- Tahnee (9/5): We will be back! - Everything was wonderful - the staff were professional and very accommodating. The room was clean and comfy. We loved our stay and will be back again in the future. Breakfast was amazing and the best buffet breakfast so far, the bathroom was a little indiscrete with the design of all glass. The sliding door between shower and toilet is a little inconvenient especially when one person is showering and another needs to use the toilet.

- John and Jennifer (5/5): - N/A Raced into hotel to check in, drop bags off and park car between service and reception of wedding and catch a taxi to reception only to be told parking was offsite in public car park in the next block. There was no offer to take luggage to our room so we could just go and have more time to find the car park and organise a taxi from car park instead of hotel and get to wedding reception on time even after sharing we didn’t have a lot of time. On check out next day there was again no offer to store our suitcases while we walked back to car park instead of carrying and wheeling our luggage to the next block even after validating parking ticket to ensure we only had to pay $30 ! Disappointing when the list of amenities had parking and no mention of offsite and the extra charge. Room was ok, clean and comfortable.

Staff kept bring 'still water' bottle and wanting to charge $9 when I clearly asked several times for 'tap water'. Food was mediocre.

The main benefit for me was its location directly across the road from the Brisbane Convention Centre where I attended a concert. This is so important for me as a solo woman walking back to the hotel after a night time concert.

- Eddie Mills (9/5): Once again, an enjoyable stay. - Facilities are excellent. Staff are welcoming, attentive and friendly. Location is convenient to access theatre and convention centre. The coffee served from the restaurant bar was worse than the coffee from the automatic coffee machine. It's a small thing, but needs mentioning on behalf of all coffee lovers.

- Melanie (8/5): Fantastic location, comfortable, and friendly staff - A very central location, easy to walk to restaurants and attractions and very close to public transport. The bed was very comfortable, and the room was spacious with a few seating options (so you weren’t stuck sitting on the bed). The staff were really friendly and helpful, and housekeeping were excellent. Only instant coffee, which wasn’t great. The bathroom can’t fully be closed off from the room so you’d better be on familiar terms (very) with anyone you’re sharing the room with! The gym was a little underwhelming and didn’t seem to have the same level of attention as other parts of the hotel, i.e.: heaviest dumbbells were 20kg, one machine had a safety panel missing, and two orphan kettlebells, one 36kg and the other 8kg. Odd.

- Lesley (9/5): A great find, will stay again. - Great location especially for QPAC and shows. Good Value for money, good to have a restaurant on site, too. Swift efficient check in and out. Room was very spacious, bed super comfortable and awesome shower. TV was large with so many channels to choose from. A special touch to have filtered water dispensers on each floor too. The view of the city and Brisbane eye was a bonus. I’d definitely stay again. The pool area was lovely but could have been tidier, with leftover swimming costumes, empty drink bottle and wrappers around. Maybe it hadn’t been cleaned from the night before. The house keeping on each floor landings could be better, carpets need a good vacuum. Otherwise this would be a top notch hotel.
