Il proprietario è stato gentilissimo e sempre disponibile per qualsiasi cosa, dandoci anche tanti consigli utili su cosa vedere e dove andare. La struttura era sempre pulita e curata. Colazione ottima, con il caffè fatto con la moka che dava un tocco speciale, e tutto davvero molto buono. Ci siamo sentiti come a casa, super consigliato! Unica piccola nota: ci sono diverse scale, ma ne eravamo già a conoscenza al momento della prenotazione, quindi per noi non è stato un problema.

• Giada (10/5): Assolutamente da consigliare - Il gestore è una persona gentilissima, la camera era piccolina ma per due andava bene. Abbiamo visto anche le altre camere e sono molto spaziose, perfette per un viaggio in famiglia. I gradini da fare per arrivare al b&b sono tanti ma sempre ben specificati in fase di prenotazione, inoltre aiutano a mantenersi in forma nonostante le abbuffate napoletane! Colazione varia e ottima pulizia di spazi comuni e camera, ma la cosa migliore è che si è in pieno centro (via dei tribunali) ma la notte si dorme benissimo visto che la camera affaccia su un cortile interno senza alcun rumore.

The room is clean and big enough for 3 people. There is no lift in the building but the floors are easy to be climbed up.

Es un edificio muy antiguo, el hotel está en la tercera planta. Nosotros íbamos con un bebé de un año y fue complicado para subir las escaleras con el carro, aun así, el personal siempre se ha ofrecido a ayudarnos para bajar y subir. Es la única pega que tiene. Si vais con niños no es recomendable. El resto un 10.

La atención inmejorable, el señor que nos atendió, explicaba todo con detalle. Hacía un gran esfuerzo para ayudarnos a subir y bajar las maletas. Y el desayuno bueno, tenía postres típicos napolitanos.Sin lugar a dudas si volviésemos, repetiríamos. Está en un edificio antiguo, en un tercer piso y es cierto que cómo se lee en otros comentarios, no hay ascensor y hay que ser capaz de subir escaleras sin problema, pero sabiéndolo, para nosotros no fué ningún problema. Nuestras niñas subieron sin problema, y con la ayuda del señor, subimos las maletas. El resto todo es fantástico, incluido el precio y merece la pena. La zona es segura, aunque la zona histórica en un principio no lo parezca. Lo recomendaría sin duda. Nada, todo perfecto.

Fabio was very helpful with our luggage and with arranging a fixed price taxi (24E) to the airport. The internet went down for 3 days. This was a bit of a pain and we had to buy extra roaming to compensate.

La signora Maria, con la sua empatia, rappresenta un valore aggiunto della struttura. Il b&b si trova al terzo piano di un palazzo antico e la mancanza dell'ascensore potrebbe rappresentare un problema per gli ospiti avanti negli anni oppure non in perfetta salute. Peraltro il signor Fabio rappresenta un valido aiuto con i bagagli.

• Sharenjeet (10/5): Serene, beautiful property with the most amazing staff members - Fabio met us on site and he’s just fabulous. He insisted on carrying our luggage up 4 flights of stairs. He provided tips of what to do around Naples. He’s so welcoming and friendly. We wanted to take him with us for the rest of our trip. The location is very central. It’s in the older part of town on a noisy, bustling street. But once you get in the property, it’s so serene and quiet. The rooms are clean and beautifully laid out. This was one of our favourite hotels in Italy. Would have loved some fresh fruit at breakfast. And this is not the property’s fault but just so travellers know, there are 4 high flights of stairs to get to the main door. No elevator/lift. Not recommended for anyone with mobility issues.

• Nathan (10/5): Amazing hosts and great location - Lovely place in the UNESCO heritage listed area in the old city of Napoli. Rooms are clean, beds are made up each day and fresh towels provided. Breakfast was made for us each day. The hosts were absolutely amazing - helping us to carry our luggage, providing recommendations of food restaurants, and going out of their way to make gluten free food for our celiac son. Genuine old fashioned hospitality by people that actually care. Bravo.

He showed us where to get good pizzas and where to go to have nice views of the city. Maria was there during breakfast, she is also very friendly and happy to help. There were freshly made eggs and Italians coffee every morning and brought to you with a smile. Napels is a nice city but it is also worth to visit Pompeii and Sorrento by train and the island of Capri via boat. Keep in might that Capri and Sorrento are very quiet and a lot of cafes, stores and shops are closed from September to March. The B&B is located in a beautiful, old building and therefore has no elevator. Keep in mind you’ll have to walk four flights of stairs.

• Chiara (9/5): Ottimo! Lo consiglio - La struttura è pulita, ordinata, moderna e ottima per girare a piedi il centro della città. Anche la colazione era ottima! Vorrei inoltre sottolineare la gentilezza del proprietario dell’appartamento che è stato davvero disponibile, spiegandoci come muoverci nella città e offrendosi anche più volte di portare i nostri bagagli per le scale. Lo consiglio assolutamente!

Cumpliŏ nuestras expectativas de dormir tranquilos .

• pierpaolo (9/5): Tanta gentilezza,tanta disponibilità e cura dell’ospite - La disponibilità, la cura e la dedizione del titolare sono il punto forte della struttura, uniti alla posizione in centro storico e la colazione paragonabile ad un hotel con prodotti locali freschi sia dolci che salati. Ottima la pulizia della camera, che è anche molto silenziosa, perché affaccia su un cortile interno. Ovviamente il fatto di trovarsi al terzo piano senza ascensore per di più con gradoni abbastanza alti è una nota negativa dell’alloggio, ma per onestà va detto che è spiegato chiaramente sull’annuncio e comunque il titolare si è offerto di portare i bagagli. La stanza che avevamo noi era davvero piccolina, alcuni dettagli hanno bisogno di manutenzione(porta rotolo lento, soffione doccia che non si tiene). Aprendo la finestra, arriva un forte odore di cucinato, probabilmente dal Ristorante sotto.

• Rita (6/5): - La disponibilità e gentilezza del personale. L'ottima colazione servita nella struttura Per raggiungere la struttura ci sono troppi scalini molto alti, assolutamente scomodi dovendo portare i bagagli e volendo uscire più volte durante il giorno

• Gloriana (10/5): Me volvería a quedar aquí, exc trato el de Don Fabio, buena ubicación - Don Fabio súper atento, nos ayudó a subir el equipaje, nos dio recomendaciones, y pidió el taxi al aeropuerto y estuvo presente hasta que nos subimos en el taxi. El desayuno muy bueno

• Susana (9/5): - Personal amabilísimo. Desayuno muy correcto. Sitio tranquilo y bastante bien insonorizado. Instalaciones correctas y decoradas con detalle, a pesar de la antigüedad del edificio. Todo limpio. Las escaleras son durillas, pero en el centro de Nápoles es normal.
