Poca flexibilidad para extender la estadía, el hostal estaba con muy poca ocupación dada la temporada baja y tuve que hacer otra reserva de una noche por la app para pasar solo unas horas de late check-out. El personal del hotel no me dio alternativas (me dijeron que el hotel estaba ocupado, en Booking habían más de 10 habitaciones libres). Desayuno muy limitado, solo opción de huevo hervido + pan + banana, igual en los 3 días. El TV no funcionaba.

La habitación estaba limpia y no sentimos nada de frío. El desayuno esta bien pero puede ser mejor Tienes la oportunidad de cocinar pero los utensilios y la cocina no dan ganas de usar. Podrían variar el desayuno ya que te dan un huevo cocido, un banano, tostadas y café, leche y jugo de naranja.

Ismael (10/5): Excelente Hostel - Nos quedamos en hosteria #4 la cual es exactamente cómo las fotos, súper cómodo y práctico. Las instalaciones del hostel son buenisimas con cocina y área de desayuno en excelentes condiciones. La atención en recepción fue siempre con muy buena onda y nos ayudaron con recomendaciones y paseos, también recomendamos la agencia ubicada en el hostel para que hagan sus paseos. Gracias!

Caiex (3/5): Não vale a pena - A localização é muito boa, perto de bons restaurantes, próximo a saída para o Glaciar Perito Moreno e próximo de uma avenida com muitas opções de comida e lojas. O processo de check-in e check-out foi rápido e descomplicado e o atendimento foi bom. A limpeza do quarto estava muito ruim, com muita poeira em cima de todos os móveis, induzindo uma reação alérgica em 3 dos 4 hóspedes do nosso quarto. As toalhas são muito finas, as camas são extremamente barulhentas, os colchões são ruins e os travesseiros parecem que são feitos de camisetas antigas, de tão finos e ruins que são. Seria melhor se dissessem que não tem café da manhã, pois tudo o que havia era torradas, com opção de um ovo cozido e uma banana.

Nastia93 (7/5): - Quite clean hostel located very close to the straight center of Calafate. Individual rooms with toilet and shower are just fine for a 1 or 2-day stay in the city. Not that loud as for such a big hostel. Breakfasts are a joke. If the price hadn't been that affordable, I would definitely rate my stay much lower exactly due to the quality of breakfast. There is literally nothing to eat there. As we entered the dining room, all we saw at the counter was beverages, bread and jams. Having seen how baffled we were, the waitress offered us an egg and a banana each. No ham, no cheese, no butter - totally nothing. Jam with egg - what a great blend!😂
UMBERTO (8/5): Ottima base per le meraviglie della Patagonia - Struttura comoda come base per visitare gli splendidi dintorni del lago Argentino, del lago Viedma, i ghiacciai - con lo spettacolare Perito Moreno - ed El Chalten. Si trova nei pressi della strada principale di questa piccola cittadina, con molti esercizi commerciali, ristoranti e sedi di tour operator. Noi abbiamo deciso di prenotare le escursioni al Perito Moreno e ad El Chalten direttamente presso l’ostello. Il prezzo è stato buono (anche se nessuno ci aveva avvertito di conservare i biglietti di ingresso al Perito Moreno del primo giorno per avere uno sconto sull’ingresso a El Chalren del giorno immediatamente successivo). Sistemazioni per tutti i gusti, da quelle condivise a quelle private. Non aspettatevi lusso, ma quello che serve per chi è abituato a fare escursioni.

Karla (9/5): Lo volvería a elegir sin problema - Tiene una muy buena ubicación, e informes para más actividades en el lugar, te ofrecen información y se agradece el servicio de lavandería y desayuno, super plus. Sentí poca empatía por parte de la administración ante mi cancelación de vuelo :/, me hubiera gustado que se pudieran ofrecer cambios de día en cuanto al transporte que había pedido al aeropuerto. No me permitieron reagendar y volvi a pagar después.

Martin (1/5): Disastrous, agressive owner - Run!! The owner is agressive and acts in bad faith. We found bed bugs in the private twin room. When we told the owner we could not stay the second night because of that and requested at least a partial refund, he started becoming agressive both verbally and physically speaking, pushing me and trying to intimidate my friend and I. He went to the room asking us to show him a bed bug, just before violently flipping the room and beds upside down (literally) in a rageful moment as if he was trying to prevent us from finding a bed bug (which by the way we were absolutely not required to). We had a photo proof of a bed bug we found a few minutes earlier. This is crazy, this place is dangerous both from the sanitary perspective and from the violent and bad faith behavior of its owner. We informed the local police station of the violent behavior of Javier, the owner, and guess what : he was already known by the police services. Of course, we did not get any refund or commercial gesture. Find another hotel, this place is a disaster.
