• Pedro (9/5): Very Good - The hotel is very well located in Old Town, with a 7-Eleven right next door and several restaurants nearby. The room is large, clean, and has everything you need for a good stay. The only downsides for me were the hard bed, though that is just my opinion. The balcony would be much better if there were a small table and chair to enjoy the space.

Unfortunately the room I was assigned was less than 15 m from a roadside transformer. Not so comfortable. I should have asked for a room switch, but was only there two nights and it seems they were quite full. A slight spoiled meat smell from time to time, wafted by.

• Bronwen (8/5): Good value place to rest your head - MIND villa is within the walled section of Chiang Mai so within walking distance of a majority of tourist attractions. The room was clean and had the necessary facilities included. The lobby has a craft beer bar where patrons were playing darts. We had a hire car to drive the Mae Hon Song loop so having parking space was appreciated. There is also a Seven-11 beside the lobby and a good coin laundry only 100 metres away which made it all very convenient. I felt this hotel was good value for money.

• Carolin (9/5): Super Unterkunft in bester Lage - Sehr schöne Unterkunft zu einem guten Preis. Die Lage ist fantastisch, man kommt überall schnell hin und es sind viele Cafés etc gleich in der Nähe. Ein 7-eleven ist sogar direkt mit im Haus. Der Innenhof allein ist super schön mit grüner Bepflanzung! Zimmer ist ausreichend groß und gut ausgestattet, inklusive Balkon. Personal war super freundlich und ich konnte sogar schon aufs Zimmer, obwohl ich zu früh da war.

The room we stayed is at the back at the ground floor and it is quiet and peaceful with birds in the morning. Not much of a view more a little patio. We enjoyed the complimentary coffee in the morning. Friendly staff. There are two washing machines (20 baht). 7-11 is next door as well as some street food every night next door. Nothing much. We stayed there two times, three and seven nights and we couldn't find anything negative really. Especially for the price you pay.

No es que no nos gustase solo que hay que tener cuidado con el suelo del baño resbala mucho. Por lo demás todo muy bien.

Ogni giorno lenzuola e asciugamani puliti, pulizia della stanza e del bagno e due bottiglie d'acqua in regalo. Posizione comoda dentro le mura della città vecchia e molto vicino all'aereoporto. Moltissimi servizi proprio sotto la struttura (cambio valute, escursioni, affitto di biciclette e scooter) nonché l'immancabile 7 Eleven proprio sotto casa! Il pavimento del bagno può rimanere bagnato, bisognerebbe fornire qualcosa per mandare via l'acqua nello scarico.

• Luis (8/5): Buena relacion Calidad-Precio - La ubicacion es muy buena, dentro del casco histórico de Chiang Mai, lo que permite ir caminando a la mayoria de puntos turisticos de la ciudad Habitacion muy limpia y cama bastante cómoda La ducha no tiene una pila propia, es decir el agua cae directamente al suelo del baño, que ademas es bastante pequeño, con lo cual si vas a usar el WC despues de ducharte está todo el suelo mojado. Es lo unico que realmente no nos ha gustado, por lo demás todo muy bien

The hoster is very kindly and she ask us "how about a cup of coffee" in the morning. The room is comfortable and we love the bathtub! 1. no laudry in the hotel (but just walking 3 min. can reach to the nearst laudry, 120 bat per 1 KG , still convenient) 2.The water in the bathroom sometimes is not stablize enough.

A quiet area near the city center. 15 minutes to the airport by taxi. 7 eleven at the ground floor and a massage salon. Facilities to wash your clothes (very cheap). • Šarūnas (10/5): Exceptional - I lived in a family room. It was very spacious and bathroom was also very big. It made a good space to go into a bath and relax. The 7 eleven next door was very handy before going on hikes or getting snacks for the evening. Throughout the whole stay it was quiet and the room was kept clean. For 2 people it's an excellent choice; as a single traveler maybe a bit of an overkill but if you want to spoil yourself with a family room, you wont be dissaponted.
