pagar os impostos que não é avisado antes pelo booking e nem pela dona do apartamento, então vá preparado com dinheiro, porque é tudo pago, se chega depois das 20h é uma taxa de 50€ mas quando cheguei tive a surpresa de pagar o imposto que me custou mais 60€ mas fora isso eu gostei muito do apartamento recomendo.

• Małgorzata (7/5): Apartament fajny, przestronny, czysty , całkiem niezła lokalizacja. Nie ma szans na ciepłą kąpiel, ale ogólnie polecam. - Duży przestronny apartament, dostępne kapcie, szczoteczki do zębów, ręczniki. Czysto. Zimna woda, ciepła tylko przez chwilę, strumienia z ciepła wodą praktycznie nie było.. woda kapała, za to z lodowatą leciała pełną parą ;) mało przyborów kuchennych. Alex , który miał nas wpuścić do apartamentu przyjechał godzinę po naszym przybyciu (zakręcił się i twierdził, że pisałam, że będę o 21:00) a miałam potwierdzenie, że mogę być o 14:00. Przez to spóźniłyśmy się na wejście do Koloseum i przepadły nam bilety :( 4*18 euro!! 72 euro .. Przeprosił za niedopatrzenie, ale jednak niesmak pozostał.

• Héctor Alejandro (5/5): - Difícil puntuar. Alex nos atendió muy amablemente y frente un pedido que tuvimos se comporto genial. El lugar es hermoso, y la zona perfecta, al lado de Termini. La limpieza, un desastre. La casa llena de pelos por todos lados, el baño comp sin limpiar. Tuvimos que llegar y limpiar cada cosa que usamos, inclusive el menaje que estaba todo sucio hasta con queso pegado. El frigorífico tenía un olor terrible. Se lo comuniqué a Alex porque no se si es normal y quizas le falló la gente de limpieza, pero ya estábamos allí asi que micho ko se podía hacer. De hecho el comentario no es en contra de el ya que fue muy amable. Estaba todo tan sucio que opaca casi todo lo bueno del piso. El cesto de basura tenía como chorretones marrones. El cesto del baño tenía basura de antes y dentro del frigorífico había un limón viejo y pasado. La limpieza jn desastre en nuestro caso. Capaz tuvimos mala suerte. Luego lo otro malo era el ruido de las obras desde las 6 am ya que no insonorizaba bien el piso. Pero puede que esto ultimo sea momentáneo.
• Adrian Tila (10/5): Great location that adds as a positive point to your Rome visit. - Alex, the person that I have meet to retrieve the keys, was super helpfull. We wanted to do an early check-in and late check-out, and they were very helpfull (I'm referring to Alex and the person that manages the properties). The appartment is huge, 2 rooms with master beds and one room has a private bathroom. The living room also has a pullout couch which is quite comfy. There are two bathrooms, both with shower. The kitchen is fully stocked with what you need. The apartment looks great, clean, huge and a warm vibe to it. The location is quite close to almost all important attractions.

• Jovana (10/5): Excellent apartment in a great location. - The apartment is excellent. It is located in a great area that is very well connected to all tourist attractions. There are excellent restaurants in the neighborhood. The area is very quiet, suitable if you are traveling with children. The host is kind and available for any questions. The doorman in the building was very unfriendly, especially towards my five-year-old child. He was unnecessarily rude in his communication.

• Xue (8/5): Enjoy our stay. - It was spacious, had all facilities we needed. Location was convenient, walking distance to all key point of interest. The apartment feels a bit outdated especially the shower.

• wang (9/5): - 房屋干净舒适，房间格局比较大，尤其是宽敞的客厅；房屋内基本设施都很齐全，对于一个家庭的短期入住，基本需求都可以满足；我们因为航班的原因，过了8点才抵达，Alex很热心的提前和我们联络并且在楼下等待我们，带我们上楼到房间后，很详细的介绍了房屋内的各种设施及周边。地理位置略微离罗马的热门景点、地铁/火车站有点距离，步行在10分钟以上。但是周边超市、餐厅都很方便，再加上临近使馆区，整体也比较安全 有一个卧室的空调好像不太稳定

• Atiq (10/5): Spacious nice home! - The place was very spacious, tidy and clean. Really enjoyed our stay. The host was very friendly and responsive. Walking distance to the main areas with lots of local options for food and drinks.
• Despoina (7/5): Very nice apartment but not as clean as it should be - The apartment was very spacious and comfortable for 4 adults and a 16-month-old baby. The location was ideal, within walking distance of all points of interest and between embassies and ministries. The negative was the cleanliness. The floor was very dirty, our slippers had turned black within 10 minutes from the dust. They knew there would be a baby as I had declared it in the booking but still they had not cleaned it properly. We had to sweep and mop 3 times so that the little one could walk and play without collecting dust and dirt. The sink in the second bathroom was broken and we have to fix it. One sheet and one towel had holes. Finally, when we took the little one to take a bath, we found that the shower had hair and dust. A final negative was the behavior of the doorman who was very rude. It's a shame because the apartment is really beautiful.
• Helen (9/5): Excellent stay - Lovely spacious third floor apartment in a quiet area, around 15/20 mins walk from Termini station, close to bus stops and easy to walk into other parts of Rome. Alex met us to give us the keys and show us the apartment, and was very helpful. As a family we really appreciated the early check in and late check out. We found some lovely restaurants close by too. All good!

The apartment is spacious and consists of 2 bedrooms, each with a double bed with a very comfortable mattress and pillows. There is a living room combined with a dining area. A separate kitchen and two bathrooms, each with a shower, toilet and bidet. We were met by the wonderful Alex, who gave us the keys and explained everything about the apartment. Alex is a wonderful and responsive person, unlike the concierge, who sits on the first floor and never greets guests, and when we asked him to order us a minivan taxi, he refused to do so. It is not very clear why a concierge who does not like people is needed. There were 4 of us adults and the apartment was spacious. The apartment is not very clean, there was quite a lot of dust. There were a lot of us and we quickly washed everything)). Downstairs there is an inconspicuous restaurant with delicious food and not far from the house there is a grocery store. It is about 10 minutes walk to the Barberini metro station. It is not easy to find large apartments for a large family in Rome, so this option is completely acceptable for a short stay in the city. There is no balcony or parking. There is hot water, an iron, a full-size refrigerator, an ironing board, a hair dryer in each bathroom, an electric stove, and central air conditioning in each room. dust in the apartment and the concierge

The air-conditioning worked well. The kitchen was well appointed and the other amenities were excellent, including the washing machine. Alex was very helpful and professional in his dealings with us. Highly recommended and would love to stay there in the future. Not really a complaint, but a few opportunities for improvement. 1) the wifi was unreliable 2) the television didn't have a single channel in English (this will benefit international tourists)

• Noemmi (8/5): Luxury apartment with amazing Rome city charm, small improvements could make it absolutely perfect. - Beautiful luxury apartment with nice interior, well equipped and at very good location. There are lots of small restaurants and cafes in the area, and also good public transportation. The host was also very kind and welcoming, would definitely come back again. 1. Hygiene articles: there was no shampoo provided at the property, only soap; this is small thing, but annoying 2. Kitchen: there is a dishwasher, but no dishwasher tabs; at least 2-3 pieces should be left there to increase comfort. Also, all the cups were very dirty in the cupboard when we arrived, I think the previous tenant must have had the same problem… 3. Cleanliness: the expensive stone/marble shower had some black fungus. This is a luxury apartment with amazing interior, which is otherwise very clean, these “low effort” things could be taken care of
