From the moment we arrived, we felt like we were home with family, caring for every detail. Our room was a good size, very comfortable and the Fauchon snacks delicious! Breakfast was also a culinary experience as was room service. Love the Dyson hair dryer too! Attention to detail! Fantastic location within walking distance to everything. It’s simply sublime and truly stands out among Paris palaces and boutique hotels, and we’ve tried all the usual 5 star places. Special thanks to Mohamed, Celia, Karim and Imad. Keep it up!

- 694alexandriaw (10/5): I researched it all - couldn't be happier with my choice to stay at Fauchon!! - Absolutely can't say enough wonderful things about this hotel. It is luxury but doesn't completely break the bank - although you may feel like you did based on the amenities and incredible service. The entire team (hotel and restaurant) was so helpful and accommodating to anything we needed - in person or via What's App. The breakfast is exceptional and the in-room snacks are delicious! The location of the hotel is perfectly placed to some of the city's most in-demand sights - we walked to the Louvre and the Arc de Triomphe. The area was very safe and we had no issues walking around the hotel during the late evening. The room was roomy and comfortable, and the bed had a dreamy comforter. On arrival we set up the airport pickup and our driver met us right at the exit from baggage and walked us outside to the car - made arrival super easy! It was my birthday and the team was so thoughtful in leaving a sweet treat and message in my room - we felt super special and had the best first time in Paris! When I return I will 100000% stay at Fauchon again.

The hotel is located in a perfect and center spot - which give you easy access in few minutes walk to main attractions and shopping streets. The rooms in the hotel were pleasantly decorated and clean, with great mini-bar which they filled every day. And most of all - the Service there was extraordinary. The team there helped us in everything we needed: car pickup, highly concierge services with recommendations on the best places to go. Sending packages through the hotel to our home International. Every person that handled us there from Guest Relation was with amazing service - which is the most important thing you should get from a 5 stars hotel. I would highly recommenced anyone who visit Paris and looking for 5 star great hotel, amazing service, great breakfast, and perfect location - to book this hotel.
- Travel29234701260 (10/5): Excellent choice for culture travellers - For those of you looking for a conveniently located well-established boutique style hotel this is the place to go to. Had my first stay there for a few days in May this year and came again in November for a week. Just make sure that you have a clear picture in mind of what you want to do when & where in Paris and get in touch soon with the conciergerie to have sufficient lead time to secure assistance with reservations, priority access, skip the line tours at cultural hotspots / restaurants / theatres. I would recommend at least having lunch or dinner once at the hotel restaurant and to never skip breakfast there. The quality of food & service at Le Grand Café Fauchon stood out to me and I felt rather comparably disappointed when eating out at other restaurants on a rather comparable level like Café Marly or Madame La Brasserie. Another strong point of this hotel is its own product ranges and sensible choices of French products when it comes to food & drinks making the stay really unique as one isn’t tied to consume items from the usual brands that hotels buy from. You will be getting plenty of their own brands food items as give aways which is a delight for every food lover. The rooms are modern, clean and quiet with excellent air conditioning. I managed to recover well from extensive sightseeing tours stretching over 8 - 10 hours every day which allowed me to make the most out my time there. Having said that – although there are wellness facilities – the hotel doesn’t offer a proper pool or a large library room or a cigar lounge / piano bar. You are invested here rather in expertise (savoir faire), friendliness, modern facilities, quality and uniqueness than space / extensive areas / extensive wellness facilities. This will remain my go to place for further cultural exploration of Paris and its surrounding areas.

Breakfast was good but was disappointed in the diner I had which did not live up to the seemingly amazing chef advertised on website. This is not a 5 star boutique hotel. Very overrated in comments which makes me wonder who wrote them.
- Artiquette (10/5): Excellent service in the heart of Paris - The staff were exceptionally attentive and welcoming — nothing was too much trouble. Amex FHR benefits were honoured without any issues. This really saved guests from unnecessary embarrassment. The location could not be more convenient — within walking distance from major department stores, tourist attractions and restaurants, yet still peaceful and relaxing. It was the ideal base for exploring Paris. Last but not least, the daily complimentary Fauchon snacks gave such a nice touch.

I asked the team for restaurant recommendations, ideally somewhere with a beautiful view for the proposal, and they absolutely delivered. Their suggestions were spot-on, thoughtful, and perfectly aligned with what I had in mind. You can truly rely on them for anything. They know exactly how to make moments special. From the moment we arrived, everything was handled with such care and genuine warmth. They helped arrange the most wonderful dinner, and the next morning surprised us with breakfast in bed, complete with champagne and flowers, entirely as a complimentary gesture from the hotel. Later that day, while having lunch at the hotel, we were again treated with complimentary coffee, congratulations, and kind words from the staff. They truly celebrated the moment with us and made us feel genuinely cared for. Beyond the thoughtful gestures, what truly stood out was how sincerely the staff cared. It never felt transactional. They were genuinely invested in making our experience unforgettable. And they absolutely succeeded. They made our stay richer and more memorable than I could have ever imagined. We stayed in the Chic Suite, which was spacious, elegant, and, for this location and price level in Paris, an incredible find. We loved our room, the restaurant, the help we got from the staff (and their general warmth and good cheer). Shadi is one of the best managers we've ever encountered. A fantastic perk is the cabinet of Fauchon treats in every room that's refreshed daily. We felt very much at home here.

We chose Fauchon based on the excellent reviews, central location, and advertised amenities (restaurant onsite, gym, spacious rooms), and we were not disappointed in the slightest. What stood out most was the exceptional staff. Always smiling and ready to help with anything we needed—from restaurant recommendations and reservations to booking tours and suggesting shopping destinations—they were there for us every step of the way. True 5-star service! I want to give a special shout-out to our favorite Fauchon concierges, Mohammad and Celia, who went above and beyond to make our stay magical. Merci! My husband and I have visited Paris many times and this was by far the best service and most comfortable accommodations we’ve experienced. At 6'6", my husband requires a larger bed and room, and they were more than able to accommodate his needs which we also appreciated.

- Lama146 (10/5): Excellent customer service! - The hotel is at a great central location, walkable to several key Paris attractions like the Musée d’Orsay, Musée de Rodin, Opera Palais Garnier and many more. However, my favorite part was the excellent service that the hotel staff ( Evita) offered in terms of checkin experience, planning sightseeing and other nearby attractions, securing tickets for the above mentioned museums and opera Garnier when none were available online and helping suggest and get dinner reservations. They even offered me a free car ride to a restaurant when my uber was delayed. The breakfast and food in general was excellent. I had a wonderful short stay there!
- G5855IJbarbarar (10/5): Splendid stay at Fauchon L’Hôtel, Paris - L’Hôtel Fauchon, Paris This hotel is located next to La Madeleine Church in central Paris steps from Place de la Concorde. We stayed three nights. We were greeted with enthusiasm by Solène who served us sparkling water, the Fauchon special blend iced tea, and a small plate of meringues. Registration was done in a lounge setting rather than at a desk in the lobby. We felt warmly welcomed and cared for. In addition, the hotel has a consistent contemporary design in fuchsia, black and grey which we immediately found very attractive. Solène informed us that we were being upgraded to a suite. The rooms were decorated in the contemporary design themes of the hotel but with six traditional “French” double panel glass doors leading to a narrow balcony which extended along two walls of the suite. The large sitting room was luxurious with two fuchsia-coloured couches and two matching chairs and a geometric carpet in Fauchon design colours. There was also an upright “trunk” filled with delicious treats – teas, coffees, several options for drinks (some free, some not), biscuits and crackers with tapenade, blackcurrant jam and other small jars. Meringues, madeleines and other freshly baked goods appeared daily. The separate bedroom with a very comfortable king-sized bed continued the luxurious design theme together with a dressing area with ample closet and shelf space. The marble bathroom equipped with two sinks and a Japanese electronic toilet completed the picture. The included breakfasts were exceptional. Nothings too much for any of them and we highly recommend this fab hotel for any length of stay. Try the 6 course taster menu at Fauchon Grand Cafe. Delicious and extremely well presented. Breakfasts also 5 star. Rooms are very comfortable and in room amenities are excellent. Can’t wait to return. Also the hotel is situated in a fantastic location in the Center of Paris.

We could not have had a better experience and we will stay at the fauchon every time we come back to Paris. Plus all the rooms are filled with the yummiest treats to sweeten your stay, and the breakfast is so yummy and worth it, get the breakfast!

Staring with the positive: The staff at the front desk were consistently (almost aggressively) attentive and friendly. Sadly that wasn't enough. We booked a suite and expected a great experience. Didn't get it. I really hate to give a bad review, so I'm going to detail as much as possible to give context to my rating. - Room Temp: We wanted the room colder---nothing ever changed. Room was too warm, so Isadly didn't get a good night's sleep while I was there. (We'd even called ahead about this and were assured this would be taken care of.) - Room Service: Slow, usually didn't respond to calls and the food was not great. - Bug Bite: I got at least one big bug bite on my foot while sleeping--not fun. - Noise: Walls are pretty thin, so heard lots of bumps and noise even though were were on an upper floor. The last morning we heard drilling in a next door room all morning. - Concierge Help: We asked for some help with a restaurant rec / reservation the first night (we were jetlagged, exhuasted and didn't know the neighborhood) ---didn't get any help. - Gym: Pretty disappinting for a luxury hotel. The staff agreed. Really wish I was giving a better rating. :-(
- Mojua (10/5): A delightful stay... - Love, love, loved this hotel! Spent 4 night there a few weeks ago. Family of 4. Got two rooms next to each other, a Jr Suite and a Deluxe Room. Both were gorgeous. The entire place is Parisian chic...beautiful lighting, beautiful decor, immaculate, incredible service, great food... in an amazing location. From check in to check out, it was a delightful stay. They leave 'free' Fauchon branded snacks and macaroons in your room every day, plus tea and Nespresso pods, which were great. They also provide two complementary bottles of water per day, one still, one sparkling, which was very nice. The bed in our Jr Suite was the most comfortable bed I've ever slept in. The hotel is quiet and peaceful. The restaurant is gorgeous, and while we only ate breakfast there, the food was fresh, delicious, abundant, and beautiful. I can't recommend Fauchon L'Hotel more highly, and would stay there again in a heartbeat.

- 134nareshk (10/5): Great weekend in the city of lights. - We stayed at the Fauchon Paris for I night. It was an excellent experience. Check in was very quick and efficient, while the registration was being completed, we were seated in the library room and offered a refreshing signature drink or hot drink and macaroons. When the room was ready, the front desk staff accompanied us up to the room to explain the features of the room. As we were booking in a Suite, we were offered a full gourmet minibar of snacks, cookies, chocolates and treats, cold fresh water bottles. The room was tastefully decorated and very clean and comfortable. We were advised the front desk is open 24 hours for any requirements we have. We had a light lunch at the Grand Cafe, service, food and presentation was well done. Next morning breakfast was very generous, ordered from a menu not a buffet. The location is very central, across from Church Madeleine and walkable from all museums, attractions, shopping and restaurants. We look forward to returning to the Fauchon Hotel during our next trip to Paris.

I highly recommend doing the breakfast included package - it is a true full French breakfast, served in a pretty setting with excellent waitstaff. The front desk and concierge staff were fantastic, and all of the staff with whom we interacted were friendly and helpful. If your budget allows for it, I don’t think you will be disappointed!

- D4250XFsarahg (10/5): Quirky, fun hotel - My husband, adult son and I had two rooms at the Fauchon hotel in the Classic room category. It's a fun, quirky property and very different from the historical properties we stayed at in other cities. There are so many hotels to choose from in Paris and as this was just for one night on the last day of our vacation, I wanted to do something different. One of the main reasons I chose this property was the idea of the Gourmet Bar. My husband and son love snacks and I thought this would be a nice surprise for them. Our train was late, so we didn't get to the property until about 11pm. Upon arrival, we were invited to go to the library to check in. We were offered a welcome drink and then all the paperwork to check in was brought to us relaxing rather than processed at the desk like a normal hotel. Nice touch! I wish we'd had more time to explore the hotel as it all looked amazing, but unfortunately we went straight to bed so we could be up early the next morning to check out. The room was great. I knew it would be small since it was the lowest category they offer, but was still impressed with the furnishings and style. It was all extremely comfortable. The Gourmet Bar was a little bit of a disappointment. There just wasn't much there. Neither of the boys got much out of it. Just a few prepackaged snack items without much too choose from. All in all, if you want to do something different and unique, this is the property for you!
- 706katherineec (10/5): The Best of the Best - I spent literally weeks trying to choose a hotel in Paris and thankfully, we ended up at the Fauchon. This property excels on all fronts- staff (the kindest ever), rooms and food (their restaurant is wonderful). I had suffered an accident at Pearson airport, in Toronto ( a man tripped me) and the staff did everything possible to assist me and to make our stay fabulous. There was construction happening near the hotel which disturbed us. The kind staff moved us to a different (and nicer) room and sent us a gift and a hand written of apology. So kind and considerate. The wonderful manager whose name I unfortunately forget (he is originally from Syria) brings professionalism, experience and kindness to his post. He is absolutely exceptional! His staff almost totally, is also professional and customer oriented. There was one waiter in the restaurant on our last Sunday night who should probably not work there- no smile zero eye contact and who turned his back on me while saying goodbye. Our only problem occurred at the end of our stay when the man at the front desk organized a taxi for us. He incorrectly assumed that we were headed to Charles de Gaulle airport. We were, in fact going to Orly. Almost missed our plane. Anyway, do not hesitate to book this fabulous property, set in a beautiful neighbourhood of Paris. I can't wait to return! A la prochain.!

Opened in 2018, it is a relatively new hotel. I remembered hearing that a Fauchon hotel had opened in Kyoto, Japan in recent years, and the staff at the hotel proudly mentioned this fact. Check-in is done while seated on a sofa, accompanied by macarons and tea. From the very beginning, my impression was that the staff were friendly and kind. Upon entering the room,, right in front of me was a stylish full-length mirror and stool with a velvet fabric cover, accented with the deep fuchsia pink that is familiar to Fauchon The room was stylish and contemporary. All items in the minibar, except for alcoholic beverages, were complimentary. On the desk were several fashion-related books about Paris, making it feel like a hotel designed for fashion-conscious women. The closet included a safe, slippers, and a Dyson hair dryer. The bathroom featured clean tones of white, cream, and gray, with a combined shower and a large, deep bathtub. While the space wasn't particularly large, the toilet was in a separate area. The shampoo and bath products came in large, stylish bottles and were of the hotel's own brand. The restaurant, which faces Place de la Madeleine, seemed quite popular—likely due to its location—and during the afternoons, I often saw people relaxing on the outdoor terrace. However, the hostess who showed guests to their seats never smiled during the four breakfasts we had there. She seemed completely unmotivated, which was disappointing. This stood out especially because the young servers at both the front desk and restaurant were exceptionally friendly. To be honest, her attitude felt unpleasant—and it turned out that other guests shared similar impressions of her. Overall, in the highly competitive luxury hotel scene in Paris, this new hotel is making a strong effort to deliver quality customer service, particularly through its young and enthusiastic staff.

Upon arrival we had a warm greeting and a sit down in the salon to check in. Treated with fresh mocktails and fresh macaroons! Room upgrades for us and my mother who we were treating for her 70th birthday. The rooms are really well appointed and have Dyson hairdryers!! A real treat in the rooms are the complimentary food cabinets. OMG!!! Eat them all!!! The included breakfast is a great perk as well. Truly enjoyable stay and every employee went out of their way for us.

We were upgraded to a large, beautiful suite overlooking the Madeline (Leaders Club benefit). The service was top notch and most helpful. The restaurant was fantastic — breakfast and dinner — and provided excellent alternatives to our gluten and lactose (cow dairy) restrictions.

But what really makes this a 5 star experience is the staff! They’re so helpful and kind and just wonderful. And our room was huge (for Paris), with a balcony. What a lovely stay, we’ll be back!

I’ve travelled heavily for the last 35 years and can’t remember a hotel where 100% of the employees were genuinely friendly and willing to accommodate in any way they could. They were all very helpful and knowledgeable! Our room developed an air conditioning problem and changed us to another room right away with pleasure. The manager, Chadi Lotfi, was extremely professional and wanted us to enjoy our stay. He and the rest of the employees would enquirer about our day and greet us with opening the door each time. The genuineness of all was so refreshing. The employees we encountered the most were Chadi, Aurelie, Solene, Nicolas, and Phillipine. They were all excellent! Fauchon LHotel Paris is very fortunate to have these people working for them!

This was hands down the best hotel experience we have ever had. From the second we stepped through the doors, until the moment we left, we received such good care; the entire hotel staff was very helpful and attentive to our needs, and did everything possible to make our stay memorable. We looked forward to seeing them every time we passed through the hotel lobby. They helped us with reservations, hard to get museum tickets, detailed planning for a day trip to a charming small town outside Paris, as well as with anything we required in our hotel room. Thank you Muhammad(sp?), Shadi(sp?), Roman(sp?), and everyone that we encountered at the front desk! We had come to celebrate a special anniversary, and the entire team went out of their way to welcome us with unique and sweet touches in our hotel room, gifts and champagne, to mark the occasion! The hotel room was very comfortable, with comfortable furniture and nice products. The gourmet bar was a unique item, and just as advertised - filled daily with delicious treats and a great variety of teas that we looked forward to on our return to our room every evening. The Fauchon breakfast served in the café every morning was outstanding. Every item was perfect – the basket of bakery products, butters and jams, fruit bowl, cheeses, cereals, varieties of egg preparations, waffles, crepes, ……. And the café servers were the best! We got to know them by name over the days we were there, and they too played a huge part in our wonderful experience at this hotel! Look forward to visiting them again!!!!!
